但是,毛呢面料和塑料膜之间的复合牢度较差,导致复合面料使用寿命较短,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轻薄毛呢复合面料。该轻薄毛呢复合面料的毛呢面料和TPU膜之间的复合牢度较高,使用寿命较长。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种轻薄毛呢复合面料,包括毛涤轻薄面料层、复合胶和TPU膜层,所述复合胶包括如下重量份的组分:
EVA 45-55份
氢化松香脂 25-30份
蜂蜡 10-15份
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 5-10份
抗氧剂 0.25-1份
填料 3-5份。

步骤3:加入氢化松香脂,继续搅拌,得到均匀的粘稠状液态物质;
步骤4:冷却至25℃即得到复合胶;
步骤5:将TPU膜进行辊筒放卷并引入到热熔胶机上,热熔胶机的热溶胶管和热溶胶枪将复合胶送到TPU膜表面;
步骤6:将毛涤轻薄面料进行辊筒放卷,将TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料引入到热压辊进行热压贴合;
步骤7:将经过热压贴合的TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料引入到冷却辊进行冷却;
步骤8:经过冷却辊冷却的TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料,进行风冷散热除味,然后辊筒收卷放到温度为25℃,相对湿度为30%的环境中存放24h即可。

步骤1:按照重量份,称取EVA 50份、氢化松香脂27份、蜂蜡11份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯7份、抗氧剂0.25份、碳酸钙4份、粒径为20nm的四氧化三铁2份;
步骤2:将EVA、蜂蜡、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、抗氧剂、填料和四氧化三铁加热至120℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤3:加入氢化松香脂,继续搅拌,得到均匀的粘稠状液态物质;
步骤4:冷却至25℃即得到复合胶;
步骤5:将TPU膜进行辊筒放卷并引入到热熔胶机上,热熔胶机的热溶胶管和热溶胶枪将复合胶送到TPU膜表面;
步骤6:将毛涤轻薄面料进行辊筒放卷,将TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料引入到热压辊进行热压贴合;
步骤7:将经过热压贴合的TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料引入到冷却辊进行冷却;
步骤8:经过冷却辊冷却的TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料,进行风冷散热除味,然后辊筒收卷放到温度为25℃,相对湿度为30%的环境中存放24h即可。
其中,抗氧剂包括抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168。按照重量比,抗氧剂1010∶抗氧剂168=1∶1。EVA的VA含量为21%。
实施例5
一种轻薄毛呢复合面料,包括毛涤轻薄面料层、复合胶和TPU膜层,所述复合胶包括如下重量份的组分:
EVA 52份、氢化松香脂26份、蜂蜡12份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、抗氧剂1份、滑石粉3份、粒径为20nm的四氧化三铁3份。
一种轻薄毛呢复合面料的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
步骤1:按照重量份,称取EVA 52份、氢化松香脂26份、蜂蜡12份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、抗氧剂1份、滑石粉3份、粒径为20nm的四氧化三铁3份;
步骤2:将EVA、蜂蜡、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、抗氧剂、填料和四氧化三铁加热至100℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤3:加入氢化松香脂,继续搅拌,得到均匀的粘稠状液态物质;
步骤4:冷却至25℃即得到复合胶;
步骤5:将TPU膜进行辊筒放卷并引入到热熔胶机上,热熔胶机的热溶胶管和热溶胶枪将复合胶送到TPU膜表面;
步骤6:将毛涤轻薄面料进行辊筒放卷,将TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料引入到热压辊进行热压贴合;
步骤7:将经过热压贴合的TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料引入到冷却辊进行冷却;
步骤8:经过冷却辊冷却的TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料,进行风冷散热除味,然后辊筒收卷放到温度为25℃,相对湿度为30%的环境中存放24h即可。
其中,抗氧剂包括抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168。按照重量比,抗氧剂1010∶抗氧剂168=1∶1。EVA的VA含量为23%。
对比例1
与实施例3不同的是,去除四氧化三铁,其他均与实施例3相同。
对比例2
与实施例3不同的是,去除抗氧剂,其他均与实施例3相同。
对比例3
与实施例3不同的是,同时去除四氧化三铁和抗氧剂,其他均与实施例3相同。
复合牢度试验
步骤1:将按照实施例1-5和对比例1-3制作的1m*1m的轻薄毛呢复合面料置于25℃水中,以5r/s的速度进行搅拌30min。搅拌结束后,取出面料并置于温度为40℃,相对湿度为30%的环境下进行烘干;
步骤2:重复20次步骤1后观察复合面料是否发生脱胶和变形,若有脱胶或者变形,记录脱胶和变形区域面积占比。

Claims (4)

1.一种轻薄毛呢复合面料,其特征是:包括毛涤轻薄面料层、复合胶和TPU膜层,所述复合胶包括如下重量份的组分:
EVA 45-55份
氢化松香脂25-30份
蜂蜡10-15份
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-10份
抗氧剂0.25-1份
填料3-5份
四氧化三铁2-5份
所述抗氧剂包括抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168,按照重量比,所述抗氧剂1010:抗氧剂168=1:1,所述四氧化三铁的粒径为20nm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻薄毛呢复合面料,其特征是:按照重量份,所述填料选用碳酸钙、滑石粉和二氧化硅中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻薄毛呢复合面料,其特征是:所述EVA中的VA含量为20-25%。
4.一种轻薄毛呢复合面料的制备方法,其特征是:包括如下制备步骤:
步骤1:按照重量份,称取EVA 45-55份、氢化松香脂25-30份、蜂蜡10-15份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-10份、抗氧剂0.25-1份、填料3-5份、粒径为20nm的四氧化三铁2-5份;
步骤2:将EVA、蜂蜡、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、抗氧剂、填料和四氧化三铁加热至100-150℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤3:加入氢化松香脂,继续搅拌,得到均匀的粘稠状液态物质;
步骤4:冷却至25℃即得到复合胶;
步骤5:将TPU膜进行辊筒放卷并引入到热熔胶机上,热熔胶机的热熔 胶管和热熔 胶枪将复合胶送到TPU膜表面;
步骤6:将毛涤轻薄面料进行辊筒放卷,将TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料引入到热压辊进行热压贴合;
步骤7:将经过热压贴合的TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料引入到冷却辊进行冷却;
步骤8:经过冷却辊冷却的TPU膜和毛涤轻薄面料,进行风冷散热除味,然后辊筒收卷放到温度为25℃,相对湿度为30%的环境中存放24h即可。
