Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗拉防刺的经编复合布,包括表层、中间层和底层,所述表层和底层分别复合在中间层的上下两面,所述表层为经编间隔织物层,所述中间层为多轴向经编布层,所述底层为双轴向经编布层,所述表层和底层均在复合设备上通过粘合层与所述的中间层粘合。本发明采用经编间隔织物层作为表层,具有较好的缓冲效果;采用多轴向经编布层作为中间层,结构致密,提高面料的整体结构强度,具有较强的抗拉性能,采用水溶性聚氨酯胶进行粘合,成膜性好,具有较高的强度、韧性及粘接强度;通过三层级的结构,大大提高了面料所能承受的最大穿刺力,且经编间隔织物层和双轴向经编布层均由碳纤维长丝编织而成,复合纱中也采用了碳纤丝,强度高而质量轻。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及经编布的技术领域,特别涉及一种抗拉防刺的经编复合布及其复合设备。
【背景技术】
经编布,是通过一种经编纺织工艺针织或编织而成。从纺织机经向送入一股或几股平行纱线,针织而成的称为经编针织物。用成圈纱线形式的称为经编编织物。随着科技对经编产业的不断推动,经编产品正朝着多样化、高档化、功能性方向发展,应用范围也在不断扩大。防护服所用的面料需要具备较强的抗拉性能和防刺穿性能,保护人体免受利器的威胁。但是目前的防护面料整体较为笨重,且防刺性能较低,为了提高防护面料的防护性能,有必要提出一种抗拉防刺的经编复合布及其复合设备。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种抗拉防刺的经编复合布及其复合设备,其旨在解决现有技术中防护面料整体较为笨重,且防刺性能较低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种抗拉防刺的经编复合布,包括表层、中间层和底层,所述的表层和底层分别复合在中间层的上下两面,所述的表层为经编间隔织物层,所述的中间层为多轴向经编布层,所述的底层为双轴向经编布层,所述的表层和底层均在复合设备上通过粘合层与所述的中间层粘合。
作为优选,所述的经编间隔织物层和双轴向经编布层均由碳纤维长丝编织而成。
作为优选,所述的多轴向经编布层是由+45°斜向衬纱层、-45°斜向衬纱层、0°纬纱层和0°经纱层经捆绑纱编织而成,所述的+45°斜向衬纱层、-45°斜向衬纱层、0°纬纱层和0°经纱层由下而上依次铺叠。
作为优选,所述的+45°斜向衬纱层、-45°斜向衬纱层、0°纬纱层和0°经纱层均采用复合纱,所述的复合纱由芯层、里层和表层构成,所述的芯层由多根拧紧的金属丝构成,所述的里层由加捻缠绕在芯层外的多根碳纤丝构成,所述的表层由加捻缠绕在里层外的多根芳纶长丝构成,所述的碳纤丝的捻向与金属丝、芳纶长丝的捻向相反。
作为优选,所述的粘合层为水溶性聚氨酯胶层。
作为优选,所述的复合设备由用于放卷表层的第一辊轴、用于放卷中间层的第二辊轴、用于放卷底层的第三辊轴、胶池、轧辊、复合辊、干燥室和收卷辊构成,所述的第二辊轴、胶池、复合辊、干燥室和收卷辊由前往后依次设置,所述的胶池内设置有牵引辊,所述的胶池的前端上方设置有导辊,所述的胶池的后部上方设置有轧辊,且所述的胶池的容腔位于轧辊的下方,所述的第一辊轴位于复合辊的前上方,所述的第三辊轴位于复合辊的前下方。
作为优选,所述的轧辊由上轧辊和下轧辊构成,所述的上轧辊位于和下轧辊的上方,所述的上轧辊的两轴端均连接一伸缩气缸。
作为优选,所述的复合辊有多组,由前往后顺次排列。
作为优选,所述的干燥室出口与收卷辊之间还设置有多组冷却辊。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种抗拉防刺的经编复合布,采用经编间隔织物层作为表层,具有较好的缓冲效果,可以吸收冲击能量、均衡载荷、抵御穿刺;采用多轴向经编布层作为中间层,结构致密,能提高面料的整体结构强度,具有较强的抗拉及抵抗性能,采用水溶性聚氨酯胶进行粘合,成膜性好,具有较高的强度、韧性及粘接强度;通过三层级的结构,大大提高了面料所能承受的最大穿刺力,且经编间隔织物层和双轴向经编布层均由碳纤维长丝编织而成,复合纱中也采用了碳纤丝,强度高而质量轻,改善了目前防护面料重量大而造成产品笨重的问题。

其中,所述的经编间隔织物层和双轴向经编布层均由碳纤维长丝编织而成。
进一步地,所述的多轴向经编布层是由+45°斜向衬纱层21、-45°斜向衬纱层22、0°纬纱层23和0°经纱层24经捆绑纱编织而成,所述的+45°斜向衬纱层21、-45°斜向衬纱层22、0°纬纱层23和0°经纱层24由下而上依次铺叠,所述的+45°斜向衬纱层21、-45°斜向衬纱层22、0°纬纱层23和0°经纱层24均采用复合纱25,所述的复合纱25由芯层251、里层252和表层253构成,所述的芯层251由多根拧紧的金属丝构成,所述的里层252由加捻缠绕在芯层251外的多根碳纤丝构成,所述的表层253由加捻缠绕在里层252外的多根芳纶长丝构成,所述的碳纤丝的捻向与金属丝、芳纶长丝的捻向相反。复合纱25采用金属丝、碳纤丝及芳纶长丝依次加捻而成,强度高,具有较强的抵御作用,提高防刺穿效果。

其中,所述的轧辊55由上轧辊551和下轧辊552构成,所述的上轧辊551位于和下轧辊552的上方,所述的上轧辊551的两轴端均连接一伸缩气缸553,所述的复合辊56有多组,由前往后顺次排列,所述的干燥室57出口与收卷辊58之间还设置有多组冷却辊59。
本发明工作过程:
本发明中的复合设备5在工作过程中,将制备好的表层1、中间层2及底层3收卷并分别安装在第一辊轴51、第二辊轴52及第三辊轴53上,将中间层2依次穿过导辊542、胶池54内的牵引辊541、轧辊55,在复合辊56前,表层1及底层3分别与浸有水溶性聚氨酯胶液的中间层2上下表面进行粘合,然后依次通过复合辊56复合、干燥室57干燥、冷却辊59冷却,最后通过收卷辊58收卷,轧辊55中的上轧辊551能够通过伸缩气缸553升降,实现上轧辊551和下轧辊552的间距可调,从而达到中间层2上水溶性聚氨酯胶液轧余率可调,满足不同的生产需求。
