Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于提高色牢度的纺织助剂,所述纺织助剂至少由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:二异氰酸酯100份,聚醚多元醇10‑20份,聚乙二醇磷酸酯15‑30份,聚碳酸酯4‑10份,液态聚酯5‑15份,氨基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷4‑20份和海藻胶15‑25份。实施本发明的有益效果是:本发明的纺织助剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用;采用三乙胺为扩链剂,使得改性后的聚氨酯带有大量的阳离子,可以与染色剂结合,固色效果显著提高;有机硅改性后,织物良好手感以及耐候性;将磷酸基团引入聚氨酯后,改善了聚氨酯成膜后的力学性能,同时增加了聚氨酯在纤维上的附着力,提高了染色后织物的耐水洗性能以及耐摩擦性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染领域,特别涉及一种用于提高色牢度的纺织助剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织助剂是纺织品生产加工过程中必须的化学品。纺织助剂对提高纺织品的产品质量和附加价值具有不可或缺的重要作用,它不仅能赋予纺织品各种特殊功能和风格,如柔软、防皱、防缩、防水、抗菌、抗静电、阻燃等,还可以改进染整工艺,起到节约能源和降低加工成本的作用。纺织助剂对提升纺织工业的整体水平以及在纺织产业链中的作用是至关重要的。现有的纺织助剂主要有精练剂、染色剂、匀染剂、柔软剂、毛效提升剂、涤纶低温染色载体、代用碱、CT粉、化纤油剂、高效退煮粉、双氧水稳定剂、除硅剂、起泡剂、起毛剂、固色剂等。
但是,常规的纺织助剂往往对于织物染色的固色效果帮助不大,即使添加有能够起固色作用的化学成分,其作用效果也不显著、所需剂量较大,不能满足纺织品实际生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是开发一种能有效提高纺织品固色效果的复合纺织助剂。因此,为了解决上述技术问题,本发明中披露了一种用于提高色牢度的纺织助剂及其制备方法,本发明的技术方案是这样实施的:
一种用于提高色牢度的纺织助剂,所述纺织助剂至少由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
二异氰酸酯100份,聚醚多元醇10-20份,聚乙二醇磷酸酯15-30份,聚碳酸酯4-10份,液态聚酯5-15份,氨基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷4-20份和海藻胶15-25份。
优选地,所述二异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯。
优选地,氨基封端的所述聚二甲基硅氧烷为氨乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷。
优选地,所述液态聚酯为己二酸乙二醇酯。
优选地,所述聚醚多元醇为聚丙二醇。
本发明还提供了一种纺织助剂的制备方法,至少包括以下步骤:
步骤A1:将二异氰酸酯100份,聚醚多元醇10-20份,聚乙二醇磷酸酯15-30份,聚碳酸酯4-10份,液态聚酯5-15份,氨基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷4-20份倒入反应釜,在氮气保护下,加热并最终维持温度在80-90℃,反应4-8h;
步骤A2:加入丙酮搅拌均匀,之后向其中依次加入二羟甲基丙酸、三乙胺以及二丁基二月桂酸锡,搅拌反应3-6h;
步骤A3:加入氨水中和,随后倒入乳化器中,加水搅拌,去除丙酮后制得改性聚氨酯乳液;
步骤A4:加入海藻胶15-25份,在60-80℃的条件下,搅拌反应60-90min,最终制得所述纺织助剂。
优选地,所述步骤A4还加入了表面活性剂4-8份,并且与所述海藻胶一同加入。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、椰子油酰单乙醇胺、十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱和月桂酰胺丙基二甲胺乙内酯中的一种或多种混合物。
优选地,所述步骤A4中制得所述纺织助剂的固含量为60-80%。
实施本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的纺织助剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。
2、采用三乙胺为扩链剂,使得改性后的聚氨酯带有大量的阳离子,可以与染色剂结合,固色效果显著提高。
3、有机硅改性后,织物良好手感以及耐候性。
4、将磷酸基团引入聚氨酯后,改善了聚氨酯成膜后的力学性能,同时增加了聚氨酯在纤维上的附着力,提高了染色后织物的耐水洗性能以及耐摩擦性能。

步骤A2:加入丙酮搅拌均匀,之后向其中依次加入二羟甲基丙酸、三乙胺以及二丁基二月桂酸锡,搅拌反应6h;
步骤A3:加入氨水中和,随后倒入乳化器中,加水搅拌,去除丙酮后制得改性聚氨酯乳液;
步骤A4:加入海藻胶15份和表面活性剂4份,在60℃的条件下,搅拌反应90min,最终制得所述纺织助剂。
染色后的织物经过该纺织助剂整理过后,染色的耐水洗性能、耐摩擦性能以及耐汗渍牢度有明显提高,而且织物手感柔软。
实施例2
步骤A1:将二异氰酸酯100份,聚醚多元醇20份,聚乙二醇磷酸酯30份,聚碳酸酯10份,液态聚酯15份,氨基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷20份倒入反应釜,在氮气保护下,加热并最终维持温度在90℃,反应4h;
步骤A2:加入丙酮搅拌均匀,之后向其中依次加入二羟甲基丙酸、三乙胺以及二丁基二月桂酸锡,搅拌反应3h;
步骤A3:加入氨水中和,随后倒入乳化器中,加水搅拌,去除丙酮后制得改性聚氨酯乳液;
步骤A4:加入海藻胶25份和表面活性剂8份,在80℃的条件下,搅拌反应60min,最终制得所述纺织助剂。
染色后的织物经过该纺织助剂整理过后,染色的耐水洗性能、耐摩擦性能以及耐汗渍牢度有明显提高,而且织物手感柔软。
实施例3
步骤A1:将二异氰酸酯100份,聚醚多元醇15份,聚乙二醇磷酸酯20份,聚碳酸酯6份,液态聚酯10份,氨基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷10份倒入反应釜,在氮气保护下,加热并最终维持温度在85℃,反应6h;
