技术领域
本发明属于服装面料技术领域,具体涉及一种变色纤维服装面料的加工工艺。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异,但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点,制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品,以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高,有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的,种类(1)梭织面料,也称机织物,是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物,正确分析识别面料性能并准确合理地运用于服装设计是每一个设计师需要掌握的基本知识,否则面料识别错误可能会导致整款服装的设计、制作,穿着或者洗涤等环节出现问题,服装面料的识别包括服装面料的原料识别,外观特征识别以及外观质量识别等,观察识别面料不仅要用视觉,而且要用听觉,触觉甚至嗅觉,如运用眼睛的视觉效应观看织物的光泽明暗,染色情况,表面粗细以及组织,纹路和纤维的外观特征,比如纯棉布光泽普通,外观不够细洁,粗糙甚至有棉结杂质,羊毛与涤纶混纺的呢绒光泽较亮,有闪色感,身骨略为搬硬而失之柔软,并随涤纶含量的增加而明显突出,缺乏柔和的柔润感,织物挺括。平整,光滑 ;运用手的触觉效应能够感觉到织物和纤维的软硬,光滑,粗细,弹性,冷暖等,用手还可以测出纤维中纱线的强度和伸长度,不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料,选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种工艺简单、柔软舒适、具有优良的阻燃、抗疲劳性和变色性的变色纤维服装面料的加工工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:一种变色纤维服装面料的加工工艺,所述的加工工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制粒,将光致变色染料单体制成微粒;
步骤2:混合,将光致变色染料单体制成的微粒与热塑性树脂混合;
步骤3:经纱混纺,将步骤得到的热塑性树脂混合物与中空纤维混纺制成经纱;
步骤4:纬纱混纺,将活性炭纤维与和阻燃纤维混纺而成制成纬纱;
步骤5:编织,将步骤3得到的经纱和步骤4得到的纬纱进行编织,得到变色纤维服装面料;
步骤6:染整,将步骤5得到的变色纤维服装面料进行染整。
所述的纬纱中活性炭纤维和阻燃纤维的重量比例为 1.5:1。
所述的光致变色染料单体为二芳基乙烯或偶氮苯。
本发明的有益效果:本发明活性炭纤维具有多微孔结构,表面有很强的吸附特性,可用于某些气、液体的吸附、回收、脱臭、脱色、精制、分离的滤材和人工内脏器材等,也可用作某些化学反应触媒的载体,光致变色染料单体与热塑性树脂混合,可使热塑性树脂具有变色性能,具有美观的优点,本发明具有工艺简单、柔软舒适、具有优良的阻燃、抗疲劳性和变色性的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种变色纤维服装面料的加工工艺,所述的加工工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制粒,将光致变色染料单体制成微粒;
步骤2:混合,将光致变色染料单体制成的微粒与热塑性树脂混合;
步骤3:经纱混纺,将步骤得到的热塑性树脂混合物与中空纤维混纺制成经纱;
步骤4:纬纱混纺,将活性炭纤维与和阻燃纤维混纺而成制成纬纱;
步骤5:编织,将步骤3得到的经纱和步骤4得到的纬纱进行编织,得到变色纤维服装面料;
步骤6:染整,将步骤5得到的变色纤维服装面料进行染整。
本发明活性炭纤维具有多微孔结构,表面有很强的吸附特性,可用于某些气、液体的吸附、回收、脱臭、脱色、精制、分离的滤材和人工内脏器材等,也可用作某些化学反应触媒的载体,光致变色染料单体与热塑性树脂混合,可使热塑性树脂具有变色性能,具有美观的优点,本发明具有工艺简单、柔软舒适、具有优良的阻燃、抗疲劳性和变色性的优点。

Claims (3)

1.一种变色纤维服装面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的加工工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制粒,将光致变色染料单体制成微粒;
步骤2:混合,将光致变色染料单体制成的微粒与热塑性树脂混合;
步骤3:经纱混纺,将步骤得到的热塑性树脂混合物与中空纤维混纺制成经纱;
步骤4:纬纱混纺,将活性炭纤维与和阻燃纤维混纺而成制成纬纱;
步骤5:编织,将步骤3得到的经纱和步骤4得到的纬纱进行编织,得到变色纤维服装面料;
步骤6:染整,将步骤5得到的变色纤维服装面料进行染整。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种变色纤维服装面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的纬纱中活性炭纤维和阻燃纤维的重量比例为 1.5:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种变色纤维服装面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的光致变色染料单体为二芳基乙烯或偶氮苯。
