Abstract

冷机消音罩及具有其的冷藏集装箱
技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,尤其涉及一种冷机消音罩及具有其的冷藏集装箱。
背景技术
目前大多数冷藏集装箱是用于货物的冷藏运输用途,也有部分冷藏集装箱作为小型冷库在居民生活区使用,由于使用环境的限制,要求冷藏集装箱的冷机产生的噪音应尽可能的小,减少对周围环境的影响。如何使冷藏箱冷机降噪,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的一个技术问题。
发明内容
为至少部分地解决上述技术问题,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种冷机消音罩,用于覆盖冷机排风扇并降低噪音,所述冷机消音罩包括:
至少部分地与所述冷机排风扇相对设置的端板,所述端板的内表面设置有倾斜于所述内表面的反射板,以及凸出于所述内表面的导风板;
位于所述端板两侧的侧板,所述侧板设置有进风口;以及
位于所述端板的顶部的顶板,所述顶板设置有出风口;
其中,所述导风板位于所述反射板的两侧并朝向所述出风口延伸,所述反射板和所述导风板引导来自所述冷机排风扇的气流从所述出风口排出。
可选地,所述反射板和/或所述导风板由外至内依次由冲孔隔板、无纺布、消音材料、无纺布和冲孔隔板构成。
可选地,所述反射板相对于所述端板的所述内表面成40-50度设置。
可选地,所述侧板的内表面设置有进风导向隔板,所述进风导向隔板位于所述进风口处,以促进气流流动。
可选地,所述进风导向隔板由外至内依次由冲孔隔板、无纺布、消音材料、无纺布和冲孔隔板构成。
可选地,所述出风口构造为具有从所述顶板的内表面向下延伸的多个排风消音隔板,以用于降低噪音。
可选地,所述排风消音隔板由外至内依次由冲孔隔板、无纺布、消音材料、无纺布和冲孔隔板构成。

根据本发明的冷机消音罩包括端板、侧板和顶板,侧板上设置有进风口,顶板上设置有出风口,端板的内表面设置有反射板和导风板,使得来自冷机排风扇的气流能够被反射板和导风板引导并排出冷机消音罩。冷机消音罩安装方便,降噪效果明显,可将冷机排风扇产生的噪声有效降低25dB以上。

