【技术领域】
本发明涉及帘子布的技术领域,特别涉及一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
帘子布是轮胎外胎的骨架材料,其重量约占外胎总重量的10%~15%,其成本约占轮胎生产成本的37%,是轮胎生产的主要原材料之一。目前轮胎帘子布主要有锦纶帘子布、涤纶帘子布、粘胶帘子布和钢丝帘布等。帘子布,是用强力股线作经,用中、细支单纱作纬,织制的轮胎用骨架织物。经线排列紧密,纬纱排列稀疏,状似帘子,故名帘子布,经线又称帘子线,承受负荷,纬纱固定经线位置。帘子布用作轮胎等橡胶制品的骨架,使其承受巨大压力、冲击负荷和强烈震动。帘子布是影响轮胎性能和寿命的重要材料。目前的帘布大多采用单层的结构,为了提高帘布的结构强度,有必要提出一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布及其制备方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布及其制备方法,其旨在解决现有技术中汽车轮胎帘布的结构强度较低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布,是由内层、中间层和外层构成的三层级结构,所述的内层、中间层和外层依次粘接而成,所述的中间层是以高强度钢丝经加捻而形成的股线为经线,以弹性涤纶线为纬线编织而成,所述的内层和外层均是以复合纤维线为经线,以包芯纱经加捻而形成的股线为纬线按平纹组织编制而成。
作为优选,所述的中间层通过粘合层与内层、外层粘接,且粘合层穿过中间层并包覆中间层。
作为优选,所述的内层的经密为90~100根/10cm,纬密为5~7根/10cm,所述的中间层和外层的经密均为85~90根/10cm,纬密为4~6根/10cm,且内层、中间层和外层上的纬线相互交错。

第一步、采用若干高强度钢丝加捻成股,作为中间层的经线,采用若干弹性涤纶丝加捻成弹性涤纶线,作为中间层的纬线;采用复合纤维线作为内层和外层的经线,采用包芯纱经加捻而形成的股线作为内层和外层的纬线,备用;
第二步、在经编机上采用高强度钢丝和弹性涤纶线编织成中间层,采用复合纤维线和包芯纱编织成内层和外层,并收卷;
第三步、将收卷后的中间层、内层和外层分别安装在第一放卷辊、第二放卷辊、第三放卷辊上,中间层通过牵引经过浸胶池浸胶,提胶后与底部放卷的内层和上部放卷的外层通过复合辊复合形成帘布坯布,然后进入烘干箱烘干定型,最后通过收卷辊收卷。

其中,所述的中间层2通过粘合层4与内层1、外层3粘接,且粘合层4穿过中间层2并包覆中间层2。
进一步地,所述的内层1的经密为90~100根/10cm,纬密为5~7根/10cm,所述的中间层2和外层3的经密均为85~90根/10cm,纬密为4~6根/10cm,且内层1、中间层2和外层3上的纬线相互交错,所述的内层1、中间层2及外层3上中央位置的经线间距较布边处的经线间距密,所述的内层1、中间层2及外层3上的纬线均等间距分布。
更进一步地,所述的中间层2中每根纬线均由两股弹性涤纶线6交替交织而成,且两股弹性涤纶线6相邻的交织点内均设置有高强度钢丝5,所述的复合纤维线7由多根碳纤维丝和玄武岩纤维丝经加捻而成,所述的包芯纱8以涤纶长丝81为芯纱,外包玄武岩纤维层82复合而成。
在本发明实施例中,内层1和外层3均采用碳纤维丝和玄武岩纤维,玄武岩纤维具有显著的增粘的效果,提高复合后的帘布结构强度,防脱离,且粘合层4所用的胶液可穿过中间层2的缝隙,与中间层2形成整体,提高了强度,采用了碳纤维丝,具有抗拉抗剪抗震加固的效果,耐腐蚀,可有效保护内部的高强度钢丝5避免腐蚀,有助于延长帘子布的使用寿命。
结合图1和图6,本发明还提出了一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布的制备方法,采用帘子布生产设备进行生产,所述的帘子布生产设备由第一放卷辊9、第二放卷辊10、第三放卷辊11、浸胶池12、复合辊13、烘干箱14和收卷辊15构成,包括如下步骤:
第一步、采用若干高强度钢丝5加捻成股,作为中间层2的经线,采用若干弹性涤纶丝加捻成弹性涤纶线6,作为中间层2的纬线;采用复合纤维线7作为内层1和外层3的经线,采用包芯纱8经加捻而形成的股线作为内层1和外层3的纬线,备用。
第二步、在经编机上采用高强度钢丝5和弹性涤纶线6编织成中间层2,采用复合纤维线7和包芯纱8编织成内层1和外层3,并收卷。
第三步、将收卷后的中间层2、内层1和外层3分别安装在第一放卷辊9、第二放卷辊10、第三放卷辊11上,中间层2通过牵引经过浸胶池12浸胶,提胶后与底部放卷的内层1和上部放卷的外层3通过复合辊13复合形成帘布坯布,然后进入烘干箱14烘干定型,最后通过收卷辊15收卷。
具体地,所述的第一放卷辊9、浸胶池12、复合辊13、烘干箱14和收卷辊15依次从前到后设置,所述的第二放卷辊10和第三放卷辊11位于浸胶池12和复合辊13之间,且第二放卷辊10位于中间层2的下方,第三放卷辊11位于中间层2的上方。
进一步地,所述的帘子布生产设备还包括压板16和位于压板16上方的压辊17,所述的压板16位于帘布坯布的下方,所述的压辊17位于帘布坯布的上方,所述的烘干箱14与收卷辊15还设置有冷却装置18,所述的烘干箱14为上下层结构,上层为预热室,下层为烘干室,帘布坯布先进入预热室预热,然后进入烘干室烘干定型,所述的帘布坯布在烘干箱14内循环前行。
更进一步地,所述的浸胶池12内安装有导向辊121,浸胶池12的前后侧上方设置有导辊122,中间层2经前侧的导辊122后穿过导向辊121再经过导辊122,所述的浸胶池12的后侧上方倾斜设置有挡胶板123,所述的挡胶板123末端与浸胶池12内连通,所述的浸胶池12内盛装有胶液,胶液的上平面没过导向辊121。
本发明一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布,结构合理,采用三层级的结构,提高了汽车轮胎帘布的整体结构强度,中间层采用高强度钢丝5和弹性涤纶线6编织,高强度高耐磨高耐冲,内外复合由碳纤维丝和玄武岩纤维丝加捻而成的复合纤维线7与涤纶长丝81外包玄武岩纤维层82的包芯纱8编织而成的内层1和外层3,解决钢丝帘子线刚性大的问题,避免出现刚性磨损;内层1和外层3均采用玄武岩纤维,具有增粘的效果,提高内层1及外层3与中间层2的粘接强度;内层1和外层3还采用了碳纤维丝,具有抗拉抗剪抗震加固的效果,耐腐蚀,可有效保护内部的高强度钢丝5避免腐蚀,有助于延长帘子布的使用寿命。

