背景技术
目前市场上使用的大多属于化学合成食品添加剂,化学合成的食品添其成本较低,效果显著,但是其添加量达到一定浓度或剂量水平时,会产生一定的毒副作用。食品添加剂的毒性除与物质本身的化学结构和理化性质有关外,还与其有效浓度、作用时间、接触途径和部位、物质的相互作用与机体的机能状态等条件有关。一段时间以来发生的一些食品安全事件都与合成的食品添加剂有着一定的联系。所以,在崇尚自然的今天,消费者将会不断追求纯天然的、食用安全、无毒副作用的食品添加剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种肉类食品添加剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种肉类食品添加剂,按重量份数,包括葡萄籽提取物30-160份,番茄10-130份,胡萝卜40-190份,藕粉20-50份,韭菜50-120份,扁豆70-160份,硬脂酸钠20-60份,色拉油10-30份,丹参10-80份,蒜泥10-70份。
在一些实施方式中:按重量份数,包括葡萄籽提取物90份,番茄70份,胡萝卜120份,藕粉40份,韭菜80份,扁豆130份,硬脂酸钠40份,色拉油20份,丹参50份,蒜泥40份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到粉碎机中,粉碎成粉末,再加入到搅拌机中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
本发明的添加剂不仅具有抗氧化、抑菌、防腐之功效,而且能够增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗癌症。

实施例2:按重量份数,包括葡萄籽提取物90份,番茄70份,胡萝卜120份,藕粉40份,韭菜80份,扁豆130份,硬脂酸钠40份,色拉油20份,丹参50份,蒜泥40份。
实施例3:按重量份数,包括葡萄籽提取物160份,番茄130份,胡萝卜190份,藕粉50份,韭菜120份,扁豆160份,硬脂酸钠60份,色拉油30份,丹参80份,蒜泥70份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到粉碎机中,粉碎成粉末,再加入到搅拌机中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
综上所述,本发明的添加剂不仅具有抗氧化、抑菌、防腐之功效,而且能够增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗癌症。
