(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种活性蓝至黑色染料组合物和染料制品及其在纤维素纤维或含有纤维素纤维材料印染中的应用。
(二)背景技术
锦纶属于聚酰胺纤维,具有较高的回弹性和耐疲劳性,吸湿性能较好;而棉属于纤维素纤维,具有手感柔软,透气和吸湿性好,穿着舒适等优点,但易起皱。将锦和棉两者交织后,能使该面料既具有锦、棉纤维的优点,又克服各自的不足,表现出坚挺的身骨和滑爽的手感。受聚酰胺和纤维素本身结构及染色过程中所用染料性能及工艺的影响,传统的锦/棉织物染色方法采用分散/活性染料,分散/直接染料,酸性/活性染料等两浴套染法染色,虽然其同色性较好,牢度较高,但工序冗长,能源消耗过多,不利于印染企业节能减排及清洁生产,且随着加工时间延长,可能会在生产中产生色花和缸差问题,影响产品质量和效率。
通常锦纶需在酸性条件下染色,而棉需在碱性条件下染色,要实现锦/棉织物一浴法染色,只能通过对织物进行改性或对染料进行筛选,以达到较理想的染色效果。而市面上现有的适合锦/棉一浴染色的活性藏青染料,仍存在固色率低、重现性差、色牢度差等问题,一浴法染色得不到大范围的推广应用。
(三)发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活性染料组合物和染料制品及其在纤维素纤维或含有纤维素纤维材料印染中的应用,该染料组合物和染料制品具有蓝至黑色色调,固色率高、重现性好、色牢度优异特别是耐光、耐水洗牢度突出,适用于纤维素纤维或含有纤维素纤维材料印染。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种活性染料组合物,包含组分A、组分B和组分C,所述组分A选自至少一种式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物,所述组分B选自至少一种式(Ⅱ)所示的化合物,所述组分C选自至少一种式(Ⅲ)所示的化合物,基于所述的活性染料组合物,组分A的质量百分含量为20~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为5~70%,组分C的质量百分含量为5~50%:
式(Ⅰ)中:
R1、R3各自独立为-H或-SO3M8,R2、R4各自独立且不同时为-H或-SO2Y3;R5为-H或C1~C4的烷基;X1为氯或氟;Y3为-CH=CH2或-C2H4OSO3M9;M1~M3、M8~M9各自独立为氢或碱金属。
式(Ⅱ)中:
R6、R7各自独立为-H、C1~C4的烷氧基或-SO3M10;Y1~Y2各自独立为-CH=CH2或-C2H4OSO3M11,M4~M5、M10~M11各自独立为氢或碱金属。

本发明中,所述的C1~C4烷基可以是甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基或叔丁基;所述的C1~C4烷氧基可以是甲氧基、乙氧基、正丙氧基、异丙氧基、正丁氧基、异丁氧基或叔丁氧基。
本发明所述的组分A、组分B和组分C,可以游离酸(M1~M12为氢)或盐(M1~M12为碱金属)的形式存在,优选以盐的形式存在,所述的盐可为碱金属盐(M1~M12为碱金属),本发明所述的活性染料组合物,游离酸形式(M1~M12为氢)与盐形式(M1~M12为碱金属)是可以相互转化的,不影响染色效果,通常,染料在制备过程中以盐的形式存在,也可加酸酸化得到游离酸形式,特别优选为钠盐或钾盐(M1~M12为Na或K)。

本发明所述的活性染料组合物,所使用的组分A、组分B和组分C,可方便的按本领技术人员熟知的方式合成,如按照常规的重氮化、偶合、缩合方法制备,必要时可通过渗透膜脱盐浓缩,或按照公开专利US4412948A、CN104479404A和CN105524485A中描述的方法或类似的方法制备,也可采用市售产品。
本发明所述的活性染料组合物,其制备方法包括将染料组分A~C按照前述配比进行混合,混合可采用常规的机械方式进行,如在研磨机、捏合机或均质机中进行。混合过程中,单个染料化合物(Ⅰ)~(Ⅲ)可以粉状、粒状、水溶液或合成溶液形式加入,当单个染料化合物以合成溶液的形式拼混时,从混合溶液分离活性染料组合物。所述的分离可用普遍已知的方法进行,例如用电解质(如氯化钠或氯化钾)从反应介质中将染料盐析滤出,或将混合溶液蒸发、喷雾干燥,因此,染料组分A~C及其染料组合物通常包含有电解质盐(如氯化钠、硫酸钠等),其为活性染料中的常规杂质。
本发明所述的活性染料组合物,作为商品出售或应用于纺织材料着色时,可以不加入助剂,也可以加入商品染料中的常规助剂。
故此,本发明还提供了一种可作为商品出售或直接应用于纺织材料印染的活性染料制品,其包含所述的活性染料组合物和助剂。所述助剂的质量用量占活性染料组合物质量用量的百分比范围为大于0且≤45%,优选为大于0且≤40%。所述助剂可以是助溶剂、分散剂、耐碱性助剂、防尘剂、表面活性剂、缓冲剂和促染剂等,优选下列一种或任意几种的组合:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(NNO)、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(分散剂MF)、苄基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物(扩散剂CNF)、工业硫酸钠(元明粉)。上述助剂均为市售常规品种。
此外,本发明还提供了所述的活性染料制品在纤维素纤维、聚酰胺纤维或其混纺织物印染中的应用,特别是棉/锦、涤/棉等棉混纺织物的印染。本发明所述的活性染料制品可遵照常用的活性染料染色和印花方法(如浸染染色法、轧染染色法、直接印花、拔染印花等)进行染色和印花。本发明所述的活性染料组合物和染料制品,印染织物时具有固色率高、重现性好,各项色牢度优异尤其耐光和耐水洗牢度突出,特别适用棉混纺织物的一浴法染色。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此(实施例中作为式子描述的化合物表示为其钠盐的形式,因其通常以盐优选钠盐或钾盐的形式制备和分离,本领域普通技术人员也可方便的将其酸化为酸的形式,并不会影响其印染性能):
实施例1:
将55克式(Ⅰ-1)的组分A、35克式(Ⅱ-1)的组分B、10克式(Ⅲ-1)的组分C和15克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将棉织物染为黑色。
实施例2~30:
按照实施例1所述的方法,不同的是采用表1中式组分A~C和助剂的种类及重量,同样进行机械混合,得到本发明所述的活性染料可将棉织物染为蓝至黑色:

