Abstract

本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高阻隔包装、制袋用膜。所述高阻隔包装、制袋用膜,采用五层膜复合结构,自表层到内层依次包括改性聚丙烯层A、乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层、阻隔功能层、乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层、改性聚丙烯层B。本发明薄膜能克服食品包装用膜阻氧性能和阻湿性能较差、机械性能低的问题,能够最大限度减少透氧量,并且就有高阻湿功能,抑制细菌繁殖,防止糖分、蛋白质以及油脂的被氧化和被细菌利用。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高阻隔包装、制袋用膜。
背景技术
目前,食品包装制造已开始步入世界关注的高科技产业领域。在我国,作为食品的塑料软包装材料及其制造技术也得到了相当的重视和发展。
从包装角度分析食品变质包括以下几个原因,细菌的生长、繁殖,是食品腐败变质的第一个主要原因,而氧气的存在是细菌生存、繁殖的必要条件;食品中的糖分、蛋白质、油脂、维生素等成分氧化变质,是食品腐坏的另一个主要原因,食品的原汁原味挥发丧失、外部异味窜入食品变味也是食品变质的常见原因,持水量不稳定也是食品变质的另一个主要原因,食品中原有水分的增加或丧失都会严重影响食品的原有风味。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高阻隔包装、制袋用膜。其能克服食品包装用膜阻氧性能和阻湿性能较差、机械性能低的问题,能够最大限度减少透氧量,并且就有高阻湿功能,抑制细菌繁殖,防止糖分、蛋白质以及油脂的被氧化和被细菌利用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明的显著优点在于:
所述高阻隔包装、制袋用膜,采用五层膜复合结构,自表层到内层依次包括改性聚丙烯层A、乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层、阻隔功能层、乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层、改性聚丙烯层B。
改性聚丙烯层A由以下重量份原料组成:聚丙烯50-100份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物10-20份、聚乙烯基甲基醚0.5-2.0份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯2-5份、纳米碳酸钙2-5份、线型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、氧化聚乙烯1-3份、叔丁基氢醌1-2份。改性聚丙烯层B的原料组成与改性聚丙烯层A原料组成一致。
阻隔功能层由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯醇30-50份、纳米级滑石粉10-15份、纳米级有机蒙脱土5-8份、纳米二氧化硅5-8份、环氧大豆油酸辛酯3-6份、丙三醇0.8-1份、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵3-6份。
其中改性聚丙烯层A的层厚度为10-20μm,乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层的层厚度为5-10μm,阻隔功能层的层厚度为10-20μm,乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层的层厚度为5-10微米,改性聚丙烯层B的层厚度为10-20μm。
所述高阻隔包装、制袋用膜是采用五层共挤的方法,该方法包括五层的原料配料混合、五层共挤出、吹塑成型、冷却定型和牵引收卷。
本发明的显著优点在于:
(1)本发明采用改性聚丙烯层替代传统的聚丙烯层,通过改性极大增强其高阻隔性能以及耐热性,使其热封时不易收缩变形;
(2)本发明采用自制阻隔功能层作为芯层,该混合体系极大增强了薄膜的气体阻隔性能以及薄膜的强度和韧性,并且以环氧大豆油酸辛酯的加入,促进了体系的相容性,提高薄膜的耐老化性能。
(3)本发明制备的薄膜能克服食品包装用膜阻氧性能和阻湿性能较差、机械性能低的问题,能够最大限度减少透氧量,并且就有高阻湿功能,抑制细菌繁殖,防止糖分、蛋白质以及油脂的被氧化和被细菌利用。
具体实施方式
为进一步公开而不是限制本发明,以下结合实例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
所述高阻隔包装、制袋用膜,采用五层膜复合结构,自表层到内层依次包括改性聚丙烯层A、乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层、阻隔功能层、乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层、改性聚丙烯层B。
改性聚丙烯层A由以下重量份原料组成:聚丙烯50份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物10份、聚乙烯基甲基醚0.5份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯2份、纳米碳酸钙2份、线型低密度聚乙烯10份、氧化聚乙烯1份、叔丁基氢醌1份。改性聚丙烯层B的原料组成与改性聚丙烯层A原料组成一致。
阻隔功能层由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯醇30份、纳米级滑石粉10份、纳米级有机蒙脱土5份、纳米二氧化硅5份、环氧大豆油酸辛酯3份、丙三醇0.8份、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵3份。
