本发明公开了一种磁性的片状蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法,由以下重量份原料制成:Fe3O4 5‑10,堇青石40‑50,黏土1‑3,ZrO2粉5‑10,泡沫镍4‑8,CrO2粉5‑10,滑石粉10‑15,碳酸镁3‑5,甲基三乙酰基硅烷5‑10,碳酸钠4‑8,硬脂酸1‑3,1 mol/L HNO3溶液适量,纳米氧化铝溶胶50‑60,1 mol/L La(NO3)3 1‑3,1 mol/L Sr(NO3)2 1‑2,1 mol/L Co(NO3)2 0.5‑1、1 mol/L柠檬酸2‑6,去离子水100‑200;本发明将蜂窝陶瓷载体制成片状型,方便安装和更换,同时节约成本,促进了资源的充分利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷材料,尤其涉及一种磁性的片状蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法。
技术背景
机动车污染已成为我国空气污染的重要来源,是造成灰霾和光化学烟雾污染的重要原因。汽车尾气主要为氮氧化物(NOx)、碳氢化合物(HC)、一氧化碳(C0)、颗粒物等,已成为主要的大气污染物,因此,解决空气污染问题的重中之重即是解决汽车尾气污染问题。
汽车尾气净化器主要由壳体、载体和催化剂3部分组成,其中催化剂的选择非常重要。三效催化剂是指能同时去除NOx、HC、CO这三种主要污染物的催化剂,大量试验研究表明,稀土钙钛矿催化剂La-Sr-Co-O为三效催化剂,并且对汽车尾气的催化效果较好。祝杰在其硕士学位论文《堇青石蜂窝陶瓷负载La-Sr-Co-O对汽车尾气催化性能的研究》中采用堇青石蜂窝陶瓷作为载体,La-Sr-Co-O钙钛矿型复合氧化物作为催化剂活性成分,制备了整体式汽车尾气催化剂,但是其制备的陶瓷载体耐热性能还不够高,并且整体式催化剂一旦损坏需要整体更换,浪费资源的同时还增加了使用成本。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温、使用寿命长、又能保证资源合理利用的片状蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现 :
1. 一种磁性的片状蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
Fe3O4 5-10,堇青石 40-50,黏土 1-3,ZrO2粉5-10,泡沫镍4-8,CrO2粉5-10,滑石粉10-15,碳酸镁3-5,甲基三乙酰基硅烷5-10,碳酸钠 4-8,硬脂酸1-3,1 mol/L HNO3溶液适量,纳米氧化铝溶胶50-60,1 mol/L La(NO3)3 1-3,1 mol/L Sr(NO3)2 1-2,1 mol/L Co(NO3)20.5-1、1 mol/L柠檬酸2-6,去离子水100-200;
所述纳米氧化铝溶胶的固含量为20%-25%。
2. 所述的一种磁性的片状蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 片状蜂窝陶瓷的制备:
取Fe3O4、堇青石、黏土、ZrO2 粉、泡沫镍、CrO2粉、滑石粉、碳酸镁和碳酸钠进行球磨、混料、粉碎至200 -500 目后,加入甲基三乙酰基硅烷、硬脂酸、50-60份去离子水混合均匀,陈腐 20-25 h得到泥料 ;将泥料放入真空炼泥机中进行炼泥后,再放入挤压成型机中成型后切割为3-5cm的板状试样 ;100-150℃下烘干试样后放入煅烧炉中,1200-1500℃下保温1-4h,冷却出炉。
b. 片状蜂窝陶瓷的预处理:
水洗步骤a得到的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷板状试样后,用HNO3溶液浸泡20-30 h,之后用清水超声10-30 min后干燥;
c. 纳米氧化铝溶胶和La-Sr-Co-O催化剂的涂覆:
将步骤b所得板状试样浸入纳米氧化铝溶胶和La-Sr-Co-O前驱体溶液的混合液中,20-60min后取出, 用洗耳球吹除板状试样孔道残留的混合液,50-100℃下干燥10-15h,500-1000℃下焙烧3-8h,重复3-5次。
3. 所述的La-Sr-Co-O前驱体溶液由所述的1 mol/L La(NO3)3,1 mol/L Sr(NO3)2,1 mol/L Co(NO3)2、1 mol/L柠檬酸溶液混合而成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用耐高温、耐磨损和耐腐蚀的惰性无机材料ZrO2粉和CrO2粉来强化蜂窝陶瓷载体的综合性能,使蜂窝陶瓷载体具有抗压强度高、耐高温、化学稳定性好、抗腐蚀能力强等优点;进一步地,利用水溶性碳酸钠来提高陶瓷载体的孔隙率;将纳米氧化铝溶胶和La-Sr-Co-O前驱体溶液混合后对陶瓷载体进行浸泡,增加了La-Sr-Co-O催化剂与载体的结合力,延长其使用寿命;将蜂窝陶瓷载体制成片状型,方便了安装和更换,同时节约成本,促进了资源的充分利用,符合当下绿色环保的趋势,具有更广阔的应用前景和市场价值;配合添加的Fe3O4使材料具有磁性,扩展了其应用范围。

