本发明涉及汽车用品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及负离子抑菌除味汽车顶棚内饰板及装置该内饰板的汽车。
背景技术
汽车顶棚内饰板是贴合于汽车金属顶棚内壁上的一种汽车内饰件,主要用于起隔音、隔热作用,由于汽车金属顶棚通常导热性较高且密度和刚性较大,因此不利于隔热和隔音,需要在内壁上贴合一层隔音隔热垫,从而为车内驾驶人员和乘客提供舒适的感受。而现有技术中的汽车顶棚内饰板功能单一,已不能满足人们的使用需求。
一方面,随着全球气温的不断升高,蚊子的种群和数量都将大幅提高,正日益威胁人类的健康。蚊子除直接叮刺吸血、骚扰睡眠外,更严重的是传播多种疾病。我国的蚊传病有疟疾、淋巴丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热(或登革出血热)四类,蚊传较重要的病毒病还有黄热病及各种马脑炎等。
另一方面,将空气负离子技术运用于汽车顶棚内饰板产品中,使用后的汽车顶棚内饰板在室内长期释放空气负离子,尤其是负氧离子。由于其在结构上与超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)相似,因此具有相似的生物活性,能够使活的生物细胞带负电荷,从而使病毒失去对细胞的攻击能力。例如,在人造空气负离子环境中,经测定空气中霉菌、细菌数可降低90%以上。负氧离子被吸入人体后,能调节神经中枢的兴奋状态,改善肺的换气功能,改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢、增强免疫系统能力、使人精神振奋、提高工作效率等,它还对高血压、气喘、流感、失眠、关节炎等许多疾病有一定的治疗作用,所以人称负离子为“空气中的维生素”“长寿素”。
迄今,使传统的汽车顶棚内饰板产品同时具有驱赶蚊虫、抗菌除菌、释放负离子及提阵驾驶员精神的的功能的技术设计还未有见。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供负离子抑菌除味汽车顶棚内饰板,不仅可有效的驱赶蚊虫,还可释放空气负离子。此外,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,具有提阵精神的效果。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种装置有所述汽车顶棚内饰板的汽车。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
负离子抑菌除味汽车顶棚内饰板,由中药毯坯装饰层1、负离子胶黏层2、海绵缓冲层3、玻纤短切毡隔热层4和位于底层的热熔纤维贴合层5组成,所述中药毯坯装饰层1由涤纶制成的基布层10和机织在基布层10上的绒头11组成,所述中药毯坯装饰层1、负离子胶黏层2、海绵缓冲层3、玻纤短切毡隔热层4和热熔纤维贴合层5自下而上依次设置,其中的玻纤短切毡隔热层用于提高汽车顶棚内饰板的隔热效果,同时可以提高汽车顶棚内饰板的机械强度,且具有阻燃性能,安全环保;所述的汽车顶棚内饰板通过所述热熔纤维贴合层5安装固定在汽车顶棚内壁上,无需在安装时额外使用其它化学胶黏剂,加工方便,节省成本且环保安全;所述中药毯坯装饰层1和海绵缓冲层3通过负离子胶黏层2胶合,其中,在所述海绵缓冲层3和玻纤短切毡隔热层4之间还依次间隔设置有中药颗粒容置腔6和活性矿物质颗粒容置腔7,所述的中药颗粒容置腔6和活性矿物质颗粒容置腔7为若干个等距分布在所述汽车顶棚内饰板的条形腔,其中:
所述负离子胶黏层2包括羟基丁苯胶和负离子天然矿物质粉,其中羟基丁苯胶和负离子天然矿物质粉的质量比为6:1,所述负离子天然矿物质粉为电气石、镧系稀土复合盐类和氧化钛按重量比4:3:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比3:2的混合物,所述负离子天然矿物质粉的粒度为2500目的超细粉末;
所述活性矿物质颗粒容置腔7内设置有高密度无纺布套袋,在所述的高密度无纺布套袋内装置活性矿物质颗粒70,所述活性矿物质颗粒为电气石、硅藻土、二氧化钛和麦饭石按重量比3:3:2:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比3:2的混合物;
所述中药颗粒容置腔6内设置有高密度无纺布套袋,在所述的高密度无纺布套袋内装置有中药颗粒60,所述中药颗粒由下述组分按重量份组成:长叶冻绿70-80份,地榆15-20份,白花除虫菊1-3份,贯众15-20份,槐角4-6份,丁香罗勒1.5-2.5份,白芷3-5份,金银花3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木15-20份,麝香1-3份,菖蒲1-3份,薄荷1-3份,藿香1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,野菊花1-3份,在一较佳实施例中,把上述原材料按常规工艺进行粉碎,研成颗粒粉末,并按上述比例混合,搅拌均匀后填充在高密度无纺布套袋,此为现有已知技术,在此不作详述。