Claims (5)

1.一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布,是由内层(1)、中间层(2)和外层(3)构成的三层级结构,其特征在于:所述的内层(1)、中间层(2)和外层(3)依次粘接而成,所述的中间层(2)是以高强度钢丝(5)经加捻而形成的股线为经线,以弹性涤纶线(6)为纬线编织而成,所述的内层(1)和外层(3)均是以复合纤维线(7)为经线,以包芯纱(8)经加捻而形成的股线为纬线按平纹组织编制而成;所述的内层(1)的经密为90~100根/10cm,纬密为5~7根/10cm,所述的中间层(2)和外层(3)的经密均为85~90根/10cm,纬密为4~6根/10cm,且内层(1)、中间层(2)和外层(3)上的纬线相互交错;所述的复合纤维线(7)由多根碳纤维丝和玄武岩纤维丝经加捻而成,所述的包芯纱(8)以涤纶长丝(81)为芯纱,外包玄武岩纤维层(82)复合而成;所述的中间层(2)通过粘合层(4)与内层(1)、外层(3)粘接,且粘合层(4)穿过中间层(2)并包覆中间层(2);所述的内层(1)、中间层(2)及外层(3)上中央位置的经线间距较布边处的经线间距密,所述的内层(1)、中间层(2)及外层(3)上的纬线均等间距分布;所述的中间层(2)中每根纬线均由两股弹性涤纶线(6)交替交织而成,且两股弹性涤纶线(6)相邻的交织点内均设置有高强度钢丝(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布的制备方法,采用帘子布生产设备进行生产,所述的帘子布生产设备由第一放卷辊(9)、第二放卷辊(10)、第三放卷辊(11)、浸胶池(12)、复合辊(13)、烘干箱(14)和收卷辊(15)构成,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
第一步、采用高强度钢丝(5)加捻成股,作为中间层(2)的经线,采用弹性涤纶丝加捻成弹性涤纶线(6),作为中间层(2)的纬线;采用复合纤维线(7)作为内层(1)和外层(3)的经线,采用包芯纱(8)经加捻而形成的股线作为内层(1)和外层(3)的纬线,备用;
第二步、在经编机上采用高强度钢丝(5)和弹性涤纶线(6)编织成中间层(2),采用复合纤维线(7)和包芯纱(8)编织成内层(1)和外层(3),并收卷;
第三步、将收卷后的中间层(2)、内层(1)和外层(3)分别安装在第一放卷辊(9)、第二放卷辊(10)、第三放卷辊(11)上,中间层(2)通过牵引经过浸胶池(12)浸胶,提胶后与底部放卷的内层(1)和上部放卷的外层(3)通过复合辊(13)复合形成帘布坯布,然后进入烘干箱(14)烘干定型,最后通过收卷辊(15)收卷。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第一放卷辊(9)、浸胶池(12)、复合辊(13)、烘干箱(14)和收卷辊(15)依次从前到后设置,所述的第二放卷辊(10)和第三放卷辊(11)位于浸胶池(12)和复合辊(13)之间,且第二放卷辊(10)位于中间层(2)的下方,第三放卷辊(11)位于中间层(2)的上方。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的帘子布生产设备还包括压板(16)和位于压板(16)上方的压辊(17),所述的压板(16)位于帘布坯布的下方,所述的压辊(17)位于帘布坯布的上方,所述的烘干箱(14)与收卷辊(15)之间还设置有冷却装置(18),所述的烘干箱(14)为上下层结构,上层为预热室,下层为烘干室,帘布坯布先进入预热室预热,然后进入烘干室烘干定型,所述的帘布坯布在烘干箱(14)内循环前行。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种多层级高强汽车轮胎帘子布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的浸胶池(12)内安装有导向辊(121),浸胶池(12)的前后侧上方设置有导辊(122),中间层(2)经前侧的导辊(122)后穿过导向辊(121)再经过导辊(122),所述的浸胶池(12)的后侧上方倾斜设置有挡胶板(123),所述的挡胶板(123)末端与浸胶池(12)内连通,所述的浸胶池(12)内盛装有胶液,胶液的上平面没过导向辊(121)。