实施例
一种磁性的片状蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
Fe3O4 10,堇青石50,黏土3,ZrO2粉10,泡沫镍8,CrO2粉10,滑石粉10,碳酸镁3,甲基三乙酰基硅烷10,碳酸钠8,硬脂酸3,1 mol/L HNO3溶液适量,纳米氧化铝溶胶60,1 mol/L La(NO3)3 3,1 mol/L Sr(NO3)2 2,1 mol/L Co(NO3)21、1 mol/L柠檬酸6,去离子水200;
所述纳米氧化铝溶胶的固含量为20%-25%。
所述的一种磁性的片状蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 片状蜂窝陶瓷的制备:
取Fe3O4、堇青石、黏土、ZrO2 粉、泡沫镍、CrO2粉、滑石粉、碳酸镁和碳酸钠进行球磨、混料、粉碎至200 -500 目后,加入甲基三乙酰基硅烷、硬脂酸、50-60份去离子水混合均匀,陈腐 20-25 h得到泥料 ;将泥料放入真空炼泥机中进行炼泥后,再放入挤压成型机中成型后切割为3-5cm的板状试样 ;100-150℃下烘干试样后放入煅烧炉中,1200-1500℃下保温1-4h,冷却出炉。
b. 片状蜂窝陶瓷的预处理:
水洗步骤a得到的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷板状试样后,用HNO3溶液浸泡20-30 h,之后用清水超声10-30 min后干燥;
c. 纳米氧化铝溶胶和La-Sr-Co-O催化剂的涂覆:
将步骤b所得板状试样浸入纳米氧化铝溶胶和La-Sr-Co-O前驱体溶液的混合液中,20-60min后取出, 用洗耳球吹除板状试样孔道残留的混合液,50-100℃下干燥10-15h,500-1000℃下焙烧3-8h,重复3-5次。
所述的La-Sr-Co-O前驱体溶液由所述的1 mol/L La(NO3)3,1 mol/L Sr(NO3)2,1mol/L Co(NO3)2、1 mol/L柠檬酸溶液混合而成。
经检测:
对CO催化效率 ≥90%。

1.一种磁性的片状蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
Fe3O4 5-10,堇青石 40-50,黏土 1-3,ZrO2粉5-10,泡沫镍4-8,CrO2粉5-10,滑石粉10-15,碳酸镁3-5,甲基三乙酰基硅烷5-10,碳酸钠 4-8,硬脂酸1-3,1 mol/L HNO3溶液适量,纳米氧化铝溶胶50-60,1 mol/L La(NO3)3 1-3,1 mol/L Sr(NO3)2 1-2,1 mol/L Co(NO3)20.5-1、1 mol/L柠檬酸2-6,去离子水100-200;
所述纳米氧化铝溶胶的固含量为20%-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性的片状蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 片状蜂窝陶瓷的制备:
取Fe3O4、堇青石、黏土、ZrO2 粉、泡沫镍、CrO2粉、滑石粉、碳酸镁和碳酸钠进行球磨、混料、粉碎至200 -500 目后,加入甲基三乙酰基硅烷、硬脂酸、50-60份去离子水混合均匀,陈腐 20-25 h得到泥料 ;将泥料放入真空炼泥机中进行炼泥后,再放入挤压成型机中成型后切割为3-5cm的板状试样 ;100-150℃下烘干试样后放入煅烧炉中,1200-1500℃下保温1-4h,冷却出炉;
b. 片状蜂窝陶瓷的预处理:
水洗步骤a得到的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷板状试样后,用HNO3溶液浸泡20-30 h,之后用清水超声10-30 min后干燥;
c. 纳米氧化铝溶胶和La-Sr-Co-O催化剂的涂覆:
将步骤b所得板状试样浸入纳米氧化铝溶胶和La-Sr-Co-O前驱体溶液的混合液中,20-60min后取出, 用洗耳球吹除板状试样孔道残留的混合液,50-100℃下干燥10-15h,500-1000℃下焙烧3-8h,重复3-5次。
3.根据权利要求2所述的La-Sr-Co-O前驱体溶液由所述的1 mol/L La(NO3)3,1 mol/LSr(NO3)2,1 mol/L Co(NO3)2、1 mol/L柠檬酸溶液混合而成。
