本发明提供一种防晒隔热塑料编织袋用原料配方,按重量由下述组分组成:聚丙烯80‑120份;低密度聚乙烯40‑60份;酚醛树脂22‑26份;添加母料4‑8份;聚磷酸铵1‑1.2份;纳米石墨0.5‑0.8份;紫外线吸收剂5‑7份;改性添加剂15‑25份;拟除虫菊酯0.2‑0.4份;助剂3‑3.5份。本发明添加的助剂能够有效的抗老化、防日晒,且隔热效果好,而且拟除虫菊酯的添加还能有效的防虫咬,延长了包装袋的使用寿命,使用效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及编织袋生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种防晒隔热塑料编织袋用原料配方。
背景技术
塑料编织袋的主要原料成分为聚丙烯和聚乙烯,目前广泛应用于水泥、肥料、化工等领域。其主要生产工艺是利用原料经过挤出薄膜、拉丝、收卷、圆织、印刷、裁割、缝纫,最终得到塑料编织袋成品。传统的编织袋生产材料都是聚丙烯、聚乙烯加添加母料干燥搅拌混合制得,生产出的塑料编织袋在夏季高温和紫外线照射下容易老化、起皮、断裂、粉碎,不但影响塑料袋内的物品,还影响了塑料编织袋的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种防晒隔热塑料编织袋用原料配方。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种防晒隔热塑料编织袋用原料配方,其特征在于,按重量由下述组分组成:
所述添加母料为纳米碳酸钙、氧化钡、蛭石按重量比3:2:1的比例混合研磨制得的混合物。
所述改性添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:改性高岭土40-50份、聚乳酸15-18份、氯化钠8-13份、聚乙交酯1-3份、氧化铝2-3份、石英粉1-3份。
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料组成:粘土20-24份、明矾5-6份、促进剂DM2-3份、交联剂TAC2-3份、抗氧剂1-2份、阳起石3-4份、二茂铁2-3份、吗啉1-2份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯5-7份、邻苯二甲酸酯35-40份、没食子酸丙酯3-4份、绿茶粉1-2份、薏仁油2-3份、二硼化钒2-3份、表儿茶素1-2份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明添加的助剂能够有效的抗老化、防日晒,且隔热效果好,而且拟除虫菊酯的添加还能有效的防虫咬,延长了包装袋的使用寿命,使用效果更好。
