本发明提供一种具有保健功能的糯米枸杞丹参粥及其制作方法,所述的糯米枸杞丹参粥是由糯米、枸杞、丹参、红糖及红枣配制而成;所述的糯米枸杞丹参粥的制作方法包括将枸杞、丹参淘洗干净,先用大火烧开后转为小火,取浓汁,去渣;再将糯米淘洗干净后浸泡后放入锅内加入清水和红枣用大火烧开后转为小火煮至糯米开花煮为米粥后将红糖倒入搅匀,再煮片刻即成糯米枸杞丹参粥。按本发明的方法制作的粥具有补中益气、健脾养胃、壮气补血、收涩止泻、补肾养精,养肝明目,润肺生津、滋阴润燥、预防贫血、增強免疫力、活血祛瘀,凉血消痈,养血安神功效。

综上所述,为了克服现有技术问题的不足,本发明研制了一种具有保健功能的糯米枸杞丹参粥及其制作方法,所述的糯米枸杞丹参粥是由糯米、枸杞、丹参、红糖及红枣加工而成的地方美味小吃,其功效互补,各显其功,所做出的糯米枸杞丹参粥,具有补中益气、健脾养胃、 壮气和血、收涩止泻、补肾养精,养肝明目,润肺生津、滋阴润燥、预防贫血、增強免疫力、活血祛瘀,凉血消痈,养血安神功效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种具有保健功能的糯米枸杞丹参粥,其中,所述的糯米枸杞丹参粥是由糯米、枸杞、丹参、红糖及红枣按重量份计:糯米400~600份、枸杞80~100份、丹参100~120份、红糖40~60份及红枣10~16个配制而成。
进一步,所述的一种具有保健功能的糯米枸杞丹参粥,其中,所述的糯米枸杞丹参粥是由糯米、枸杞、丹参、红糖及红枣按重量份计:糯米500份、枸杞90份、丹参110、红糖50份及红枣13个配制而成。
进一步,所述的一种具有保健功能的糯米枸杞丹参粥,其中,所述的糯米枸杞丹参粥是由糯米、枸杞、丹参、红糖及红枣按重量份计:糯米400份、枸杞80份、丹参100份、红糖40份及红枣10个配制而成。

本发明的制作方法是通过以下方式实现的:
一种具有保健功能的糯米枸杞丹参粥的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将枸杞、丹参淘洗干净,先用大火烧开后转为小火,取浓汁,去渣;
步骤2)将糯米淘洗干净后浸泡4个小时后放入锅内加入清水和红枣,糯米和水的比例为1∶10,用大火烧开后转为小火煮至糯米开花煮为米粥;
步骤3)再将红糖倒入米粥中,搅匀,再煮片刻即成糯米枸杞丹参粥。

糯米:性温,味甘,归脾、胃、肠经;具有补中益气、健脾养胃、壮气和血、收涩止泻、温补健体及止虚汗功效;适宜肺结核、神经衰弱、病后、产后、体虚自汗、盗汗、多汗、血虚头晕眼花、脾虚腹泻病症。
枸杞:味甘,性平,归肝、肾、肺经;具有补肾益精,养肝明目,润肺生津功效。
丹参:丹参味苦,痈肿疮疥,生新去恶,祛除带崩,具有活血祛瘀,凉血消痈,养血安神功效,用于月经不调,心腹疼痛,癥瘕积聚,风湿热痹。
红糖:味甘、甜,性温润、无毒,入肝、脾经,具有润心肺,和中助脾,缓肝气,解酒毒,补血,破瘀功效。
红枣:味甘,性微温,归脾、胃、心肝经;具有补脾和胃、减少老年斑、补气养血、安神解郁、保肝护肝功效;用于脾胃虚弱,食少便溏,体倦乏力,中气不足。

步骤1)将枸杞90g、丹参110g淘洗干净,先用大火烧开后转为小火,取浓汁,去渣;
步骤2)将糯米500g淘洗干净后浸泡4个小时后放入锅内加入清水和红枣13个,糯米和水的比例为1∶10,用大火烧开后转为小火煮至糯米开花煮为米粥;
步骤3)再将红糖50g倒入米粥中,搅匀,再煮片刻即成糯米枸杞丹参粥。
