本发明公开了一种实木移门的制作方法,从选材、面板pvc膜吸附、面板与门芯板改性、胶合到铝合金边框制作,提供了一整套科学合理的制作方法,本发明移门造型厚实、豪华、高贵,满足用户整体装饰效果和谐统一,且实木门具有良好的隔热性能,同时所提供的改性方法,显著提高实木的结构稳定性,延长本发明提供的产品的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及家具门板加工领域,特别涉及一种实木移门的制作方法。
背景技术
现如今,人民生活水平越来越高,环保意识越来越强,对木门的品质要求自然也就越来越高,而以精选的美丽的天然木材为原料加工制作的实木门,因为其清晰美观的木纹纹理,装饰效果上极强的整体感和厚实的造型成为了消费者们对居室门的首选产品,原木门最大的特点就是材质的天然与美观以及远低于国家甲醛释放标准的环保性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种实木移门的制作方法,所制作衣柜移门环保、美观、实用质量好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种实木移门的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据移门的具体需求选择合适的整段木材,主要是根据木材的材质,硬度,纹路,吸水度等因素来选择合适的材料;
(2)按移门设计尺寸锯裁面板和门芯板;门板通过吸膜机进行高温吸附PVC膜;将门芯板与面板的配合面在宽带砂光机上砂平正,砂带的粒度为40-80目;
(3)将门芯板正反面涂胶,涂胶量120-400g/m2,将两张面板压合于涂好胶的门芯板两面,压合时压力为5-15kg/cm2,环境温度15-25℃,压合时间为5-12小时;
(4)移门边框采用铝合金边框,利用冷压机包覆机对铝材进行PVC膜包覆;
(5)将胶合后的门板与铝合金边框拼装,并抛光、打磨,得实木移门。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,在步骤(3)胶合前,将门芯板与面板均置于浸渍液0.5-5h后加热至75-80℃并保热2-5h。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述浸渍液包括重量百分比为20-30%的环氧树脂、12-25%的酚醛树脂、5-8%ASA,40-60%糠醇,加热的过程为每小时升温5-8℃,保热后降温的过程为每小时降温5-15℃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明移门造型厚实、豪华、高贵,满足用户整体装饰效果和谐统一,且实木门具有良好的隔热性能,同时所提供的改性方法,显著提高实木的结构稳定性,延长本发明提供的产品的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种实木移门的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据移门的具体需求选择合适的整段木材,主要是根据木材的材质,硬度,纹路,吸水度等因素来选择合适的材料;
(2)按移门设计尺寸锯裁面板和门芯板;门板通过吸膜机进行高温吸附PVC膜;将门芯板与面板的配合面在宽带砂光机上砂平正,砂带的粒度为80目;
(3)将门芯板与面板均置于浸渍液2h后加热至75-80℃并保热2h;所述浸渍液包括重量百分比为25%的环氧树脂、20%的酚醛树脂、5%ASA,50%糠醇,加热的过程为每小时升温5-8℃,保热后降温的过程为每小时降温5-15℃;
(4)将门芯板正反面涂胶,涂胶量130g/m2,将两张面板压合于涂好胶的门芯板两面,压合时压力为12kg/cm2,环境温度15-25℃,压合时间为6小时;
(5)移门边框采用铝合金边框,利用冷压机包覆机对铝材进行PVC膜包覆;
(6)将胶合后的门板与铝合金边框拼装,并抛光、打磨,得实木移门。

Claims (3)

1.一种实木移门的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据移门的具体需求选择合适的整段木材,主要是根据木材的材质,硬度,纹路,吸水度等因素来选择合适的材料;
(2)按移门设计尺寸锯裁面板和门芯板;门板通过吸膜机进行高温吸附PVC膜;将门芯板与面板的配合面在宽带砂光机上砂平正,砂带的粒度为40-80目;
(3)将门芯板正反面涂胶,涂胶量120-400g/m2,将两张面板压合于涂好胶的门芯板两面,压合时压力为5-15kg/cm2,环境温度15-25℃,压合时间为5-12小时;
(4)移门边框采用铝合金边框,利用冷压机包覆机对铝材进行PVC膜包覆;
(5)将胶合后的门板与铝合金边框拼装,并抛光、打磨,得实木移门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实木移门的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)胶合前,将门芯板与面板均置于浸渍液0.5-5h后加热至75-80℃并保热2-5h。
3.根据权利要求2所述的实木移门的制作方法,其特征在于,所述浸渍液包括重量百分比为20-30%的环氧树脂、12-25%的酚醛树脂、5-8%ASA,40-60%糠醇,加热的过程为每小时升温5-8℃,保热后降温的过程为每小时降温5-15℃。
