Description
複合構造の上層および底層は、共重合体の重量を基準として1〜25重量%の重合酢酸ビニルと、共重合体の重量を基準として75〜99重量%の重合エチレンとを含むエチレン−酢酸ビニルの共重合体のフィルム層を含み、複合構造の内層が、
(a)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として40〜95重量%のエチレンベースの共重合体であって、
(1)共重合体の重量を基準として少なくとも50重量%のエチレンと、
(2)共重合体の重量を基準として1〜30重量%のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸と、
(3)共重合体の重量を基準として40重量%までのアクリル酸アルキルまたはメタクリル酸アルキルと
の繰り返し重合単位を含み、
該共重合体が、亜鉛、マグネシウム、ナトリウム、およびリチウムからなる群から選択される金属イオンで中和された酸基5〜100%を有するエチレンベースの共重合体;および
(b)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として5〜60重量%のメタロセン触媒ポリエチレンのポリマーブレンドのフィルムを含む。
ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として80重量%の、エチレン(88重量%)/ナトリウムで50%中和されたメタクリル酸(12重量%)との共重合体のイオノマーと、ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として20重量%の、0.917g/ccの密度を有するメタロセン触媒LLDPE。

以下、本発明の好ましい態様を以下に示す。
1. 上層、底層、および内層が互いにしっかりと接着された少なくとも3層で構成される複合構造を備える熱成形可能なフィルムであって、
複合構造の上層および底層が、共重合体の重量を基準として1〜25重量%の重合酢酸ビニルと、共重合体の重量を基準として75〜99重量%の重合エチレンとから本質的になるエチレン−酢酸ビニルの共重合体のフィルム層を含み、複合構造の内層が、
(a)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として40〜95重量%のエチレンベースの共重合体であって、
(1)共重合体の重量を基準として少なくとも50重量%のエチレンと、
(2)共重合体の重量を基準として1〜30重量%のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸と、
(3)共重合体の重量を基準として40重量%までのアクリル酸アルキルまたはメタクリル酸アルキルと
の繰り返し重合単位から本質的になり、
該共重合体が、亜鉛、マグネシウム、ナトリウム、およびリチウムからなる群から選択される金属イオンで中和された5〜100%の酸基を有するエチレンベースの共重合体;および
(b)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として5〜60重量%のメタロセン触媒の直鎖状ポリエチレン
から本質的になるポリマーブレンドのフィルムを含むことを特徴とする熱成形可能なフィルム。
2. 25〜500ミクロンの全厚を有する熱成形可能なフィルムであって、上層が、全厚の10〜40%を構成し、内層が、全厚の20〜80%を構成し、底層が、全厚の10〜40%を構成することを特徴とする1.に記載の熱成形可能なフィルム。
3. 上層および底層のエチレン−酢酸ビニルの共重合体が、1〜25重量%の重合酢酸ビニルと、75〜99重量%の重合エチレンとから本質的になり、ASTM D 1238条件Eに従って測定されたメルト・インデックス0.1〜50g/10分を有することを特徴とする2.に記載の熱成形可能なフィルム。
4. 内層が、ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として65〜85重量%のエチレンベースの共重合体と、ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として15〜35重量%のメタロセン触媒ポリエチレンとのポリマーブレンドから本質的になることを特徴とする1.に記載の熱成形可能なフィルム。
5. メタロセン触媒ポリエチレンが、直鎖状高密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状中密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、および直鎖状超低密度ポリエチレンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする4.に記載の熱成形可能なフィルム。
6. エチレンベースの共重合体が、7〜25重量%のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸と、75〜93重量%のエチレンとから本質的になり、30〜70%の中和された酸基を有し、ASTM D 1238条件Eに従って測定されたメルト・インデックス0.5〜200g/10分を有することを特徴とする4.に記載の熱成形可能なフィルム。
7. エチレンベースの共重合体が、7〜25重量%のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸と、1〜30重量%のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートと、少なくとも50重量%のエチレンとから本質的になり、30〜70%の中和された酸基を有し、ASTM D 1238条件Eに従って測定されたメルト・インデックス0.5〜200g/10分を有することを特徴とする4.に記載の熱成形可能なフィルム。
8. 上層および底層が互いにしっかりと接着された2層で構成される複合構造を備える熱成形可能なフィルムであって、
複合構造の上層が、共重合体の重量を基準として1〜25重量%の重合酢酸ビニルと、共重合体の重量を基準として75〜99重量%の重合エチレンとから本質的になるエチレン−酢酸ビニルの共重合体のフィルム層を含み、複合構造の底層が、
(a)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として40〜95重量%のエチレンベースの共重合体であって、
(1)共重合体の重量を基準として少なくとも50重量%のエチレンと、
