四驱拖拉机后轮拆装器属于机械维修设备;在矩形支撑框架的前端左、右侧部上相互对称的安装支撑行走轮,在矩形支撑框架的后端左、右侧部上相互对称的立向配置安装伸缩式支撑立柱总成,两个吊挂提升连接座相互对称的分别配装在矩形支撑框架后端左、右侧部上,在矩形支撑框架的左、右纵向梁上相互对称的配装齿牙式调节板,支撑横梁支撑配装在相对配置的两块齿牙式调节板上;本器结构新颖、合理、简单,使用操作简易方便,劳动强度低,有利于维修场地利用率的提高,可用于各种轮式拖拉机后轮拆卸,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明创造属于机械维修设备,主要涉及一种四驱拖拉机后轮拆装器。
背景技术
轮式拖拉机的行走轮总成,包括轮毂、轮圈及轮胎维护保养修理是最常见的维保项目。在对行走轮总成进行维修保养作业时,通常需要将行走轮总成从轮式拖拉机底盘上拆卸下来,维保后再重新安装在拖拉机上。目前,拆卸行走轮总成时,多数方法是采用多个液压千斤顶配置在拖拉机底盘下方合适位置将整机上顶提高,使被拆行走轮总成脱离与地面支撑接触,将其拆下,操作繁琐、效率低、劳动强度大是该方法存在的主要问题。当前,也有用吊升设备将拖拉机吊起完成行走轮总成的拆卸,存在需配备起吊设备的问题。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,设计一种四驱拖拉机后轮拆装器,该器在用于四驱拖拉机后轮拆卸时,采用被拆拖拉机自身的液压悬挂系统液压驱动力完成其后侧部的抬升,使后轮脱离与地面接触,进行拆卸,无需配备专用吊升设备或多个液压千斤顶,且在拆掉后轮后,还可利用四驱拖拉机前驱动轮使整机行走,提高了维修场地的利用效率,达到拆卸操作简易方便、减轻劳动强度、作业效率高、作业成本低、维修场地利用率高的目的。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:在矩形支撑框架的前端左、右侧部上相互对称的安装支撑行走轮,在所述矩形支撑框架的后端左、右侧部上相互对称的立向配置安装伸缩式支撑立柱总成,两个吊挂提升连接座相互对称的分别配置固装在矩形支撑框架后端左、右侧部上,在所述矩形支撑框架的左、右纵向梁上相互对称的配置固装齿牙式调节板,支撑横梁支撑配装在相对配置的两块齿牙式调节板上,至此构成四驱拖拉机后轮拆装器。
本发明创造结构新颖、合理、简单,使用操作简易方便,劳动强度低,有利于维修场地利用率的提高,适用范围广,既可用于四驱动拖拉机后轮拆装,又可用于两驱拖拉机后驱动轮拆装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种四驱拖拉机后轮拆装器,在矩形支撑框架4的前端左、右侧部上相互对称的安装支撑行走轮1,在所述矩形支撑框架4的后端左、右侧部上相互对称的立向配置安装伸缩式支撑立柱总成6,两个吊挂提升连接座5相互对称的分别配置固装在矩形支撑框架4后端左、右侧部上,在所述矩形支撑框架4的左、右纵向梁上相互对称的配置固装齿牙式调节板3,支撑横梁2支撑配装在相对配置的两块齿牙式调节板3上。
拆卸四驱拖拉机后轮作业时,将本拆装器整体置于待拆后轮的四驱拖拉机底盘下方,其支撑行走轮1位于四驱拖拉机前侧下方,调节支撑横梁2在齿牙式调节板3上的位置,使支撑横梁2位于四驱拖拉机底盘下方适宜位置,将待拆后轮的四驱拖拉机后侧的两个液压提升臂分别与两侧的吊挂提升连接座5铰连接,启动待拆后轮的四驱拖拉机液压系统,驱动两个液压提升臂上升,依次通过吊挂提升连接座5、矩形支撑框架4,驱动支撑横梁2以支撑行走轮1为支点做弧形上升运动,将待拆后轮的四驱拖拉机后侧抬高升起,直至后轮脱离与地面接触,进行拆卸。如需移出修理场地,启动四驱拖拉机,利用前驱动轮即可将无后轮的四驱拖拉机及本拆装器一并同步移出。

Claims (1)

1.一种四驱拖拉机后轮拆装器,其特征在于:在矩形支撑框架(4)的前端左、右侧部上相互对称的安装支撑行走轮(1),在所述矩形支撑框架(4)的后端左、右侧部上相互对称的立向配置安装伸缩式支撑立柱总成(6),两个吊挂提升连接座(5)相互对称的分别配置固装在矩形支撑框架(4)后端左、右侧部上,在所述矩形支撑框架(4)的左、右纵向梁上相互对称的配置固装齿牙式调节板(3),支撑横梁(2)支撑配装在相对配置的两块齿牙式调节板(3)上;拆卸四驱拖拉机后轮作业时,将本拆装器整体置于待拆后轮的四驱拖拉机底盘下方,其支撑行走轮(1)位于四驱拖拉机前侧下方,调节支撑横梁(2)在齿牙式调节板(3)上的位置,使支撑横梁(2)位于四驱拖拉机底盘下方适宜位置,将待拆后轮的四驱拖拉机后侧的两个液压提升臂分别与两侧的吊挂提升连接座(5)铰连接,启动待拆后轮的四驱拖拉机液压系统,驱动两个液压提升臂上升,依次通过吊挂提升连接座(5)、矩形支撑框架(4),驱动支撑横梁(2)以支撑行走轮(1)为支点做弧形上升运动,将待拆后轮的四驱拖拉机后侧抬高升起,直至后轮脱离与地面接触,进行拆卸,如需移出修理场地,启动四驱拖拉机,利用前驱动轮即可将无后轮的四驱拖拉机及本拆装器一并同步移出。