其中改性聚丙烯层A的层厚度为12μm,乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层的层厚度为5μm,阻隔功能层的层厚度为12μm,乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层的层厚度为5μm,改性聚丙烯层B的层厚度为12μm。
实施例2
所述高阻隔包装、制袋用膜,采用五层膜复合结构,自表层到内层依次包括改性聚丙烯层A、乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层、阻隔功能层、乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层、改性聚丙烯层B。
改性聚丙烯层A由以下重量份原料组成:聚丙烯72份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物13份、聚乙烯基甲基醚0.5份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯5份、纳米碳酸钙3份、线型低密度聚乙烯13份、氧化聚乙烯2份、叔丁基氢醌1份。改性聚丙烯层B的原料组成与改性聚丙烯层A原料组成一致。
阻隔功能层由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯醇37份、纳米级滑石粉12份、纳米级有机蒙脱土7份、纳米二氧化硅6份、环氧大豆油酸辛酯4份、丙三醇0.8份、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵4份。
其中改性聚丙烯层A的层厚度为15m,乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层的层厚度为7μm,阻隔功能层的层厚度为15μm,乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层的层厚度为6μm,改性聚丙烯层B的层厚度为15μm。
实施例3
所述高阻隔包装、制袋用膜,采用五层膜复合结构,自表层到内层依次包括改性聚丙烯层A、乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层、阻隔功能层、乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层、改性聚丙烯层B。
改性聚丙烯层A由以下重量份原料组成:聚丙烯100份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物20份、聚乙烯基甲基醚2.0份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯5份、纳米碳酸钙5份、线型低密度聚乙烯20份、氧化聚乙烯3份、叔丁基氢醌2份。改性聚丙烯层B的原料组成与改性聚丙烯层A原料组成一致。
阻隔功能层由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯醇50份、纳米级滑石粉15份、纳米级有机蒙脱土8份、纳米二氧化硅8份、环氧大豆油酸辛酯6份、丙三醇1份、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵6份。
其中改性聚丙烯层A的层厚度为20μm,乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层的层厚度为10μm,阻隔功能层的层厚度为20μm,乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层的层厚度为10μm,改性聚丙烯层B的层厚度为20μm。
表1本发明实施例1~3制得的薄膜的性能指标
耐老化测试:
将制备得到的厚度为80~90μm的薄膜在UV 照射测试和70℃水热浸渍168 小时后,力学性能保持比例超过80%,高阻隔性能不变。其中Uv 照射处理条件(Uv 辐射量:0.35W/m2(340nm),黑板温度63℃,水喷射方法)。

Claims (3)

1.一种高阻隔包装、制袋用膜,其特征在于:采用五层膜复合结构,自表层到内层依次包括改性聚丙烯层A、乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层、阻隔功能层、乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层、改性聚丙烯层B;改性聚丙烯层A由以下重量份原料组成:聚丙烯50-100份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物10-20份、聚乙烯基甲基醚0.5-2.0份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯2-5份、纳米碳酸钙2-5份、线型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、氧化聚乙烯1-3份、叔丁基氢醌1-2份;阻隔功能层由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯醇30-50份、纳米级滑石粉10-15份、纳米级有机蒙脱土5-8份、纳米二氧化硅5-8份、环氧大豆油酸辛酯3-6份、丙三醇0.8-1份、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵3-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔包装、制袋用膜,其特征在于:改性聚丙烯层B的原料组成与改性聚丙烯层A原料组成一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔包装、制袋用膜,其特征在于:其中改性聚丙烯层A的层厚度为10-20μm,乙烯丙烯酸聚合物层的层厚度为5-10μm,阻隔功能层的层厚度为10-20μm,乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物层的层厚度为5-10μm,改性聚丙烯层B的层厚度为10-20μm。