具体地说,在一较佳实施例中,在所述海绵缓冲层3和玻纤短切毡隔热层4之间设置多个容置腔,在每个容置腔内分别设置有高密度无纺布套袋图中未示出,所述的高密度无纺布套袋用于装填中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70,装填中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70后,所述的高密度无纺布套袋就被装置在相应的容置腔内。也就是说,汽车顶棚内饰板的顶层和底层之间形成多个间隔设置的容置腔,该容置腔用于分别填充中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70,从而对中药颗粒和活性矿物质颗粒进行固定,避免因汽车顶棚内饰板局部受力导致填充在所述容置腔内的中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70全部集中到一个地方,进而影响美观。
为了便于加工,所述容置腔为若干个等距分布在所述的汽车顶棚内饰板的条形腔,此时,容置腔均匀分布,进而使中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70均匀分布。
其进一步技术方案为:所述中药毯坯装饰层1在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:长叶冻绿70-80份,地榆15-20份,白花除虫菊1-3份,贯众15-20份,槐角4-6份,丁香罗勒1.5-2.5份,白芷3-5份,金银花3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木15-20份,麝香1-3份,菖蒲1-3份,薄荷1-3份,藿香1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,野菊花1-3份,冰片0.6-1.8份,番红花精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,所述中药毯坯装饰层1的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:长叶冻绿70-80份,地榆15-20份,白花除虫菊1-3份,贯众15-20份,槐角4-6份,丁香罗勒1.5-2.5份,白芷3-5份,金银花3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木15-20份,麝香1-3份,菖蒲1-3份,薄荷1-3份,藿香1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,野菊花1-3份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入冰片0.6-1.8份,番红花精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的用于制造汽车顶棚内饰板的毯坯装饰层打卷,然后浸入S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将S5中的毯坯装饰层展开,然后通过压辊挤压,压力为2-2.5pa;
S7、将S6中的毯坯装饰层在网带传动下进入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S8、自然冷却后,将S7处理后的毯坯装饰层进行染色、烘干,即得到用于制造汽车顶棚内饰板的毯坯装饰层。
在一较佳实施例中,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8-9份、避蚊胺0.2-0.3份和艾叶精油0.4-0.6份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10-30份、桉树油18-19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3份。
本发明还提供一种汽车,在所述汽车上装置有经上工艺流程制备的汽车顶棚内饰板。
本发明基于祖国传统医学,参考现代中药药理研究,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组份协同作用,其中各原料的作用简介如下。
长叶冻绿:落叶灌木或小乔木,根皮或全株入药,性平、味苦,去湿、杀菌,杀虫。
地榆:凉血上血,清热解毒。治吐血,衄血,血痢,崩漏,肠风,痔漏,痈肿,湿疹,金疮,烧伤。
白花除虫菊:菊蒿属(Tanacetum)数种植物的统称,燥湿杀虫、灭杀阴虱、头虱、体虱、跳蚤、除蚊杀虫的功效。
贯众:苦微寒,归肝脾经,有小毒。杀虫,清热解毒,止血。
槐角:清热泻火,凉血止血。用于肠热便血,痔肿出血,肝热头痛,眩晕目赤。
丁香罗勒:具有抗菌作用,对许兰氏黄癣菌、白色念珠菌等多种致病性真菌均有抑制作用;抗真菌作用,对星形奴卡菌、许兰黄癣菌、石膏样小孢子菌及腹股沟表皮癣菌等有抑制作用,还具有驱虫作用。
白芷:对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌、人型结核杆菌等均有抑制作用。本品所含的氧前胡素体外试验对11种菌株有抗菌作用;欧前胡素亦有抗菌作用花椒毒素;对人型结核杆菌H37RV的MIC为100mcg/ml。水浸剂对奥杜盎氏小芽胞癣菌等致病真菌也有一定抑制作用。
金银花:其功效主要是清热解毒,主治温病发热、热毒血痢、痈疽疔毒等。现代研究证明,金银花含有绿原酸、木犀草素苷等药理活性成分,对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、霍乱弧菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌等.
