Abstract
一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品及其制备方法,它涉及医用营养食品及其制备方法领域。一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品由以下原料组成:黑米、山药、黑豆、枸杞、黑芝麻、海参、桑椹、蜂蜜、饮用水、膳食纤维、聚合矿物质。将上述组成原料按计量配比后,根据一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品的制备方法进行加工即可完成制备。采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它具有较强的治疗针对性,能够在保证治疗肾病的同时,保护其它与肾有关的人体器官正常营养,避免引发其它器官疾病,在制备过程中无化学添加剂加入,有利于人体肾病恢复。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用营养食品及其制备方法领域,具体涉及一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
肾病一般指慢性肾脏病,慢性肾脏病(CKD)定义:各种原因引起的慢性肾脏结构和功能障碍(肾脏损害病史大于3个月),包括肾小球滤过率(GFR)正常和不正常的病理损伤、血液或尿液成分异常,及影像学检查异常,或不明原因GFR下降(<60ml/min·1.73m²)超过3个月,即为CKD。引起慢性肾脏病的疾病包括各种原发的、继发的肾小球肾炎、肾小管损伤和肾血管的病变等。
目前,在医学中的肾病治疗领域,为慢性肾脏病患者提供了更多的医学用治疗或调养肾病的营养食品,由于一些慢性肾脏病患者对服用药物有抗拒的心理,则可通过食用对应治疗肾病的医用营养食品,用来帮助和配合治疗肾病。现有的大多数医用肾病营养食品治疗对象较为单一,不能保证在治疗调养肾病的同时,对其它与肾有关的人体器官进行营养保护,难以避免由治疗肾病引发的其它疾病,其在制备过程中往往添加过量的化学添加剂,对人体疾病恢复极其不利。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品及其制备方法,它具有较强的治疗针对性,能够在保证治疗肾病的同时,保护其它与肾有关的人体器官正常营养,避免引发其它器官疾病,在制备过程中无化学添加剂加入,有利于人体肾病恢复。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米60-70份、山药40-50份、黑豆25-35份、枸杞12-14份、黑芝麻7-9份、海参16-20份、桑椹10-20份、蜂蜜20-30份、饮用水30-40份、膳食纤维1-3份、聚合矿物质0.4-0.8份。它的制备方法包括以下步骤:一、按计量配比取适量的黑米、山药、黑豆、枸杞、黑芝麻、海参、桑椹,将各种原料分别清洗干净后,放置在容器中自然晾干;二、将山药放入研磨机中研磨成粉末状,并对研磨后的山药进行过滤;三、将海参清洗干净后,取新鲜海参肉并将其切碎至碎粒状放置于容器中,加入饮用水浸泡;四、将桑椹放入榨汁机中压榨,取新鲜的桑椹汁,并将其进行过滤;五、将黑米、黑豆、枸杞、黑芝麻混合,加入研磨后的山药和碎粒状的海参,同时加入少量的桑椹汁、蜂蜜、膳食纤维、聚合矿物质形成混合物;六、对混合物进行密封包装,即可完成制备。需要食用本营养食品时,打开包装,将食品倒入沸腾的开水中煮制即可食用。
所述的过滤时间均为10-15分钟,且过滤时的环境温度控制在5-10℃。为了保留原料更多的营养成分,将研磨或切碎后的原料过滤10-15分钟即可,在5-10℃的环境温度下能够避免原料被空气氧化导致口感不佳。
所述的密封包装为真空包装,包装容量为0.5kg/袋。真空密封包装能够长时间的保存食品,并且能够最大程度地保留食品的营养成分,保证食品的营养价值。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它具有较强的治疗针对性,能够在保证治疗肾病的同时,保护其它与肾有关的人体器官正常营养,避免引发其它器官疾病,在制备过程中无化学添加剂加入,有利于人体肾病恢复。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例采用的技术方案是:一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米60份、山药40份、黑豆25份、枸杞12份、黑芝麻7份、海参16份、桑椹10份、蜂蜜20份、饮用水30份、膳食纤维1份、聚合矿物质0.4份。它的制备方法包括以下步骤:一、按计量配比取适量的黑米、山药、黑豆、枸杞、黑芝麻、海参、桑椹,将各种原料分别清洗干净后,放置在容器中自然晾干;二、将山药放入研磨机中研磨成粉末状,并对研磨后的山药进行过滤;三、将海参清洗干净后,取新鲜海参肉并将其切碎至碎粒状放置于容器中,加入饮用水浸泡;四、将桑椹放入榨汁机中压榨,取新鲜的桑椹汁,并将其进行过滤;五、将黑米、黑豆、枸杞、黑芝麻混合,加入研磨后的山药和碎粒状的海参,同时加入少量的桑椹汁、蜂蜜、膳食纤维、聚合矿物质形成混合物;六、对混合物进行密封包装,即可完成制备。需要食用本营养食品时,打开包装,将食品倒入沸腾的开水中煮制即可食用。
