发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种油炸食品添加剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种油炸食品添加剂,按重量份数,包括硬脂酰乳酸钠30-160份,小茴香10-130份,卡拉胶40-190份,藕粉20-50份,蔗糖酯50-120份,扁豆70-160份,硬脂酸钠20-60份,葛根粉10-30份,丹参10-80份,生黄豆10-70份。
在一些实施方式中:按重量份数,包括硬脂酰乳酸钠90份,小茴香70份,卡拉胶110份,藕粉35份,蔗糖酯80份,扁豆110份,硬脂酸钠40份,葛根粉20份,丹参45份,生黄豆40份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到粉碎机中,粉碎成粉末,再加入到搅拌机中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
本发明的添加剂不仅具有抗氧化、抑菌、防腐之功效,而且能够增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗癌症。

实施例2:按重量份数,包括硬脂酰乳酸钠90份,小茴香70份,卡拉胶110份,藕粉35份,蔗糖酯80份,扁豆110份,硬脂酸钠40份,葛根粉20份,丹参45份,生黄豆40份。
实施例3:按重量份数,包括硬脂酰乳酸钠160份,小茴香130份,卡拉胶190份,藕粉50份,蔗糖酯120份,扁豆160份,硬脂酸钠60份,葛根粉30份,丹参80份,生黄豆70份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到粉碎机中,粉碎成粉末,再加入到搅拌机中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
综上所述,本发明的添加剂不仅具有抗氧化、抑菌、防腐之功效,而且能够增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗癌症。