沉香:《本草纲目》记载沉香具有强烈的抗菌效能、香气入脾、清神理气、补五脏、止咳化痰、暖胃温脾、通气定痛、能入药,是上等药材极品。
樟木:常绿乔木,树皮黄褐色,有不规则的纵裂纹,主产长江以南及西南各地。冬季伐树劈碎或锯成块状,晒干或风干。木材块状大小不一,表面红棕色至暗棕色,横断面可见年轮。质重而硬。有强烈的樟脑香气,味清凉,有辛辣感,性温,味辛;能通窍辟秽、温中止痛、利湿杀虫。
麝香:《本经》:主辟恶气,温疟,痫痉,去三虫。
菖蒲:其花、茎香味浓郁,具有开窍、祛痰、散风的功效,可祛疫益智、强身健体,可作香料或驱蚊虫。
薄荷:为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥地上部分,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气。
藿香:味辛,性微温。功效:化湿和中,解表、解署的功效,主治湿阻脾胃,胸脘闷胀,食欲不香,恶心、呕吐;夏季暑湿困倦,胸闷不舒,以及外感风寒.恶寒胸闷等病症,具有有较强的抑制真菌作用和抗菌作用。
甜马郁兰:可以改善心情苦闷和上瘾症,尤其对弘毅紧张症状有效,能扩张血管、降血压、减轻以及负担,帮助消除心悸,有优异的神经安抚与镇定功能。
野菊花:为菊科多年生草本植物,野菊花头状花序的外形与菊花相似,野生于山坡草地、田边、路旁等野生地带。以色黄无梗、完整、苦辛、花未全开者为佳。野菊花性微寒,具疏散风热、消肿解毒。能治疗疔疮痈肿、咽喉肿痛、风火赤眼、头痛眩晕等病证,其含有的菊醇、野菊花内酯、氨基酸、微量元素等多种活性成分。其水提取液对心血管系统有明显保护作用,能提高心输出量,增加心肌供氧量,保护缺血心肌的正常生理功能。野菊花水提物及水蒸气蒸馏法提取的蓝绿色挥发油对多种致病菌、病毒有杀灭或抑制活性,水提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠埃希菌、伤寒杆菌等的抑制活性强于挥发油;并有抗炎、抗氧化、镇痛活性。
冰片:辛,苦,凉。具有开窍醒神,清热散毒,明目退翳。主治热病高热神昏,中风痰厥惊痫,暑湿蒙蔽清窍,喉痹耳聋,口疮齿肿,疮痈疳痔,目赤肿痛,翳膜遮睛。
番红花精油:《本草纲目》上就记载番红花具有镇静、镇痛、活血去瘀等功效,具有强大的生理活性,其柱头在亚洲和欧洲作为药用,有镇静、祛痰、解痉作用,国外用作镇静、驱风剂,活血化瘀,凉血解毒,解郁安神。温毒发斑、忧郁痞闷、惊悸发狂。
天竺葵精油:具有止血,收缩血管,气喘,肝排毒,胆结石,肾排毒,肾结石,利尿,肌肉酸痛,油性皮肤,老化皮肤活化,疱疹,皮肤苍白,减肥,促进结疤,湿疹,灼伤晒伤,癣,月经不顺,乳房充血发炎,减轻忧郁不安,具有除臭,抗菌,杀菌的作用。
艾叶精油:对炭疽杆菌、α-溶血链球菌、B-溶血链球菌、白喉杆菌、假白喉杆菌、肺类双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、柠檬色葡萄球菌、白色葡葡球菌、枯草杆菌等10种革兰氏阳性嗜气菌皆有抗菌作用,对于多种致病真菌也有抑菌作用。
本发明的效果:
本发明采用驱虫中草药与抗菌消炎草本药物复配,再配以改善精神状态的草本中药成份,添加温性的精油成份及负离子活性成份,经实验证明,本发明不仅可以驱赶蚊虫,还可以释放负离子,清新空气,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,助荷尔蒙分泌,舒缓焦虑,具有健身、驱蚊、防霉杀菌的功效。

S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:长叶冻绿70kg,地榆15kg,白花除虫菊1kg,贯众15kg,槐角4kg,丁香罗勒1.5kg,白芷3kg,金银花3kg,沉香4kg,樟木15kg,麝香1kg,菖蒲1kg,薄荷1kg,藿香1.5kg,甜马郁兰1.5kg,野菊花1kg,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60℃煎煮2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入冰片0.6kg,番红花精油0.4kg,天竺葵精油0.3kg,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的用于制造汽车顶棚内饰板的毯坯装饰层打卷,然后浸入S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20分钟;
S6、将S5中的毯坯装饰层展开,然后通过压辊挤压,压力为2-2.5pa;
S7、将S6中的毯坯装饰层在网带传动下进入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80℃;
S8、自然冷却后,将S7处理后的毯坯装饰层进行染色、烘干,即得到用于制造汽车顶棚内饰板的毯坯装饰层。
在一较佳实施例中,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8千克、避蚊胺0.3千克和艾叶精油0.5千克。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10千克、桉树油19千克、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1千克、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15千克和苯甲酸钠0.1千克。