如图1所示,本发明提供了一种冷机消音罩1,其可以用于覆盖位于冷藏集装箱13外表面处的冷机排风扇12,以用于降低噪音。
在图示实施方式中,冷机消音罩1大致构造为具有开口的六面体状。具体地,冷机消音罩1包括端板14、侧板15、顶板16以及底板。其中端板14至少部分地与冷机排风扇12相对设置,侧板15位于端板14的两侧,顶板16位于端板14的顶部并与侧板15接附,底板位于端板14的底部并与侧板15接附。当然,顶板16和底板可以和端板14构造为一体,并弯折形成。由此,端板14、顶板16、两个侧板15以及底板形成上述具有开口的六面体状,以覆盖在冷机排风扇12的外侧。
在图示实施方式中,开口由侧板15、顶板16和底板限定,而为了能够与冷藏集装箱方便且牢固地连接,开口的外侧可设置有弯折部,并且在弯折部(法兰5)上设置有用于与冷藏集装箱上的安装孔对应的孔,以方便安装。
并且,为了便于移动和安装冷机消音罩1,冷机消音罩1的顶部(例如顶板16)设置有吊环6,冷机消音罩1的底部(例如底板)设置有叉车槽7。而冷机消音罩1的侧板15上还可以设置有检修门4,方便检测维修。
现请参考图2至图4,侧板15上设置有进风口,而顶板16上设置有出风口2。
现请转到图5和图6,端板14的内表面设置倾斜于该内表面的反射板11。该反射板11倾斜地朝向冷机排风扇12,以及下文将详细描述的出风口2,以将来自冷机排风扇12的气流反射至出风口2处。优选地,反射板11以相对于该内表面40-50度的角度设置,进一步优选地,反射板11倾斜于端板1445度设置。
此外,端板14的内表面还设置有凸出于内表面的导风板10,导风板10位于反射板11的两侧并朝向出风口2延伸。
在图示实施方式中,反射板11可以构造为其下端低于冷机排风扇12的下端,以使得来自冷机排风扇12的气流可以尽可能多地被反射板11反射。导风板10与反射板11搭接,并且从反射板11向上延伸至出风口2处。由此,端板14、反射板11和导风板10共同形成一腔体,其能够将来自冷机排风扇12的气流直接地引导至排风口。
可选地,出风口2构造为具有从顶板16的内表面向下延伸的多个排风消音隔板9,这样,经由反射板11反射的气流可通过排风消音隔板9再排出冷机消音罩1,从而大幅降低噪音,综合降噪达25dB以上。进一步地,可以设置有交替设置的4长5短的九块排风消音隔板9,并且其底端设置有倒角,便于气流排出。
由此,根据本发明的冷机消音罩1安装方便,降噪效果明显,可将冷机排风扇12产生的噪声有效降低25dB以上。
如图4所示,侧板15的内表面还可以设置有进风导向隔板8,进风导向隔板8位于进风口处,并且进风导向隔板8从侧板15的内表面向内延伸一端距离,并且进风导向隔板8端部也可以设置有倒角,便于进风气流的导向。
由此,如图4中的箭头所示,从进风口进入冷机消音罩1中的气流被位于其进风口上下、左右或者四周设置的进风导向隔板8引导,并能够被导风板10反射以向下移动,从而流经压缩机位置,并最终通过反射板11和导风板10形成的腔体经由排风消音隔板9排出出风口2。可以理解的是,从进风口进入冷机消音罩1的气流可以被引导向冷机消音罩1的下部流动,使得气流能够快速达到冷机压缩机所在的下部区域,以确保压缩机正常工作。
现请转到图8,可选地,上述的端板14、侧板15以及顶板16由外至内依次由铝板21、发泡层22、消音材料23、无纺布24和冲孔隔板25构成。并且,如图所示,端板14、侧板15以及顶板16中间可设置有多个对应设置的骨架26(例如C形槽或U形槽)以支撑冷机消音罩1。铝板21或冲孔隔板25等可通过诸如自攻钉27的连接件与骨架26连接。相对设置的两个骨架26之间还可以设置有密封胶28,以进一步降低噪音。
而如图9所示,同样可选地,上述的反射板11、导风板10、进风导向隔板8、排风消音隔板9由外至内依次可以由外侧的冲孔隔板31、外侧的无纺布32、消音材料33、内侧的无纺布32和内侧的冲孔隔板31构成,以形成多层(五层)结构,而冲孔隔板31和内侧的无纺布32可通过自攻钉34连接至消音材料33。
并且,根据需要,上述的消音材料可以为岩棉或聚酯消音棉或二氧化硅气凝胶,其具有较好的吸音效果。
在一种可选实施方式中,可选地,如图10A和10B所示,进风口处设置有进风口百叶窗3,进风口百叶窗3由冲孔隔板(上板)、无纺布、消音材料、无纺布、以及平板隔板(下板)构成。
可选地,进风口百叶窗3包括具有105°的折弯R的百叶,并且百叶构造为内长外短。这样可更有利于进风及降噪。

2.根据权利要求1所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述反射板和/或所述导风板由外至内依次由冲孔隔板、无纺布、消音材料、无纺布和冲孔隔板构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述反射板相对于所述端板的所述内表面成40-50度设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述侧板的内表面设置有进风导向隔板,所述进风导向隔板位于所述进风口处,以促进气流流动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述进风导向隔板由外至内依次由冲孔隔板、无纺布、消音材料、无纺布和冲孔隔板构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述出风口构造为具有从所述顶板的内表面向下延伸的多个排风消音隔板,以用于降低噪音。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述排风消音隔板由外至内依次由冲孔隔板、无纺布、消音材料、无纺布和冲孔隔板构成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述端板、所述侧板以及所述顶板由外至内依次由铝板、发泡层、消音材料、无纺布和冲孔隔板构成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述进风口处设置有进风口百叶窗,所述进风口百叶窗由冲孔隔板、无纺布、消音材料、无纺布、以及平板隔板构成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述进风口百叶窗包括具有105°的折弯的百叶,所述百叶构造为内长外短。
11.根据权利要求2、5、7、8和9中的任一项所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述消音材料为岩棉、聚酯消音棉或二氧化硅气凝胶。
12.根据权利要求1所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述冷机消音罩的顶部设置有吊环,和/或所述冷机消音罩的底部设置有叉车槽。
13.根据权利要求1所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述冷机消音罩还设置有检修门,方便检测维修。
14.根据权利要求1所述的冷机消音罩,其特征在于,所述冷机消音罩设置有用于冷机配合的安装部。
15.一种冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1至14中的任一项所述的冷机消音罩。
