发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种中药型油炸食品添加剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种中药型油炸食品添加剂,按重量份数,包括硬脂酰乳酸钠30-70份,维生素E50-130份,酒糟40-120份,牡丹精油20-70份,蔗糖酯50-120份,当归30-110份,碳酸氢钙20-80份,葛根粉10-30份,丹参10-80份,生黄豆15-70份。
在一些实施方式中:按重量份数,包括硬脂酰乳酸钠50份,维生素E90份,酒糟80份,牡丹精油45份,蔗糖酯80份,当归70份,碳酸氢钙50份,葛根粉20份,丹参50份,生黄豆40份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到粉碎机中,粉碎成粉末,再加入到搅拌机中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
本发明的添加剂不仅具有抗氧化、抑菌、防腐之功效,而且能够增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗癌症。

实施例3:按重量份数,包括硬脂酰乳酸钠70份,维生素E130份,酒糟120份,牡丹精油70份,蔗糖酯120份,当归110份,碳酸氢钙80份,葛根粉30份,丹参80份,生黄豆70份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到粉碎机中,粉碎成粉末,再加入到搅拌机中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
综上所述,本发明的添加剂不仅具有抗氧化、抑菌、防腐之功效,而且能够增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗癌症。
