本发明公开了一种采用等离子喷涂钛或钛合金涂层的铸铁烤锅,由锅子和锅盖组成,其特征是:锅子和锅盖都由铸铁分别烧铸后,分别在表面采用等离子喷涂钛或钛合金涂层,形成隔离保护涂层,既隔离水分,防止铸铁生锈,又坚固抗磨损。所述锅子和锅盖的等离子喷涂钛或钛合金的涂层厚度为5‑30微米。所述锅子铸有中央火气道,可以穿过盖子出气;盖子中央相应地加工有通过中央火气道的孔。否则,中央火气道如果不通气,等离子喷涂无法喷到火气道深处去,这样会形成死角。本发明的有益效果是,形成钛或钛合金隔离保护涂层,既隔离水分,防止铸铁生锈,又坚固抗磨损。

本发明涉及一种烤锅,尤其涉及一种采用等离子喷涂钛或钛合金涂层的铸铁烤锅。
背景技术
目前,铸铁烤锅都是采用化工材料涂层或抹油烧出保护膜,以防止铸铁生锈。化工材料涂层总有机会脱落,落入食品中,对健康不利;抹油烧出的涂层容易磨损,磨损点容易生锈。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足, 本发明提供了一种采用等离子喷涂钛或钛合金涂层的铸铁烤锅。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种采用等离子喷涂钛或钛合金涂层的铸铁烤锅,由锅子和锅盖组成,其特征是:锅子和锅盖都由铸铁分别烧铸后,分别在表面采用等离子喷涂钛或钛合金涂层,形成隔离保护涂层,既隔离水分,防止铸铁生锈,又坚固抗磨损。
进一步地,所述锅子和锅盖的等离子喷涂钛或钛合金的涂层厚度为5-30微米.。

进一步地,所述锅子1铸有中央火气道4,可以穿过盖子出气;盖子中央相应地加工有通过中央火气道的孔3。否则,中央火气道4如果不通气,等离子喷涂无法喷到火气道深处去,这样会形成死角。
