Abstract

一种表面处理用酶制剂,属于酶制剂技术领域。按质量百分比其组成为过氧化氢酶5%~10%,纤维素酶30%~50%,山梨醇5%~10%,山梨酸钾0.1%~0.3%,余为去离子水。一种表面处理用酶制剂可应用于棉类织物染整加工,实现除残余双氧水、抛光、染色三个工序合三为一的目的。与现有酶制剂相比,应用本发明的表面处理用酶制剂可缩短加工时间90min以上,明显提高生产效率,并能达到显著减少用水量、降低能耗、减少污水排放和降低成本的目的。

一种表面处理用酶制剂
技术领域
本发明酶制剂,尤其是涉及一种表面处理用酶制剂,属于酶制剂技术领域。
背景技术
传统的棉类织物的染整加工流程为氧漂、热水洗除氧、生物抛光、染色及后整理。其除去残余双氧水的方法是用热水洗,这种方法效率低,能耗高。
近年来开发了生物酶除残余双氧水技术,加工流程改进为氧漂、生物酶除双氧水、生物抛光、染色及后整理。使用生物酶除双氧水节省了大量的水、电、汽以及时间。
由于生物抛光是利用纤维素酶对织物表面进行抛光整理,普通抛光酶需在酸性条件下进行,而活性染料染色则需在中性条件下进行。因此目前除氧、抛光、染色需分三步进行,用时长、能耗大、成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种表面处理用酶制剂。
本发明的目的由下述技术方案实现。
一种用于表面处理用酶制剂的酶制剂,按质量百分比其组成如下;过氧化氢酶5%~10%,纤维素酶30%~50%,山梨醇5%~10%,山梨酸钾0.1%~0.3%,余为去离子水补足100%。
所述的一种表面处理用酶制剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)按质量百分比,分别称取过氧化氢酶、纤维素酶、山梨醇、山梨酸钾;
(2)按配比用去离子水溶解山梨酸钾和山梨醇,得到稀释溶液;
(3)将稀释溶液加入反应容器中,调pH4.8-5.5,再加入称好的纤维素酶和过氧化氢酶,搅拌均匀,静置,即得产品用于表面处理用酶制剂的酶制剂。
配方中的过氧化氢酶酶活为200000µ/mL,纤维素酶酶活为32660NCAU/g。
与现有技术比较,本发明具有以下突出优点和有益效果。
由于本发明所用纤维素酶和过氧化氢酶的作用pH范围极广,在活性染料染色浴中使用时不会因氧漂后纤维渗出的残留碱所引起的pH值波动而影响生物抛光效果。本发明产品在pH值4.5~8的范围内均可应用,特别适用于棉织物氧漂之后的去除双氧水、抛光、染色三合一工艺(即表面处理用酶制剂),其工艺流程可缩短为:氧漂、表面处理用酶制剂处理及后整理。与现有酶制剂相比,应用本发明的表面处理用酶制剂的酶制剂可缩短加工时间90min以上,明显提高生产效率,并能达到显著减少用水量、降低能耗、减少污水排放和降低成本的目的。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
实施例1
一种表面处理用酶制剂,按质量百分比,其组成为:
过氧化氢酶10%
纤维素酶50%
山梨醇10%
山梨酸钾0.3%
去离子水补足100%
制备方法如下:
(1)按上述质量百分比,分别称取山梨酸钾、山梨醇和去离子水;
(2)用去离子水溶解山梨酸钾、山梨醇得到稀释溶液;
(3)将稀释溶液用醋酸调pH到5.2。再加入称好的纤维素酶和过氧化氢酶,搅拌均匀,静置,即得产品。
实施例2
一种表面处理用酶制剂,按质量百分比,其组成为:
过氧化氢5%
纤维素酶30%
山梨醇10%
山梨酸钾0.3%
去离子水补足100%
制备方法如下:
(1)按上述质量百分比,分别称取山梨酸钾、山梨醇和去离子水;
(2)用去离子水溶解山梨酸钾、山梨醇得到稀释溶液;
(3)将稀释溶液用醋酸调pH到5.0。再加入称好的纤维素酶和过氧化氢酶,搅拌均匀,静置,即得产品
实施例3
一种表面处理用酶制剂的应用说明如下:
表面处理用酶制剂的工艺流程为:
(1)氧漂、(2)表面处理用酶制剂处理、(3)后整理。
以下对上述工艺流程作进一步的说明。
(1)氧漂:按常规氧漂工艺进行,完成后排水,进水,加冰醋酸调节pH至中性;
(2)表面处理用酶制剂处理:添加表面处理用酶制剂酶制剂(本发明实施例1)产品0.5%~1.0%(以待处理织物总质量为基准),运行30min,加入染料、元明粉(活性染料促染剂),升温至60℃,保温30~60min,加入纯碱(染料固色剂),保温30~60min,排水,水洗至净;
(3)后整理:按常规工艺进行。
应用效果(以实施例1为例说明):参见表1,表1给出了使用实施例1所得的产品应用于表面处理用酶制剂工艺与传统工艺比较的结果。

测试方法
减量率:将原布及处理后试样放入全自动通风式快速恒温烘箱中,于105℃烘至恒重。根据式(1)计算减量率:
减量率=[(Wo—W1)/Wo]×100%(1)式中:w0——抛光前试样质量;W1——抛光后试样质量。
抗起毛起球性能:裁取5块直径12cm圆形试样,按GB/T4802.1—1997(纺织品织物起球试验圆轨迹法》在YG501型起毛起球仪上测试起毛起球性能。评定分级:5级:不起球;4级:有少量起球;3级:中等数量起球;2级:严重起球。
顶破强力:参照GB3923.1一1997《纺织品织物拉伸性能断裂强力和断裂伸长率的测定条样法》在HD026N电子织物强力仪上测试,测试前于恒温恒湿室平衡24h。
得色量:织物的染色深度用K/S值表征,采用SF600PLUS—CT电脑测色配色仪进行测试,以传统工艺试样为参照试样。

从表2可知,棉织物应用除双氧水抛光染色一浴法,工艺流程缩短,加工效率提高,水、电和蒸汽等消耗均较传统酸性抛光酶工艺大大降低,污水排放量减少,经济效益显著。

1.一种表面处理用酶制剂,其特征在于按质量百分比其组成如下;过氧化氢酶5%~10%,纤维素酶30%~50%,山梨醇5%~10%,山梨酸钾0.1%~0.3%,余为去离子水补足100%。
2.权利要求1所述的表面处理用酶制剂,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)按质量百分比,分别称取过氧化氢酶、纤维素酶、山梨醇、山梨酸钾;
(2)按配比用去离子水溶解山梨酸钾和山梨醇,得到稀释溶液;
(3)将稀释溶液加入反应容器中,调pH4.8-5.5,再加入称好的纤维素酶和过氧化氢酶,搅拌均匀,静置,即得产品表面处理用酶制剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的表面处理用酶制剂,其特征在于配方中的过氧化氢酶酶活为200000µ/mL,纤维素酶酶活为32660 NCAU/g。
