本发明涉及纺织生产技术领域,具体涉及一种汉麻混纺面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的发展,对于纺织面料,人们已经不再仅仅满足于服饰性,人们更多的是寻找功能性面料,满足功能性的要求。
汉麻为绿色环保生态纤维,其面料具有天然抗菌除臭、抗紫外线辐射、吸湿排汗、柔软舒适、护肤保洁、耐磨等性能意外,还具有尊贵高雅、朴实无华、自然使用等风格。因此,汉麻面料日渐成为高级服装设计师手中的理想面料。但是汉麻面料也存在很多的不足,如汉麻织物手感粗糙、平整度不好、麻结疵点多等不良性能,并且现有的汉麻纤维纺织加工过程中损耗大、效率低的现象同样制约着汉麻纺织品的推广和应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种保存汉麻纤维自身功能的,同时又兼具手感柔软、平整度好并且加工效率高的汉麻混纺面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种汉麻混纺面料,其创新点在于:所述汉麻混纺面料由汉麻纤维与棉纤维、天丝纤维混纺而成,经过选取原料、开松、成卷、生条、预并条、条卷、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综、织造、后整理和包装步骤。
进一步的,所述汉麻混纺面料中各成分所占质量百分比分别为:汉麻纤维占60-70%,棉纤维20-30%,天丝纤维8-10%。
进一步的,所述并条步骤需要进行3-4次并条。
进一步的,所述细纱步骤中采用赛络菲尔纺纱方法形成管纱。
