Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗慢性肾病的中药汤剂，为中药加水煎煮后滤去药渣所得药液，是由下列质量份的药物原料制成的汤剂：金刚骨30‑80份、生黄芪30‑80份、六月雪15‑50份、扦扦活15‑50份、山萸肉5‑30份、生地黄6‑30份、积雪草10‑60份、连钱草10‑80份、广地龙5‑20份、甘草3‑10份。本发明具有补益脾肾、化瘀降浊、清热解毒功效，可有效治疗慢性肾病，标本兼治，减轻肾周围水肿，改善肾血流量，利于肾之功能恢复。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药汤剂。
背景技术
临床上，肾脏疾病繁杂多样，包括肾小球肾炎、隐匿性肾炎、肾盂肾炎、过敏性紫癜肾炎、红斑狼疮肾炎、痛风肾、IgA肾病、肾病综合征、膜性肾病、肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病、高血压肾病、多囊肾，等等，当这些肾病的发病迁延难愈，时间超过三个月，病人尿液和相关的血液指标出现异常，肾脏病理学、影像学发现异常，或肾脏的肾小球有效滤过率低于60%，都可统称为"慢性肾病"。慢性肾病如未能及时有效救治，导致病情恶化进展，则随病程迁延，慢性肾病患者将发展成为慢性肾功能不全、肾衰竭，最终形成尿毒症。目前治疗肾病常用的西药主要是激素、开同、降压药等，这些药也只对部分肾病有一定的疗效。治疗用药需把握好适应症的情况下使用，才能获得一定的疗效，不可能治愈所有肾病。且诸多西药长期服用，会出现许多不良反应，如糖皮质激素类药物虽起效迅速，但副作用明显，停药后病情易反弹。中药在慢性肾脏病的治疗上优势明显。祖国医学认为慢性肾病以脾肾亏虚为本, 湿浊为标, 邪毒潴留体内, 浊阴不易从下窍排出。用辨证中药将湿浊之邪排出体外, 开腠泄浊、通腑泄浊将动风之根基灭熄, 临床症状随之好转, 在健脾益肾的基础上将人体免疫提高、调整，对长期患病者十分重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种配方合理、疗效显著的治疗慢性肾病的中药汤剂及其用途。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
针对现有技术不足，本发明目的是提供一种疗效安全可靠的慢性肾病中药汤剂及制备方法。此发明为传统中药材制成，安全无任何毒副作用，根据中医辨证原则研制，由益气、清泄、解毒、化瘀之品组成，具有补益脾肾、化瘀降浊、清热解毒功效。不仅治本，而且治标，减轻肾周围水肿，改善肾血流量，有利于肾之功能恢复。
一种治疗慢性肾病的中药汤剂，为中药加水煎煮后滤去药渣所得药液，其特征是：所述的中药汤剂是由下列质量份的药物原料制成的汤剂：
金刚骨30-80份、生黄芪30-80份、六月雪15-50份、扦扦活15-50份、山萸肉5-30份、生地黄6-30份、积雪草10-60份、连钱草10-80份、广地龙5-20份、甘草3-10份。
所述的治疗慢性肾病的中药汤剂在制备治疗慢性肾病的药物中的应用。
本发明具有补益脾肾、化瘀降浊、清热解毒功效，可有效治疗慢性肾病，标本兼治，减轻肾周围水肿，改善肾血流量，利于肾之功能恢复。
典型病例：
病案一、杭某某，男，21岁，海安人。1994年9月6日初诊。患肾炎已八月余，服用强的松50mg/日以维持病情。烘热出汗，满月脸、水牛背，苔腻脉弦劲。检尿蛋白：+++。肾气久亏，精微失固，治宜育阴潜阳，固摄精微。予肾病汤加减，坚持治疗8月，强的松逐步减停，检尿蛋白（-），肾功能正常，无不适症状。
病案二、戴某某，男，85岁。2015年3月31日因“下肢浮肿一月”于本所求诊，全身乏力，泡沫尿明显，大便日行，舌偏红中裂苔薄白脉细。检尿常规：蛋白++++，隐血++，肾功：尿素12.9 umol/L↑，肌酐287umol/L↑，尿酸526 umol/L↑。血压160/95mmHg。予益肾养阴，利水化瘀，予肾病汤加减，服药半月下肢水肿显消，治疗3月后，水肿俱消，行走有力，诉无不适，复查尿蛋白+，尿素10.2 umol/L，肌酐159 umol/L，尿酸427 umol/L。继予巩固治疗。
病案三、赵某某，女，48岁。2016年4月16日因“下肢浮肿，双下肢结节性红斑”检尿蛋白3+，Ig系列正常，血沉67mm/h，予强的松8粒/日，逐步减服。左西替利嗪5mg/日，雷贝拉唑10mgBid。2016年6月10日于本所求诊。下肢结节已释，泡沫尿明显，畏寒怯冷，纳可，舌淡衬紫边齿痕苔淡黄腻脉细。脾肾阳虚，浊瘀内阻，治宜温肾健脾、化瘀利水。予肾病汤加减，坚持治疗至今，强的松减服为3/4粒qd。复查尿蛋白+-，肾功能正常。

具体实施方式
一种肾病汤（即治疗慢性肾病的中药汤剂），是由下列质量份的药物原料制成的汤剂：
金刚骨30-80份（例30、50、80份）、生黄芪30-80份（例30、50、80份）、六月雪15-50份（例15、30、50份）、扦扦活15-50份（例15、30、50份）、山萸肉5-30份（例5、20、30份）、生地黄6-30份（例6、20、30份）、积雪草10-60份（例15、30、60份）、连钱草10-80份（例10、50、80份）、广地龙5-20份（例5、12、20份）、甘草3-10份（例3、6、10份）。
一种肾病汤（即治疗慢性肾病的中药汤剂）在制备治疗慢性肾病的药物中的应用。
用法：上方加水煎煮后滤去药渣所得药液，每日一剂，分2-3次服完。

1.一种治疗慢性肾病的中药汤剂，为中药加水煎煮后滤去药渣所得药液，其特征是：所述的中药汤剂是由下列质量份的药物原料制成的汤剂：
金刚骨30-80份、生黄芪30-80份、六月雪15-50份、扦扦活15-50份、山萸肉5-30份、生地黄6-30份、积雪草10-60份、连钱草10-80份、广地龙5-20份、甘草3-10份。
2.一种权利要求1所述的治疗慢性肾病的中药汤剂在制备治疗慢性肾病的药物中的应用。
