本发明涉及纺织染色工艺,特别是一种棉布料染色工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对日常纺织品的需求越来越大,尤其是棉布料的色彩、舒适、健康方面要求越来越高。现在市面上出售的棉布料五颜六色,令人眼花缭乱,这些布料很容易褪色,上染率、得色率以及以后的清洗牢度、摩擦牢度都不高,特别是当棉织物作为棉交织服装面料使用时,对色牢度、颜色的亮度饱和度要求较高,用现有工艺无法满足棉交织服装面料的性能要求。因此,我们需要一种工艺简单的染色方法,在节能减排,绿色环保的同时,又能做到颜色控制简单易行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供的一种棉布料染色工艺。
一种棉布料染色工艺,包括以下操作步骤:
浸泡:将棉布料放入容器中浸泡5-10分钟;
染色:将浸泡好的棉布料加入染色剂,染色剂有A组染色剂和B组染色剂;
固色:将染色剂加温至50-60℃,恒温下采用卷染法对染色的棉布料进行染色;
水洗:将固色好的棉布料进行水洗,水洗两遍;
烘干:将水洗好的棉布料进行烘干。
优选地,所述A组染色剂由活性染料0.5-5g/L、阴离子表面活性剂0.5-2g/L、碳酸钠2-3g/L和水混合而成,所述B组染色剂为活性染料0.5-5g/L和水混合而成。
优选地,所述染色时间为100-120分钟。
优选地,所述第一遍水洗温度为50-60℃,第二遍水洗温度为90-100℃。
优选地,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为磷酸酯盐型阴离子表面活性剂。
优选地,所述烘干温度为60-80℃。

实施例1
一种棉布料染色工艺,包括以下操作步骤:
浸泡:将棉布料放入容器中浸泡5分钟;
染色:将浸泡好的棉布料加入染色剂,染色剂有A组染色剂和B组染色剂;
固色:将染色剂加温至50℃,恒温下采用卷染法对染色的棉布料进行染色;
水洗:将固色好的棉布料进行水洗,水洗两遍;
烘干:将水洗好的棉布料进行烘干;
A组染色剂由活性染料0.5g/L、阴离子表面活性剂0.5g/L、碳酸钠2g/L和水混合而成,所述B组染色剂为活性染料0.5g/L和水混合而成。染色时间为100分钟。第一遍水洗温度为50℃,第二遍水洗温度90℃。阴离子表面活性剂为磷酸酯盐型阴离子表面活性剂。烘干温度为60℃。
实施例2
一种棉布料染色工艺,包括以下操作步骤:
浸泡:将棉布料放入容器中浸泡10分钟;
染色:将浸泡好的棉布料加入染色剂,染色剂有A组染色剂和B组染色剂;
固色:将染色剂加温至60℃,恒温下采用卷染法对染色的棉布料进行染色;
水洗:将固色好的棉布料进行水洗,水洗两遍;
烘干:将水洗好的棉布料进行烘干。
A组染色剂由活性染料5g/L、阴离子表面活性剂2g/L、碳酸钠3g/L和水混合而成,所述B组染色剂为活性染料5g/L和水混合而成。染色时间为120分钟。第一遍水洗温度为60℃,第二遍水洗温度100℃。阴离子表面活性剂为磷酸酯盐型阴离子表面活性剂。烘干温度为80℃。
本发明的一种棉布料染色工艺,采用染色、固色、水洗两遍再烘干的工艺,缩短流程。节约了染色时间,使得染色工艺和颜色控制简单易行,采用本发明的工艺还可节约水资源,减少单位重量棉布料的废水排放量,满足新型面料的染整配套工艺需求及市场需。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉布料染色工艺,其特征在于:所述A组染色剂由活性染料0.5-5g/L、阴离子表面活性剂0.5-2g/L、碳酸钠2-3g/L和水混合而成,所述B组染色剂为活性染料0.5-5g/L和水混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉布料染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色时间为100-120分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉布料染色工艺,其特征在于:所述第一遍水洗温度为50-60℃,第二遍水洗温度为90-100℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉布料染色工艺,其特征在于:所述的阴离子表面活性剂为磷酸酯盐型阴离子表面活性剂。
