本发明涉及混凝土技术领域，具体涉及一种混凝土加料装置。具有投药储罐，在投药储罐的上方设置有称重计量传感器，在投药储罐的上方还引入有进料管，在投药储罐下方设置有出料管，进料管上设置有进料电磁阀和输送泵，在出料管上设置有出料电磁阀。本发明为独立的加药系统，不影响混凝土生产设备中原有投药装置的运行，在更换混凝土产品时，不需清洗加药系统，提高了混凝土生产效率；不用高位槽，在需要改变混凝土产品品种时，只需改变输送泵前软管的连接，即可用于不同药剂的投加。

本发明涉及混凝土技术领域，具体涉及一种混凝土加料装置。
背景技术
目前在混凝土搅拌站或建设工地上，可能会遇到需要同时使用萘系和聚羧酸减水剂的情况。如果用同一个加药系统，就可能会影响混凝土的性能。如果混凝土的指标要求需要换一种系列的减水剂的时候，必须把原有减水剂放空，再把整个系统清洗干净，才能换另一种减水剂进行混凝土生产，影响了施工效率。
发明内容
本发明构思出一种与原有加药系统互不干涉的可独立使用的加药系统，在更换混凝土品种时，启用本减水剂加药器，可缩短因更换品种所需的时间，同时不影响混凝土的产品质量。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种混凝土加料装置，具有投药储罐，在投药储罐的上方设置有称重计量传感器，在投药储罐的上方还引入有进料管，在投药储罐下方设置有出料管。混凝土加药装置采用悬挂方式安装于混凝土搅拌桶的上方，进料管进料，通过称重计量传感器对投入投药储罐内的物料进行称重计量，当达到预定的配比要求时，进料管停止供料，再由出料管向位于投药储罐下方的混凝土生产设备中供料。
为了对进料管和出料管的物料供停进行有效控制，进一步地：所述进料管上设置有进料电磁阀，在出料管上设置有出料电磁阀。
为了保证物料可以由下方存放药剂的储罐通过进料管持续稳定地供应到投药储罐中，再进一步地：所述进料管上设置有输送泵，利用输送泵将物料由放药剂的储罐输送到投药储罐中，之间通过软管连接。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有操作技术相比具有下列优点和效果：
1、本发明为独立的加药系统，不影响混凝土生产设备中原有投药装置的运行，在更换混凝土产品时，不需清洗加药系统，提高了混凝土生产效率；
2、本发明由于不用高位槽，在需要改变混凝土产品品种时，只需改变输送泵前软管的连接，即可用于不同药剂的投加。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种混凝土加料装置，具有投药储罐1，在投药储罐1的上方设置有称重计量传感器2，在投药储罐1的上方还引入有进料管3，在投药储罐1下方设置有出料管4。所述进料管3上设置有进料电磁阀5和输送泵7，在出料管4上设置有出料电磁阀6。
使用时，根据混凝土产品的要求，设定药剂的每次的投加量，例如聚羧酸减水剂，启动输送泵7将聚羧酸减水剂泵入悬挂在混凝土搅拌桶上方的投药储罐1内，当达到设定值时及时关闭输送泵7和进料电磁阀5。在混凝土生产时，利用电控装置的通信线，打开出料电磁阀6，对混凝土进行加药，当加药完毕，即称重计量传感器2输出的数据为0时，关闭出料电磁阀6，同时启动输送泵7对投药储罐1进行灌药，以备下次生产时用。

1.一种混凝土加料装置，其特征是：具有投药储罐(1)，在投药储罐(1)的上方设置有称重计量传感器(2)，在投药储罐(1)的上方还引入有进料管(3)，在投药储罐(1)下方设置有出料管(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土加料装置，其特征是：所述进料管(3)上设置有进料电磁阀(5)，在出料管(4)上设置有出料电磁阀(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土加料装置，其特征是：所述进料管(3)上设置有输送泵(7)。
