Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车内饰面料及其制备方法,所述汽车内饰面料制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)原料选取:选取一定规格的面料、海绵和底布;(2)火焰复合:先将步骤(1)中选取的海绵的一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤海绵粘贴在一起,再将海绵的另一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤并与海绵粘贴在一起,形成三层复合面料,所述复合机的走步速度为20m‑25m/min。本发明采用传统的汽车面料生产工艺,可以进行大规模的生产,本发明的原理是通过氧化还原分解、中和反应及高温烘焙使氧化还原剂和去味剂挥发和VOC进行氧化还原分解及挥发掉,从而降低气味及VOC,通过控制轧车压力使复合面料充分的和溶液充分混合,再进行烘焙挥发使VOC充分的挥发分解。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为一种汽车内饰面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车内饰面料通常为涤纶面料+聚氨酯海绵+涤纶底布三层复合面料,该复合面料是通过火焰烧烤使海绵表层融化,将面料和底布粘贴在海绵上,涤纶面料本身化学性能很稳定,耐高温、耐腐蚀、不易分解,因此汽车内饰面料的气味及VOC主要来源于聚氨酯海绵,其成分为小分子的苯烃类和醛酮类,目前各大主机厂都纷纷提出了自己VOC的要求,为此,我们提出一种汽车内饰面料及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车内饰面料及其制备方法,以解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车内饰面料及其制备方法,所述汽车内饰面料制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料选取:选取一定规格的面料、海绵和底布;
(2)火焰复合:先将步骤(1)中选取的海绵的一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤海绵粘贴在一起,再将海绵的另一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤并与海绵粘贴在一起,形成三层复合面料,所述复合机的走步速度为20m-25m/min,复合时要注意调节火焰高度及复合机的走布速度,使剥离力达到客户要求;
(3)溶液配制:在常温下分别将氧化还原剂和去味剂按1g-1.3g/L和0.5g-0.8g/L的比例加入水中,搅拌均匀混合配成溶液;
(4)浸轧处理:将步骤(3)中配好的溶液倒入轧车液槽中,调整轧车压力使吸液率控制在80%-90%之间,然后使复合面料在溶液中浸湿,再经过轧辊的压力使溶液均匀的渗透在布上,轧辊的移动速度为15m-18m/min;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中浸有溶液的复合面料在定型机中进行烘焙,所述烘焙时间为3min-5min,烘干温度为130℃-140℃。
本发明采用传统的汽车面料生产工艺,可以进行大规模的生产,本发明的原理是通过氧化还原分解、中和反应及高温烘焙使氧化还原剂和去味剂挥发和VOC进行氧化还原分解及挥发掉,从而降低气味及VOC,通过控制轧车压力使复合面料充分的和溶液充分混合,再进行烘焙挥发使VOC充分的挥发分解。

实施例一:
一种汽车内饰面料及其制备方法,所述汽车内饰面料制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料选取:选取一定规格的面料、海绵和底布;
(2)火焰复合:先将步骤(1)中选取的海绵的一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤海绵粘贴在一起,再将海绵的另一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤并与海绵粘贴在一起,形成三层复合面料,所述复合机的走步速度为20m/min,复合时要注意调节火焰高度及复合机的走布速度,使剥离力达到客户要求;
(3)溶液配制:在常温下分别将氧化还原剂和去味剂按1g/L和0.8g/L的比例加入水中,搅拌均匀混合配成溶液;
(4)浸轧处理:将步骤(3)中配好的溶液倒入轧车液槽中,调整轧车压力使吸液率控制为80%,然后使复合面料在溶液中浸湿,再经过轧辊的压力使溶液均匀的渗透在布上,轧辊的移动速度为15m/min;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中浸有溶液的复合面料在定型机中进行烘焙,所述烘焙时间为3min,烘干温度为130℃。
实施例二:
一种汽车内饰面料及其制备方法,所述汽车内饰面料制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料选取:选取一定规格的面料、海绵和底布;
(2)火焰复合:先将步骤(1)中选取的海绵的一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤海绵粘贴在一起,再将海绵的另一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤并与海绵粘贴在一起,形成三层复合面料,所述复合机的走步速度为23m/min,复合时要注意调节火焰高度及复合机的走布速度,使剥离力达到客户要求;
(3)溶液配制:在常温下分别将氧化还原剂和去味剂按1.2g/L和0.7g/L的比例加入水中,搅拌均匀混合配成溶液;
(4)浸轧处理:将步骤(3)中配好的溶液倒入轧车液槽中,调整轧车压力使吸液率控制为85%,然后使复合面料在溶液中浸湿,再经过轧辊的压力使溶液均匀的渗透在布上,轧辊的移动速度为17m/min;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中浸有溶液的复合面料在定型机中进行烘焙,所述烘焙时间为4min,烘干温度为135℃。
实施例三:
一种汽车内饰面料及其制备方法,所述汽车内饰面料制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料选取:选取一定规格的面料、海绵和底布;
(2)火焰复合:先将步骤(1)中选取的海绵的一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤海绵粘贴在一起,再将海绵的另一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤并与海绵粘贴在一起,形成三层复合面料,所述复合机的走步速度为25m/min,复合时要注意调节火焰高度及复合机的走布速度,使剥离力达到客户要求;
(3)溶液配制:在常温下分别将氧化还原剂和去味剂按1.3g/L和0.5g/L的比例加入水中,搅拌均匀混合配成溶液;
(4)浸轧处理:将步骤(3)中配好的溶液倒入轧车液槽中,调整轧车压力使吸液率控制为90%,然后使复合面料在溶液中浸湿,再经过轧辊的压力使溶液均匀的渗透在布上,轧辊的移动速度为18m/min;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中浸有溶液的复合面料在定型机中进行烘焙,所述烘焙时间为5min,烘干温度为140℃。

1.一种汽车内饰面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述汽车内饰面料制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料选取:选取一定规格的面料、海绵和底布;
(2)火焰复合:先将步骤(1)中选取的海绵的一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤海绵粘贴在一起,再将海绵的另一面与底布通过火焰复合机烧烤并与海绵粘贴在一起,形成三层复合面料,所述复合机的走步速度为20m-25m/min,复合时要注意调节火焰高度及复合机的走布速度,使剥离力达到客户要求;
(3)溶液配制:在常温下分别将氧化还原剂和去味剂按1g-1.3g/L和0.5g-0.8g/L的比例加入水中,搅拌均匀混合配成溶液;
(4)浸轧处理:将步骤(3)中配好的溶液倒入轧车液槽中,调整轧车压力使吸液率控制在80%-90%之间,然后使复合面料在溶液中浸湿,再经过轧辊的压力使溶液均匀的渗透在布上,轧辊的移动速度为15m-18m/min;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中浸有溶液的复合面料在定型机中进行烘焙,所述烘焙时间为3min-5min,烘干温度为130℃-140℃。
