上述发明内容相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:1)本发明多孔复合棒材包括芯材保证了载体的强度要求;2)芯材可以保证载体在工作过程中稳定性, 3)包覆碳化钨系涂层可以提高多孔复合棒材的芯材的耐腐蚀性保证材料的使用寿命;4)多孔复合层使载体更加有效承载催化剂提高尾气进化效果。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-3所示一种车辆尾气净化装置用载体,所述载体包括壳体1、安装于壳里部的格栅2和固定设置在格栅中多孔复合棒材3,多孔复合棒材截面为圆形,多孔复合棒材与格栅壁之间留有尾气通道4,所述多孔复合棒材包括芯材5(图2未示出,图1、3示出),所述芯材为铁基合金,芯材外涂覆碳化钨系涂层6(图2未示出,图1、3示出),碳化钨系涂层外为多孔复合层7(图2未示出,图1、3示出)。
实施例1
一种车辆尾气净化装置用载体,所述载体包括壳体、安装于壳里部的格栅和固定设置在格栅中多孔复合棒材,多孔复合棒材截面为圆形,多孔复合棒材与格栅壁之间留有尾气通道,
所述多孔复合棒材包括芯材,所述芯材为铁基合金,芯材外涂覆碳化钨系涂层,碳化钨系涂层外为多孔复合层
铁基合金其各元素成分组成为:其各元素成分组成为:C 0.71﹪,Al 6.2﹪,Ge 3.4﹪,Zn 2.2﹪,Cu 0.84﹪,Ni 0.43﹪,Ti 0.32﹪,Ba 0.11﹪,Mg 0.072﹪,In 0.053﹪,Sb0.023﹪,Pr 0.013﹪,余量为Fe,
碳化钨系涂层由碳化钨62份,铁11份,钴12份,二氧化锆5份,碳化钽4份,碳化铌4份,氮化硅2份,碳化钼1份组成。
多孔复合层由(质量)方解石粉80份,长石粉51份,二氧化钛11份,氧化镁5份,三氧化二铬5份,碳化硅3份,硅藻土3份,烧失成孔剂62份,成型粘结剂100份,混合后得到混合料,将混合料包覆在碳化钨系涂层外得到棒坯,将棒坯在600℃干燥6小时;将干燥后的棒坯在隧道窑中于630℃烧成,得到多孔复合棒材,多孔复合层的比表面为480-490m2/g,孔容为0.7-0.75cm3/g。

1.一种车辆尾气净化装置用载体,所述载体包括壳体、安装于壳里部的格栅和固定设置在格栅中多孔复合棒材,多孔复合棒材截面为圆形,多孔复合棒材与格栅壁之间留有尾气通道,
所述多孔复合棒材包括芯材,所述芯材为铁基合金,芯材外涂覆碳化钨系涂层,碳化钨系涂层外为多孔复合层
铁基合金其各元素成分组成为:其各元素成分组成为:C 0.71﹪,Al 6.2﹪,Ge 3.4﹪,Zn 2.2﹪,Cu 0.84﹪,Ni 0.43﹪,Ti 0.32﹪,Ba 0.11﹪,Mg 0.072﹪,In 0.053﹪,Sb0.023﹪,Pr 0.013﹪,余量为Fe,

2.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆尾气净化装置用载体,铁基合金其各元素成分组成为:其各元素成分组成为:C 0.7﹪,Al 6﹪,Ge 3﹪,Zn 2﹪,Cu 0.8﹪,Ni 0.4﹪,Ti 0.3﹪,Ba0.1﹪,Mg 0.07﹪,In 0.05﹪,Sb 0.02﹪,Pr 0.01﹪,余量为Fe。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆尾气净化装置用载体,铁基合金其各元素成分组成为:其各元素成分组成为:C 0.8﹪,Al 7﹪,Ge 4﹪,Zn 3﹪,Cu 0.9﹪,Ni 0.5﹪,Ti 0.4﹪,Ba0.2﹪,Mg 0.08﹪,In 0.06﹪,Sb 0.03﹪,Pr 0.02﹪,余量为Fe。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆尾气净化装置用载体,铁基合金其各元素成分组成为:其各元素成分组成为:C 0.75﹪,Al 6.5﹪,Ge 3.5﹪,Zn 2.5﹪,Cu 0.85﹪,Ni 0.45﹪,Ti0.35﹪,Ba 0.15﹪,Mg 0.075﹪,In 0.055﹪,Sb 0.025﹪,Pr 0.015﹪,余量为Fe。