本发明还提供一种汽车,在所述汽车上装置有经上工艺流程制备的汽车顶棚内饰板。

具体地说,在一较佳实施例中,在所述海绵缓冲层3和玻纤短切毡隔热层4之间设置多个容置腔,在每个容置腔内分别设置有高密度无纺布套袋图中未示出,所述的高密度无纺布套袋用于装填中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70,装填中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70后,所述的高密度无纺布套袋就被装置在相应的容置腔内。也就是说,汽车顶棚内饰板的顶层和底层之间形成多个间隔设置的容置腔,该容置腔用于分别填充中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70,从而对中药颗粒和活性矿物质颗粒进行固定,避免因汽车顶棚内饰板局部受力导致填充在所述容置腔内的中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70全部集中到一个地方,进而影响美观。
为了便于加工,所述容置腔为若干个等距分布在所述的汽车顶棚内饰板的条形腔,此时,容置腔均匀分布,进而使中药颗粒60和活性矿物质颗粒70均匀分布。
其进一步技术方案为:所述中药毯坯装饰层1在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:长叶冻绿80kg,地榆20kg,白花除虫菊3kg,贯众20kg,槐角6kg,丁香罗勒2.5kg,白芷5kg,金银花5kg,沉香6kg,樟木20kg,麝香3kg,菖蒲3kg,薄荷3kg,藿香2.5kg,甜马郁兰2.5kg,野菊花3kg,冰片1.8kg,番红花精油0.6kg,天竺葵精油0.5kg,所述中药毯坯装饰层1的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:长叶冻绿80kg,地榆20kg,白花除虫菊3kg,贯众20kg,槐角6kg,丁香罗勒2.5kg,白芷5kg,金银花5kg,沉香6kg,樟木20kg,麝香3kg,菖蒲3kg,薄荷3kg,藿香2.5kg,甜马郁兰2.5kg,野菊花3kg,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于80℃煎煮1.5小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入冰片1.8kg,番红花精油0.6kg,天竺葵精油0.5kg,充分搅拌调匀,然后按8%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的用于制造汽车顶棚内饰板的毯坯装饰层打卷,然后浸入S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍30分钟;
S6、将S5中的毯坯装饰层展开,然后通过压辊挤压,压力为2.5pa;
S7、将S6中的毯坯装饰层在网带传动下进入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度130℃;
S8、自然冷却后,将S7处理后的毯坯装饰层进行染色、烘干,即得到用于制造汽车顶棚内饰板的毯坯装饰层。
其余同实施例1。
经过处理后的汽车顶棚内饰板的驱避率达到90%以上,反复擦拭60次无破损且驱蚊虫效果不变。
检验上述汽车顶棚内饰板的方法如下:
(1)在三个2平方米的实验空间,分别为实验1组、实验2组和对照组,(实验1组对应实施例1、实验2组对应实施例2)并将实验组和对照组(普通汽车顶棚内饰板)分别放入无外界蚊虫干扰的实验室内,实验组和对照组(普通汽车顶棚内饰板)均通过温湿度控制器将温度控制在温度25℃,相对湿度45%,实验组内铺设本发明汽车顶棚内饰板,而对照组是按照本发明方法制作的未添加中药提取物和负离子胶黏层的普通汽车顶棚内饰板,分别对蚊子、跳蚤、蚂蚁、蟑螂、臭虫、扁虱、地毯甲虫进行分类测试,分别在5、10、15、24小时内进行计数,检测数据见表1。
由表1得出各类昆虫在各时间段的驱避率,并得出表2。
驱避率为(放入数量-剩余数量)/放入数量。
由表1和表2可知,本发明的驱虫率可达98%以上,并且10小时即可达到接近91%,15小时即可达到96%以上,与对照组(普通汽车顶棚内饰板)相比,本发明的驱虫效果明显,而且对于蚊子、臭虫和扁虱的驱除率可达100%。
(2)气味检查:感官,清香,无刺激性异味。
(3)负离子检测。
采用负离子测试仪器,主要是针对木材、矿石、陶瓷材料、负离子粉末与相关制成商品(如负离子衣物、项链、毛毯)等所释放出的负离子数量做出测量。
测试结果见表3。
结论:本发明实施例1、实施例2中的汽车顶棚内饰板可以持续释放空气负离子,与现有技术中的普通汽车顶棚内饰板相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
(4)杀菌效果检测。
依照本发明方法制备的汽车顶棚内饰板经检测,其理化指标如表4:
结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2中的汽车顶棚内饰板杀菌效果优良,与现有技术中的普通汽车顶棚内饰板相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
(5)对提神醒脑方面的测试。
