Abstract

本发明公开的一种茶皂素果蔬清洗剂,以干基计,由以下重量百分比原料制备而成:茶皂素8.0,椰油酸5.0%,柠檬油2.0%,APG0810烷基糖苷8.0%,氢氧化钠0.8%,羟丙基纤维素1.2%,香精0.2%,苯氧乙醇0.3%,去离子水74.5%。本发明还公开了该差皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法。本发明是一种具有天然茶皂素、椰油酸,柠檬油,APG糖苷、羟丙基纤维素的安全、温和、洗涤效果好的茶皂素中性果蔬清洗剂,除菌去农药残留效果好且不会造成蔬果的营养成分流失。

一种茶皂素中性蔬果清洗剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及蔬果清洗剂技术领域,特别涉及一种茶皂素中性蔬果清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蔬菜、水果等农产品的农药残留问题长期困扰着人们,特别是有机磷农药的中毒事故时有发生。目前日常生活中,普遍使用淘米水、盐水、碱水、洗洁精水浸泡等去除表皮残留农药,但很多的方式要么除菌去农药残留效果不好,要么碱性破坏了营养成分的流失等等。随着人们生活水平以及生活观念的提高,卫生意识也在不断增强,在日常生活中人们对蔬菜、水果的卫生状况更为重视,果蔬清洗剂的应用更为广泛。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于针对现有蔬果清洗剂所存在的上述技术问题而提供一种具有天然茶皂素、椰油酸,柠檬油,APG糖苷、羟丙基纤维素的安全、温和、洗涤效果好的茶皂素中性果蔬清洗剂。
本发明的目的之二还在于提供一种上述茶皂素果蔬清洗剂的制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种茶皂素果蔬清洗剂,以干基计,由以下重量百分比原料制备而成:茶皂素8.0,椰油酸5.0%,柠檬油2.0%,APG0810烷基糖苷8.0%,氢氧化钠0.8%,羟丙基纤维素1.2%,香精0.2%,苯氧乙醇0.3%,去离子水74.5%。
上述茶皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将大部分去离子水和配方量的羟丙基纤维素投入乳化锅,搅拌加热到80~85℃保温;
(2)将配方量的茶皂素加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全溶解,保持温度80~85℃;
(3)将配方量的椰油酸投入乳化锅;
(4)用剩余的去离子水溶解配方量的氢氧化钠后加入乳化锅中,保温搅拌均匀后降温;
(5)当温度降低至70℃,加入配方量的柠檬油、APG0810,继续降温;
(6)当温度降低至45℃时,加入配方量的香精、苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀即可。
上述茶皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将大部分去离子水和配方量的羟丙基纤维素投入乳化锅,搅拌加热到80~85℃保温;
(2)将配方量的椰油酸加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全溶解,保持温度80~85℃;
(3)用剩余的去离子水溶解配方量的氢氧化钠后加入乳化锅中,保温搅拌均匀后降温;
(4)将配方量的茶皂素投入乳化锅;
(5)当温度降低至70℃,加入配方量的柠檬油、APG0810,继续降温;
(6)当温度降低至45℃时,加入配方量的香精、苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀即可。
上述茶皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将大部分去离子水和配方量的羟丙基纤维素投入乳化锅,搅拌加热到80~85℃保温;
(2)将配方量的椰油酸加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全溶解,保持温度80~85℃;
(3)用剩余的去离子水溶解配方量的氢氧化钠后加入乳化锅中,保温搅拌均匀后降温;
(4)将配方量的茶皂素、APG0810投入乳化锅,保温搅拌30分钟后降温;
(5)当温度降低至70℃,加入配方量的柠檬油,继续降温;
(6)当温度降低至45℃时,加入配方量的香精、苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀即可。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明是一种具有天然茶皂素、椰油酸,柠檬油,APG糖苷、羟丙基纤维素的安全、温和、洗涤效果好的茶皂素中性果蔬清洗剂,除菌去农药残留效果好且不会造成蔬果的营养成分流失。
具体实施方式
为了能进一步了解本发明的结构、特征及其它目的,现结合所附较佳实施例详细说明如下,所说明的较佳实施例仅用于说明发明的技术方案,并非限定本发明。
实施例1
该实施例的茶皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.将74.5%去离子水和1.2%羟丙基纤维素投入乳化锅,搅拌加热到80~85℃,保温30分钟;
2.将8%茶皂素加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全溶解,保持温度80~85℃;
3.将5%椰油酸投入乳化锅;
4.用少量水溶解0.8%氢氧化钠后加入乳化锅中,保温搅拌约30分钟,均匀后降温;
5.当温度降低至70℃,加入2%柠檬油、8%APG0810,继续降温;
6.当温度降低至45℃时,加入0.2%香精、0.3%苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
该实施例的茶皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.将54.5%去离子水和1.2%羟丙基纤维素投入乳化锅,搅拌加热到80~85℃,保温30分钟;
2.将5%椰油酸加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全溶解,保持温度80~85℃;
3.用20%水溶解0.8%氢氧化钠后加入乳化锅中,保温搅拌约30分钟,均匀后降温;
4.将8%茶皂素投入乳化锅;
5.当温度降低至70℃,加入2%柠檬油、8%APG0810,继续降温;
6.当温度降低至45℃时,加入0.2%香精、0.3%苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例3
该实施例的茶皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.将54.5%去离子水和1.2%羟丙基纤维素投入乳化锅,搅拌加热到80~85℃,保温30分钟;
2.将5%椰油酸加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全溶解,保持温度80~85℃;
3.用20%水溶解0.8%氢氧化钠后加入乳化锅中,保温搅拌月30分钟,保温;
4.将8%茶皂素、8%APG0810投入乳化锅,保温搅拌30分钟后降温;
5.当温度降低至70℃,加入2%柠檬油、,继续降温;
6.当温度降低至45℃时,加入0.2%香精、0.3%苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀即可。

Claims (4)

1.一种茶皂素果蔬清洗剂,其特征在于,以干基计,由以下重量百分比原料制备而成:茶皂素8.0,椰油酸5.0%,柠檬油2.0%,APG0810烷基糖苷8.0%,氢氧化钠0.8%,羟丙基纤维素1.2%,香精0.2%,苯氧乙醇0.3%,去离子水74.5%。
2.权利要求1所述的茶皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将大部分去离子水和配方量的羟丙基纤维素投入乳化锅,搅拌加热到80~85℃保温;
(2)将配方量的茶皂素加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全溶解,保持温度80~85℃;
(3)将配方量的椰油酸投入乳化锅;
(4)用剩余的去离子水溶解配方量的氢氧化钠后加入乳化锅中,保温搅拌均匀后降温;
(5)当温度降低至70℃,加入配方量的柠檬油、APG0810,继续降温;
(6)当温度降低至45℃时,加入配方量的香精、苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀即可。
3.权利要求1所述的茶皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将大部分去离子水和配方量的羟丙基纤维素投入乳化锅,搅拌加热到80~85℃保温;

(5)当温度降低至70℃,加入配方量的柠檬油、APG0810,继续降温;
(6)当温度降低至45℃时,加入配方量的香精、苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀即可。
4.权利要求1所述的茶皂素蔬果清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:

(2)将配方量的椰油酸加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全溶解,保持温度80~85℃;

(4)将配方量的茶皂素、APG0810投入乳化锅,保温搅拌30分钟后降温;
(5)当温度降低至70℃,加入配方量的柠檬油,继续降温;
(6)当温度降低至45℃时,加入配方量的香精、苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀即可。
