本发明属于精细化工技术领域,是一种栀子甙抗氧化剂的制备方法,包括:(1)取干燥无虫害的栀子果肉,粉碎过40‑60目筛,加入2‑4倍量清水加热至80‑100℃,保温搅拌1‑2小时,趁热过滤,滤渣用清水重复提取2‑3次,合并滤液;(2)将滤液减压蒸发浓缩至1/2‑1/3,冷却至室温,加入2‑3倍体积的乙醇,充分搅拌后静置8‑12小时;(3)将静置液体先过滤清夜,再过滤沉淀,用水浴将滤液减压蒸馏回收乙醇,趁热过滤,冷却至室温,静置10‑12小时,滤取晶体,母液继续浓缩,静置过滤,合并两次晶体,低温干燥,粉碎至120目,即得成品;本发明产品为天然原料制得,适合食品、药品中使用,提高产品的品质。

本发明属于精细化工技术领域,尤其是一种栀子甙抗氧化剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前常用的抗氧化剂包括有酶类或非酶类物质如维生素A、维生素E、半胱氨酸、抗坏血酸、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶、金属硫蛋白、木瓜巯基酶、辅酶Q10等。这些产品的抗氧化作用已经被得到认可,但是抗氧化效果一般,在食品、药品等产品中添加,效果不佳,栀子果肉中含有的栀子甙抗氧化剂已被国际业界公认为高品质的天然抗氧化植物,提取栀子果肉中的抗氧化剂,添加到食品、药品中去,能增加产品品质及产品质量,因此,研发一种栀子甙抗氧化剂的生产方法十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前食品、药品中添加的抗氧化剂大多不是纯天然动植物提取,影响产品质量的问题,提供一种栀子甙抗氧化剂的制备方法。
本发明的一种栀子甙抗氧化剂的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)取干燥无虫害的栀子果肉,粉碎过40-60目筛,加入2-4倍量清水水浴加热至80-100液℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,趁热过滤,滤渣用清水重复提取2-3次,合并滤液;
(2)将滤液减压蒸发浓缩至原体积的1/2-1/3,冷却至室温,加入2-3倍体积的乙醇,充分搅拌后静置8-12小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的静置液体先过滤清夜,再过滤沉淀,用水浴将滤液减压蒸馏回收乙醇,趁热过滤,冷却至室温,静置10-12小时,滤取晶体,母液继续浓缩,静置过滤,合并两次晶体,低温干燥,粉碎至120目,即得成品。
本发明抗氧化剂采用天然的栀子果肉提取,制得的产品为纯天然的植物氧化剂,用本发明产品生产高端的食品、药品等,不但能够提高产品品质,还能够提高产品的档次,具有极高的经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种栀子甙抗氧化剂的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)取干燥无虫害的栀子果肉,粉碎过60目筛,加入3倍量清水水浴加热至90液℃,保温搅拌1小时,趁热过滤,滤渣用清水重复提取3次,合并滤液;
(2)将滤液减压蒸发浓缩至原体积的1/2,冷却至室温,加入3倍体积的乙醇,充分搅拌后静置8小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的静置液体先过滤清夜,再过滤沉淀,用水浴将滤液减压蒸馏回收乙醇,趁热过滤,冷却至室温,静置12小时,滤取晶体,母液继续浓缩,静置过滤,合并两次晶体,低温干燥,粉碎至120目,即得成品。

1.一种栀子甙抗氧化剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)取干燥无虫害的栀子果肉,粉碎过40-60目筛,加入2-4倍量清水水浴加热至80-100液℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,趁热过滤,滤渣用清水重复提取2-3次,合并滤液;
(2)将滤液减压蒸发浓缩至原体积的1/2-1/3,冷却至室温,加入2-3倍体积的乙醇,充分搅拌后静置8-12小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的静置液体先过滤清夜,再过滤沉淀,用水浴将滤液减压蒸馏回收乙醇,趁热过滤,冷却至室温,静置10-12小时,滤取晶体,母液继续浓缩,静置过滤,合并两次晶体,低温干燥,粉碎至120目,即得成品。
