本发明属于日化用品领域,具体涉及一种玫瑰花洗衣液。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,消费者环保意识也逐渐加强,洗衣液以资源丰富且价廉的水代替了洗衣粉中的元明粉,克服了洗衣粉的一些缺点,发展很快,逐渐被人们所接受,但是洗衣液的种类相对单一,并且仍然含有一些有害成分对环境产品影响,尤其是现行的香型多为合成型,存在刺激性对人体皮肤不好,且留香短暂,漂洗后易残留细菌。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上所提问题,弥补传统技术的不足,提供了一种衣物留香自然,去污效果更好,能够有除菌的玫瑰花洗衣液。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种玫瑰花洗衣液,其特征在于:包括以下组分及其重量份数:
玫瑰花提取物溶液20-30份、直链烷基苯磺酸9-12份、AOS8-11份、烷基醇酰胺10-13份、凯松0.02-0.06份、氢氧化钠1.2-1.6份、AEO9 6-10份、EDTA-2Na0.1-0.4份、增稠剂2-3份和去离子水20-40份。
所述的氢氧化钠浓度为32%。
根据如上所述的玫瑰花洗衣液的制备方法:将玫瑰花瓣40-50份用清水洗净,放入研磨池内,研磨成沫,将丙三醇20-30份加入到研磨池内,充分搅拌;将所得混合物过滤,提取液体组分即可得到玫瑰花提取物溶液;然后,常温下,将玫瑰花提取物溶液其他原料加入搅拌釜,循环、搅拌直至溶液均匀稳定。
本发明的有益效果是,以天然玫瑰花提取物替代传统合成香精,健康卫生,香气自然无刺激且留香久;EDTA-2Na成分具有很高稳定常数,能与碱金属以外的绝大多数金属离子生成稳定的络合物,消除金属离子或由其引起的有害作用,起到抗氧化、护色、防腐除菌的作用,有效切断普通传染病的衣物传播,具有一定的除菌功能。

实施例1
一种玫瑰花洗衣液,其特征在于:包括以下组分及其重量份数:
玫瑰花提取物溶液20份、直链烷基苯磺酸9份、AOS8份、烷基醇酰胺10份、凯松0.02份、浓度为32%氢氧化钠1.2份、AEO9 6份、EDTA-2Na0.1份、增稠剂2份和去离子水20份。
根据如上所述的玫瑰花洗衣液的制备方法:将玫瑰花瓣40份用清水洗净,放入研磨池内,研磨成沫,将丙三醇20份加入到研磨池内,充分搅拌;将所得混合物过滤,提取液体组分即可得到玫瑰花提取物溶液;然后,常温下,将玫瑰花提取物溶液其他原料加入搅拌釜,循环、搅拌直至溶液均匀稳定。

一种玫瑰花洗衣液,其特征在于:包括以下组分及其重量份数:
玫瑰花提取物溶液30份、直链烷基苯磺酸12份、AOS11份、烷基醇酰胺13份、凯松0.06份、浓度为32%氢氧化钠1.6份、AEO9 10份、EDTA-2Na0.4份、增稠剂3份和去离子水40份。
根据如上所述的玫瑰花洗衣液的制备方法:将玫瑰花瓣50份用清水洗净,放入研磨池内,研磨成沫,将丙三醇30份加入到研磨池内,充分搅拌;将所得混合物过滤,提取液体组分即可得到玫瑰花提取物溶液;然后,常温下,将玫瑰花提取物溶液其他原料加入搅拌釜,循环、搅拌直至溶液均匀稳定。
实施例3
一种玫瑰花洗衣液,其特征在于:包括以下组分及其重量份数:
玫瑰花提取物溶液25份、直链烷基苯磺酸10份、AOS10份、烷基醇酰胺11份、凯松0.05份、浓度为32%氢氧化钠1.4份、AEO9 8份、EDTA-2Na0.3份、增稠剂2.5份和去离子水30份。
根据如上所述的玫瑰花洗衣液的制备方法:将玫瑰花瓣45份用清水洗净,放入研磨池内,研磨成沫,将丙三醇25份加入到研磨池内,充分搅拌;将所得混合物过滤,提取液体组分即可得到玫瑰花提取物溶液;然后,常温下,将玫瑰花提取物溶液其他原料加入搅拌釜,循环、搅拌直至溶液均匀稳定。
取9%浓度本发明产品,采用常规生物检测杀菌效果,实验结果表明,本发明产品杀菌效果达到90%以上,杀菌效果明显。微生物选择大肠杆菌,沙门氏菌,金黄色普通球菌。

1. 一种玫瑰花洗衣液,其特征在于:包括以下组分及其重量份数: 玫瑰花提取物溶液20-30份、直链烷基苯磺酸9-12份、AOS8-11份、烷基醇酰胺10-13份、凯松0.02-0.06份、氢氧化钠1.2-1.6份、AEO9 6-10份、EDTA-2Na0.1-0.4份、增稠剂2-3份和去离子水20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玫瑰花洗衣液,其特征在于:氢氧化钠浓度为32%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玫瑰花洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:将玫瑰花瓣40-50份用清水洗净,放入研磨池内,研磨成沫,将丙三醇20-30份加入到研磨池内,充分搅拌;将所得混合物过滤,提取液体组分即可得到玫瑰花提取物溶液;然后,常温下,将玫瑰花提取物溶液其他原料加入搅拌釜,循环、搅拌直至溶液均匀稳定。
