Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑用弧弯瓷砖。本发明是将平瓷砖放入放有弧形模具的热弯炉内的模具上,使热弯炉均匀升温至800-1350℃,在温度达到300℃和600℃时保温5-30分钟,瓷砖软化弯曲至完全贴紧模具后保持温度2-20分钟,使热弯炉降温退火,保持退火速率不高于31℃/min,退火接近室温后从炉中取出弯曲成形的瓷砖,对表面进一步抛光或上釉即可。更换不同的模具可生产不同的瓷砖,曲率可从0至180度。本发明可工业化生产各种规格的弧形瓷砖,成品率高,成本低。

Description

弧形瓷砖的制备方法
本发明涉及一种建筑用弧弯瓷砖。
建筑中装饰柱面时常利用弧形石材,其加工复杂,成本高。而先制弧形瓷砖胚体,再烧制的方法使得制成的砖表面缺陷较多,不能使用。
本发明的目的在于发明一种弧形瓷砖及其热弯方法,以便能工业化生产多种规格的弧形瓷砖。
本发明将平瓷砖放入放有弧形模具的热弯炉内的模具上加热,使其软化,利用其自身重量或外力使其弯曲至要求弧度,经退火冷却而成型。还可以进一步抛光或上釉,使其表面更加美观。
本发明是这样实现的:将平瓷砖放入放有弧形模具的热弯炉内的模具上,使热弯炉均匀升温至800-1350℃,在温度达到300℃和600℃时保温5-30分钟,瓷砖软化弯曲至完全贴紧模具后保持温度2-20分钟,使热弯炉降温退火,600℃以上可强制冷却,600℃以下保持退火速率不高于31℃/min,退火接近室温后从炉中取出弯曲成形的瓷砖,对表面进一步抛光或上釉即可。更换不同的模具可生产不同的瓷砖,曲率可从0至180度。
利用炉膛尺寸为1200×800×700mm的热弯炉,热弯炉为40KW的电炉,模具采用耐热不锈钢实芯模具,其弧长950mm,半径38mm,模具长660mm,底部到最高点高度为500mm,模具放在热弯炉中央,瓷砖用广东鹰牌890×645×13mm玻化砖,将瓷砖放在模具上,使热弯炉加热至900-1150℃,在温度达到300℃和600℃时保温10-25分钟,瓷砖软化弯曲至完全贴紧模具后保持温度5-15分钟,使热弯炉降温退火,保持退火速率不高于31℃/min,退火接近室温后从炉中取出弯曲成形的瓷砖即成。该砖的表面可经抛光或上釉处理。
本发明可工业化生产各种规格的弧形瓷砖,成品率高,成本低。

Claims (3)

1.一种制备弧形瓷砖的方法,其特征在于:将平瓷砖放入放有弧形模具的热弯炉内的模具上,使热弯炉均匀升温至800-1350℃,在温度达到300℃和600℃时保温5-30分钟,待瓷砖软化弯曲至完全贴紧模具后保持温度2-20分钟,使热弯炉降温退火,600℃以上强制冷却,600℃以下保持退火速率不高于31℃/min,退火接近室温后从炉中取出弯曲成型的瓷砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:对成型后的瓷砖表面进行抛光。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:对成型后的瓷砖表面进行施釉。