黑米性平,味甘;有开胃益中、健脾活血、明目的功效。黑米含蛋白质、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌等营养元素,营养丰富。黑米所含锰、锌、铜等无机盐大都比大米高1~3倍;更含有大米所缺乏的维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素及强心甙等特殊成分,因而黑米比普通大米更具营养。
黑豆营养丰富,含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分,同时又具有多种生物活性物质,如黑豆色素、黑豆多糖和异黄酮等。黑豆具有降胆固醇、补肾、益脾、美容养颜、抗衰老、改善贫血的功效。
桑椹性味甘寒,具有补肝益肾、生津润燥、乌发明目等功效。桑果古来就是百姓常采用的一种利尿,保健,消暑的鲜果,在本草纲目中有记载其特殊功效。
黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还含有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬等营养成分。有健胃、保肝、促进红细胞生长的作用,同时可以增加体内黑色素,有利于头发生长。
海参同人参、燕窝、鱼翅齐名,是世界八大珍品之一。海参不仅是珍贵的食品,也是名贵的药材。据《本草纲目拾遗》中记载:海参,味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,故名海参。海参具有提高记忆力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化以及抗肿瘤等作用。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米65份、山药45份、黑豆30份、枸杞13份、黑芝麻8份、海参18份、桑椹15份、蜂蜜25份、饮用水35份、膳食纤维2份、聚合矿物质0.6份。
其它原料组成、制备方法均与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米70份、山药50份、黑豆35份、枸杞14份、黑芝麻9份、海参20份、桑椹20份、蜂蜜30份、饮用水40份、膳食纤维3份、聚合矿物质0.8份。
其它原料组成、制备方法均与实施例1相同。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它具有较强的治疗针对性,能够在保证治疗肾病的同时,保护其它与肾有关的人体器官正常营养,避免引发其它器官疾病,在制备过程中无化学添加剂加入,有利于人体肾病恢复。

1.一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米60-70份、山药40-50份、黑豆25-35份、枸杞12-14份、黑芝麻7-9份、海参16-20份、桑椹10-20份、蜂蜜20-30份、饮用水30-40份、膳食纤维1-3份、聚合矿物质0.4-0.8份。
2.一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品的制备方法,其特征在于它的制备方法包括以下步骤:一、按计量配比取适量的黑米、山药、黑豆、枸杞、黑芝麻、海参、桑椹,将各种原料分别清洗干净后,放置在容器中自然晾干;二、将山药放入研磨机中研磨成粉末状,并对研磨后的山药进行过滤;三、将海参清洗干净后,取新鲜海参肉并将其切碎至碎粒状放置于容器中,加入饮用水浸泡;四、将桑椹放入榨汁机中压榨,取新鲜的桑椹汁,并将其进行过滤;五、将黑米、黑豆、枸杞、黑芝麻混合,加入研磨后的山药和碎粒状的海参,同时加入少量的桑椹汁、蜂蜜、膳食纤维、聚合矿物质形成混合物;六、对混合物进行密封包装,即可完成制备。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米60份、山药40份、黑豆25份、枸杞12份、黑芝麻7份、海参16份、桑椹10份、蜂蜜20份、饮用水30份、膳食纤维1份、聚合矿物质0.4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米65份、山药45份、黑豆30份、枸杞13份、黑芝麻8份、海参18份、桑椹15份、蜂蜜25份、饮用水35份、膳食纤维2份、聚合矿物质0.6份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:黑米70份、山药50份、黑豆35份、枸杞14份、黑芝麻9份、海参20份、桑椹20份、蜂蜜30份、饮用水40份、膳食纤维3份、聚合矿物质0.8份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的过滤时间均为10-15分钟,且过滤时的环境温度控制在5-10℃。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种医学用肾病全营养配方食品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的密封包装为真空包装,包装容量为0.5kg/袋。