(2)共重合体の重量を基準として1〜30重量%のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸と、
(3)共重合体の重量を基準として40重量%までのアクリル酸アルキルまたはメタクリル酸アルキルと
の繰り返し重合単位から本質的になり、
該共重合体が、亜鉛、マグネシウム、ナトリウム、およびリチウムからなる群から選択される金属イオンで中和された5〜100%の酸基を有するエチレンベースの共重合体;および
(b)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として5〜60重量%のメタロセン触媒の直鎖状ポリエチレン
から本質的になるポリマーブレンドのフィルムを含むことを特徴とする熱成形可能なフィルム。
9. (a)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として40〜95重量%のエチレンベースの共重合体であって、
(1)共重合体の重量を基準として少なくとも50重量%のエチレンと、
(2)共重合体の重量を基準として1〜30重量%のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸と、
(3)共重合体の重量を基準として最大40重量%までのアクリル酸アルキルまたはメタクリル酸アルキルと
の繰り返し重合単位から本質的になり、
共重合体が、亜鉛、マグネシウム、ナトリウム、およびリチウムからなる群から選択される金属イオンで中和された5〜100%の酸基を有するエチレンベースの共重合体;および

10. ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として2〜15重量%のエチレン−酢酸ビニルの共重合体を含有することを特徴とする9.に記載の熱成形可能なフィルム。
11. 物体保持のため形状構造に熱成形された1.に記載のフィルムを含み、熱成形された形状構造の上に配置されたカバーを有し、フィルムにしっかりと接着されることを特徴とする熱成形包装。
12. カバーが、不織ポリオレフィンウェブであることを特徴とする11.に記載の熱成形包装。
Claims (5)
- 上層、底層、および内層が互いにしっかりと接着された少なくとも3層で構成される複合構造を備える熱成形可能なフィルムであって、
複合構造の上層および底層が、共重合体の重量を基準として1〜25重量%の重合酢酸ビニルと、共重合体の重量を基準として75〜99重量%の重合エチレンとから本質的になるエチレン−酢酸ビニルの共重合体のフィルム層を含み、複合構造の内層が、
(a)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として40〜95重量%のエチレンベース共重合体であって、前記共重合体はASTM D 1238条件Eに従って測定されたメルト・インデックス0.5〜200g/10分を有し、
(1)共重合体の重量を基準として75〜93重量%のエチレンと、
(2)共重合体の重量を基準として7〜25重量%のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸と、の繰り返し重合単位から本質的になり、
前記エチレンベース共重合体のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸の酸基の30〜70重量%が、亜鉛、マグネシウム、ナトリウム、およびリチウムからなる群から選択される金属イオンで中和されたエチレンベース共重合体;
および
(b)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として5〜60重量%のメタロセン触媒の直鎖状ポリエチレンから本質的になるポリマーブレンドのフィルムを含むことを特徴とする熱成形可能なフィルム。 - 上層、底層および内層が互いにしっかりと接着された少なくとも3層で構成される複合構造を備える熱成形可能なフィルムであって、
複合構造の上層および底層が、共重合体の重量を基準として1〜25重量%の重合酢酸ビニルと、共重合体の重量を基準として75〜99重量%の重合エチレンとから本質的になるエチレン−酢酸ビニルの共重合体のフィルム層を含み、複合構造の内層が、
(a)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として40〜95重量%のエチレンベース共重合体であって、前記共重合体はASTM D 1238条件Eに従って測定されたメルト・インデックス0.5〜200g/10分を有し、
(1)共重合体の重量を基準として少なくとも50重量%のエチレンと、
(2)共重合体の重量を基準として7〜25重量%のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸と、
(3)共重合体の重量を基準として1〜30重量%までのアクリル酸アルキルまたはメタクリル酸アルキルと、の繰り返し重合単位から本質的になり、
前記エチレンベース共重合体のアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸の酸基の30〜70重量%が、亜鉛、マグネシウム、ナトリウム、およびリチウムからなる群から選択される金属イオンで中和されたエチレンベース共重合体;
および
(b)ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として5〜60重量%のメタロセン触媒の直鎖状ポリエチレンから本質的になるポリマーブレンドのフィルムを含むことを特徴とする熱成形可能なフィルム。 - 内層が、ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として65〜85重量%のエチレンベースの共重合体と、ポリマーブレンドの重量を基準として15〜35重量%のメタロセン触媒ポリエチレンとのポリマーブレンドから本質的になることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱成形可能なフィルム。
- 物体保持のため形状構造に熱成形された請求項1または2に記載のフィルムを含み、熱成形された形状構造の上に配置されたカバーを有し、フィルムにしっかりと接着されることを特徴とする熱成形包装。
- カバーが、不織ポリオレフィンウェブであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱成形包装。
