本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,具体讲是一种棉麻混纺天然麻灰面料生产工艺。
背景技术:
现有的棉麻混纺面料通常在氧漂前处理时去除麻壳,其其生产工艺出来的面料风格单调,透气性和舒适性不佳,无法满足高端需求。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种透气性好、舒适性佳、可在布面形成黄点,具备麻灰效果的棉麻混纺天然麻灰面料生产工艺,该生产工艺生产的面料很好的反映了棉/麻混纺的面料特性,丰富了面料的差异化风格。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种棉麻混纺天然麻灰面料生产工艺,它包括以下步骤,
首先,将70%棉、30%亚麻混织成单面汗布,将圆筒单面汗布入缸前通过反布机反布;
然后,利用亚麻氧漂会留下麻壳的特性,将氧漂增白合并工艺生产,加2%GD-109(多功能前处理剂)、1.5%PN粉(煮漂枧粉精)、3%H2O2、亨司迈耐碱增白剂(0.5%GD(本白)、0.1%GD-B(兰光)、0.1%GD-R(红光))98℃×50′、0.5%HAC 60℃×10′中和;
最后,氧漂增白后对面料进行硅油处理,3%OK-100、9%特白柔软剂40℃×30′,使面料柔顺滑爽,最终得到漂白布底,亚麻黄壳的麻灰面料。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:棉纤维被充分漂白后,保留下来的麻壳会与之形成鲜明的反差,布面黄白麻灰效果明显,再通过加强后整理,充分做柔手感,成为一款高档的棉麻天然麻灰面料,增强面料透气性、舒适性,丰富面料风格,使其独特而新潮。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种棉麻混纺天然麻灰面料生产工艺,它包括以下步骤,
首先,将70%棉、30%亚麻混织成单面汗布,将圆筒单面汗布入缸前通过反布机反布,防止染色过程中布面擦毛;
其次,利用亚麻氧漂会留下麻壳的特性,将氧漂增白合并工艺生产,加2%GD-109(多功能前处理剂)、1.5%PN粉(煮漂枧粉精)、3%H2O2、亨司迈耐碱增白剂(0.5%GD(本白)、0.1%GD-B(兰光)、0.1%GD-R(红光))98℃×50′、0.5%HAC 60℃×10′中和;
然后,氧漂增白后对面料进行硅油处理,3%OK-100、9%特白柔软剂40℃×30′,使面料柔顺滑爽,最终得到漂白布底,亚麻黄壳的麻灰面料。
主要技术参数
甲醛含量:≤75mg/kg;PH值(6.1)4.0-8.5之间;起球(780cN,600r)≥3;顶破强力(钢球直径为:38±0.02mm)(345N)≥150N;水洗尺寸变化率(纤维素纤维总含量50%及以上)(1×5A):直向(-2.4)-7.0~+3.0%,横向(-7.2)-9.0~+2.0%;水洗后扭曲率(1.5%):≤5.0%;平方米干燥质量:150.3g/m2;可分解致癌致癌芳香胺染料:≤20mg/kg。
通过上述工艺,保留麻壳,漂白棉时,由于麻壳增白效果不佳,形成布面黄点,白底麻灰效果;利用亚麻氧漂会留下麻壳的特性,将氧漂增白合并工艺生产,并在氧漂增白后对面料进行硅油处理,使面料柔顺滑爽,利用亚麻氧漂留壳特性,将氧、碱前处理的白胚增白,由于布面麻壳增白效果较差,同棉纱白度形成反差,成麻灰效果,这种麻灰效果独特,很好的反映了棉/麻混纺的面料特性,丰富了面料的差异化风格。

首先,将70%棉、30%亚麻混织成单面汗布,将圆筒单面汗布入缸前通过反布机反布;
然后,利用亚麻氧漂会留下麻壳的特性,将氧漂增白合并工艺生产,加2%GD-109(多功能前处理剂)、1.5%PN粉(煮漂枧粉精)、3%H2O2、亨司迈耐碱增白剂(0.5%GD(本白)、0.1%GD-B(兰光)、0.1%GD-R(红光))98℃×50′、0.5%HAC 60℃×10′中和;