为了验证本发明对提神醒脑方面的效果,发明人与中山市某机动车检测站合作,以招募志愿者的形式,将本发明产品为有合作意向的车辆进行装置并邀请驾驶员参加试用调查,参加试用调查的共有300人,共分为3组,其中前2组装置本发明中实施例1和实施例2中的汽车顶棚内饰板,第3组为对照组(装置有普通汽车顶棚内饰板),通过SCL-90问卷(即《症状自评量表-SCL90》,是世界上最著名的心理健康测试量表之一),经过持续3周的跟踪调查,调查数据如下表(单位:人):
结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2中的汽车顶棚内饰板对提神方面的效果良好,与现有技术中的普通汽车顶棚内饰板相比较,本发明在提神方面的作用具有非常明显的优势。
Claims (2)
1.负离子抑菌除味汽车顶棚内饰板,其特征在于:由中药毯坯装饰层(1)、负离子胶黏层(2)、海绵缓冲层(3)、玻纤短切毡隔热层(4)和位于底层的热熔纤维贴合层(5)组成,所述中药毯坯装饰层(1)由涤纶制成的基布层(10)和机织在基布层(10)上的绒头(11)组成,所述中药毯坯装饰层(1)、负离子胶黏层(2)、海绵缓冲层(3)、玻纤短切毡隔热层(4)和热熔纤维贴合层(5)自下而上依次设置,所述的汽车顶棚内饰板通过所述热熔纤维贴合层(5)安装固定在汽车顶棚内壁上,所述中药毯坯装饰层(1)和海绵缓冲层(3)通过负离子胶黏层(2)胶合,其中,在所述海绵缓冲层(3)和玻纤短切毡隔热层(4)之间还依次间隔设置有中药颗粒容置腔(6)和活性矿物质颗粒容置腔(7),所述的中药颗粒容置腔(6)和活性矿物质颗粒容置腔(7)为若干个等距分布在所述汽车顶棚内饰板的条形腔,其中:
所述负离子胶黏层(2)包括羟基丁苯胶和负离子天然矿物质粉,其中羟基丁苯胶和负离子天然矿物质粉的质量比为6:1,所述负离子天然矿物质粉为电气石、镧系稀土复合盐类和氧化钛按重量比4:3:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比3:2的混合物,所述负离子天然矿物质粉的粒度为2500目的超细粉末;
所述活性矿物质颗粒容置腔(7)内设置有高密度无纺布套袋,在所述的高密度无纺布套袋内装置活性矿物质颗粒(70),所述活性矿物质颗粒为电气石、硅藻土、二氧化钛和麦饭石按重量比3:3:2:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比3:2的混合物;
所述中药颗粒容置腔(6)内设置有高密度无纺布套袋,在所述的高密度无纺布套袋内装置有中药颗粒(60),所述中药颗粒由下述组分按重量份组成:长叶冻绿70-80份,地榆15-20份,白花除虫菊1-3份,贯众15-20份,槐角4-6份,丁香罗勒1.5-2.5份,白芷3-5份,金银花3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木15-20份,麝香1-3份,菖蒲1-3份,薄荷1-3份,藿香1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,野菊花1-3份;
所述中药毯坯装饰层(1)在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:长叶冻绿70-80份,地榆15-20份,白花除虫菊1-3份,贯众15-20份,槐角4-6份,丁香罗勒1.5-2.5份,白芷3-5份,金银花3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木15-20份,麝香1-3份,菖蒲1-3份,薄荷1-3份,藿香1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,野菊花1-3份,冰片0.6-1.8份,番红花精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,所述中药毯坯装饰层(1)的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:长叶冻绿70-80份,地榆15-20份,白花除虫菊1-3份,贯众15-20份,槐角4-6份,丁香罗勒1.5-2.5份,白芷3-5份,金银花3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木15-20份,麝香1-3份,菖蒲1-3份,薄荷1-3份,藿香1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,野菊花1-3份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入冰片0.6-1.8份,番红花精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的用于制造汽车顶棚内饰板的毯坯装饰层打卷,然后浸入S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将S5中的毯坯装饰层展开,然后通过压辊挤压,压力为2-2.5pa;
S7、将S6中的毯坯装饰层在网带传动下进入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S8、自然冷却后,将S7处理后的毯坯装饰层进行染色、烘干,即得到用于制造汽车顶棚内饰板的毯坯装饰层。
2.一种汽车,其特征在于:在所述汽车上装置有如权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚内饰板。
