Abstract
本发明公开了一种馈源的注塑工艺,包括如下步骤:第一步,先将液态PPO塑料注塑到模具中,注塑成型球状模芯;第二步,取出球状模芯,将其浇口去除;第三步,将去除浇口后的球状模芯放入到产品模具中心位置,再将液态PPO塑料注塑到模具中,进行第二次注塑成型成产品形状,并在注塑过程中采用保压处理;第四步,处理产品馈源的浇口,用数控铣床将浇口处铣成圆锥状,本发明的注塑工艺对于壁厚太后的产品馈源,可以避免产品注塑好之后,内部出现气泡,调高产品的合格率,降低生产难度。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑技术领域,特别涉及一种馈源的注塑工艺。
背景技术
注塑是一种工业产品生产造型的方法。产品通常使用橡胶注塑和塑料注塑。注塑还可分注塑成型模压法、和压铸法。注射成型机(简称注射机或注塑机)是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备,注射成型是通过注塑机和模具来实现的。
而在注塑壁厚太厚的产品,如果按照正常的注塑方法,会因为压力不足的原因,内部会产生气泡,这样的馈源会影响信号的发射情况,所以对于这种厚度太厚的产品需要特殊的注塑工艺。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种馈源的注塑工艺,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种馈源的注塑工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)第一步,先将液态PPO塑料注塑到模具中,注塑成型球状模芯;
(2)第二步,取出球状模芯,将其浇口去除;
(3)第三步,将去除浇口后的球状模芯放入到产品模具中心位置,再将液态PPO塑料注塑到模具中,进行第二次注塑成型成产品形状,并在注塑过程中采用保压处理;
(4)第四步,处理产品馈源的浇口,用数控铣床将浇口处铣成圆锥状。
优选的,所述第一步和第三步中注塑的液态PPO塑料的温度为300°。
优选的,所述第三步中的浇口位于产品馈源的尖端。
优选的,所述第一步中注塑压力为60-70MPa,注塑时间为2-3秒。
优选的,所述第三步中保压压力为100-130MPa,保压时长为30-40秒。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明的一种馈源的注塑工艺,通过先制作球型模芯来增加内部的凝聚力,减少因压力不足,产品内部在注塑时,将最容易产生气泡的地方先用球型模芯先代替了,在二次注塑时,采用保压处理,通过长时间的高压,将注塑进去的塑料压实,让注塑好的产品内部不会出现气泡,提高产品的合格率,且二次注塑时,浇口在馈源的尖角处,这样不仅方便注塑,还可以让浇口处留下的浇点,在后期的机加工时,完全被加工掉,不会留下浇口的痕迹,让整个产品更加美观。

本发明的具体实施方式:一种馈源的注塑工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:

本实施例中,所述第一步和第三步中注塑的液态PPO塑料的温度为300°。

1.一种馈源的注塑工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)第一步,先将液态PPO塑料注塑到模具中,注塑成型球状模芯;
(2)第二步,取出球状模芯,将其浇口去除;
(3)第三步,将去除浇口后的球状模芯放入到产品模具中心位置,再将液态PPO塑料注塑到模具中,进行第二次注塑成型成产品形状,并在注塑过程中采用保压处理;
(4)第四步,处理产品馈源的浇口,用数控铣床将浇口处铣成圆锥状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种馈源的注塑工艺,其特征在于:所述第一步和第三步中注塑的液态PPO塑料的温度为300°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种馈源的注塑工艺,其特征在于:所述第三步中的浇口位于产品馈源的尖端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种馈源的注塑工艺,其特征在于:所述第一步中注塑压力为60-70MPa,注塑时间为2-3秒。