实施例31
将50克式(Ⅰ-1)的组分A、30克式(Ⅱ-1)的组分B、10克式(Ⅲ-1)的组分C、以及10克C.I.活性黄72和15克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将棉织物染为黑色色调。
实施例32
将35克式(Ⅰ-1)的组分A、15克式(Ⅱ-1)的组分B、30克式(Ⅲ-1)的组分C、10克C.I.活性黄167、以及10克C.I.活性橙122和15克元明粉进行机械混合,得到的染料可将棉织物染为蓝色色调。
染色实施例:
分别将实施例1~32得到的染料加至含50g/L元明粉的染浴中(染料浓度5.0%,浴比1:20),以3℃/min将温度升到98℃,对锦/棉混纺织物进行染色30分钟,加入纯碱使之浓度为8g/L,并在此温度下染色40分钟后,然后皂洗两次后将织物干燥,分别测试其固色率,并按ISO 105-B02、ISO 105-C10中确定的方法测试其耐光及耐水洗沾色牢度,结果如下表2所示:

由上表可知,本发明提供的活性蓝至黑色染料,应用于锦棉一浴法染色时,固色率高、耐光和耐洗水沾色牢度优异,是一款环保经济型活性染料。
Claims (10)
1.一种活性染料组合物,其特征在于:包含组分A、组分B和组分C,所述组分A选自至少一种式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物,所述组分B选自至少一种式(Ⅱ)所示的化合物,所述组分C选自至少一种式(Ⅲ)所示的化合物,基于所述的活性染料组合物,组分A的质量百分含量为20~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为5~70%,组分C的质量百分含量为5~50%;
式(Ⅰ)中,
R1、R3各自独立为-H或-SO3M8,R2、R4各自独立且不同时为-H或-SO2Y3;R5为-H或C1~C4的烷基;X1为氯或氟;Y3为-CH=CH2或-C2H4OSO3M9;M1~M3、M8~M9各自独立为氢或碱金属;
式(Ⅱ)中,
R6、R7各自独立为-H、C1~C4的烷氧基或-SO3M10;Y1~Y2各自独立为-CH=CH2或-C2H4OSO3M11,M4~M5、M10~M11各自独立为氢或碱金属;
式(Ⅲ)中,
R8~R11各自独立为-H、-NO2或-SO3M12;M6~M7、M12各自独立为氢或碱金属。
2.如权利要求1所述的活性染料组合物,其特征在于:R6、R7各自独立为-H、-OCH3或-SO3M10;R8~R11为-H或-NO2。
6.如权利要求5所述的活性染料组合物,其特征在于,包含组分A、组分B和组分C,其中:
组分A选自式(Ⅰ-1)~(Ⅰ-3)中的至少一种;
组分B选自式(Ⅱ-1)~(Ⅱ-5)中的至少一种;
组分C选自式(Ⅲ-1)~(Ⅲ-3)中的至少一种;
基于所述的活性染料组合物,组分A的质量百分含量为20~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为5~70%,组分C的质量百分含量为5~50%。
7.如权利要求1所述的活性染料组合物,其特征在于:由组分A、组分B和组分C组成,其中组分A的质量百分含量为20~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为5~70%,组分C的质量百分含量为5~50%。
8.一种活性染料制品,包含权利要求1所述的活性染料组合物和助剂,所述助剂的质量用量占活性染料组合物质量用量的百分比范围为大于0且≤45%。
9.如权利要求8所述的活性染料制品,其特征在于:所述助剂为下列一种或任意几种的组合:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、苄基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、工业硫酸钠。
10.如权利要求1所述的活性染料组合物或权利要求8所述的活性染料制品在棉/锦混纺织物中的应用。
