Description

供成形室里的线材环分布器用的安装结构
本发明一般涉及线材轧机里的成形室,特别与安装转动的弧形导向件的改进有关,该导向件在线材环从控制冷却的输送机的输送端落下进入成形室时被用来分布线材环,以便将它们堆积成圆环形线材卷。
1993年12月28日授权的、专利号为5,273,231的美国专利公开了一种已知的、带有转动的弧形导向件的成形室。经验表明,导向件必须经常拆卸,或者是在与另一个不同形状的导向件互换以适应被盘卷的制品的型号和尺寸时,或者是在为从成形室里卸下卡住的线材卷时。在后一种情况下,最好垂直卸下导向件而没有任何附带的径向或横向的移动,因为卡住的线材卷可能阻挡这种径向或横向的移动。在任何情况下,迅速卸下和互换性都是非常需要的,且最好不需要使用工具或拆卸零件。此外,最好能现场调节导向件,以便将它适当地安装在它的支承结构上。常规的导向件安装结构不能达到这些要求。
按照本发明,在一接纳来自一输送机输送端的、沿一垂直路径落下的一系列线材环、并将接纳的线材环叠成圆环形线材卷的设备里,一装置水平地分布落入该设备的线材环,所述装置包括:一环绕着所述垂直路径的环形件,所述环形件具有一圆柱形的垂直壁和一径向向外延伸的水平边缘;一弧形导向件,它环绕着所述环形件的一部分延伸,并具有头端和尾端,所述导向件从所述环形件向内延伸进入所述垂直路径,而所述向内延伸的部分,尾端要比头端大;使所述导向件与所述环形件连接的安装装置,所述安装装置与所述水平边缘垂直地机械连接,并与所述垂直壁水平地邻接;所述导向件包括沿所述环形件间隔开的并可叠置在所述环形边缘上的诸托架,利用在所述托架和所述环形边缘之间垂直延伸的销钉使所述托架可拆卸地与所述环形边缘连接;以及可使所述环形件转动的装置。
本发明的优点是,该安装结构能使该导向件垂直移动地安装在或离开该环形件,且没有导向件附带的径向或横向移动。该安装结构允许通过简单调节整体上相关的螺纹零件来精确地固定导向件。这种安装结构还可以迅速地互换导向件,而不需要使用工具和拆卸导向件或邻近的相关零件。
下面将参考附图详细说明本发明的这些和其它的特征和优点。
图1是沿一成形室上部剖视的垂直剖视图,在该成形室上部安装着按照本发明的可转动的导向件;
图2是部分显示环形件和弧形导向件的平面图;
图3是环形件和弧形导向件的纵剖视图;以及
图4是图3所示装置的一部分的放大图。
首先参看图1,一线材卷成形室用标号10标示。该线材卷成形室被安装成可接受一系列来自输送机12输送端的、沿垂直路径P落下的线材环L。通常,该线材环是钢线材,它们已经热轧并已置于输送机12上,以便在非同心重叠的情况下控制其冷却。
成形室10有一个与设置在中心的心轴16配合工作、以便将落下的线材环L收拢成圆环形线材卷的、圆柱形的外壁14。一水平放置的环形件18环绕着垂直路径P。通过参看图2和4可看到,环形件18包括一圆柱形的垂直壁18a和一径向向外延伸的环形边缘18b。边缘18b在标号20处与圆形支承22的外环22a固定。支承22的内环22b与沿腔室壁14向外延伸的搁架24固定。
外支承环22a具有与由电动机30驱动的小齿轮28啮合的轮齿26。这样,电动机作为可转动地驱动环形件18的装置。
一弧形导向件32环绕着环形件18的一部分延伸。该导向件具有头端32a和尾端32b,并自环形件18向内进入线材环落入成形室的垂直路径。从图2中可看到,导向件32向内突出的延伸部分,尾端32b要比头端32a大。
导向件32上安装着若干向外突出的托架34,它们被安装在圆柱形壁18a的槽口36内,并重叠在环形边缘18b上。通过点焊40将销钉38固定在托架34上。销钉38垂直向下穿过环形边缘18b上的孔。
从图4中可看到,导向件32相对圆柱形壁18a呈α角度向内延伸,由此,在它们之间形成一楔形空腔。导向件包括安装在楔形空腔里的、在托架34下面的楔形填块44。定位螺钉46旋入导向件并抵顶着圆柱形壁18a。
由此可见,销钉38和定位螺钉46构成安装装置,使导向件32可与环形件18双向连接。这就是说,销钉38以平行于线材环落下路径P的垂直方向安装在环形边缘18b内,而定位螺钉46以垂直于路径P的方向抵顶着壁18a。
从图3中的点划线可看到,这种安装结构允许导向件垂直向上离开成形室,而不需要使用工具,并且不必拆卸导向件或其它相关零件。这样,就可以快速将一个导向件换成另一个导向件,以容纳不同的型号和尺寸的产品。此外,即使线材卷在成形室内被卡住,也可通过将导向件从腔室里垂直拔出而使其滑动经过相邻的线材环部分。
通过现场调节定位螺钉46可改变导向件32的环形配置,由此可使导向件相对其支承结构有一个精确的位置。作为一种选择,可使用附加的螺纹紧固件48,以便将导向件32可拆卸地固定在圆柱形壁18a上。

Claims (6)

1.在一接纳来自一输送机输送端的、沿一垂直路径落下的一系列线材环、并将接纳的线材环叠成圆环形线材卷的设备里,一装置水平地分布落入该设备的线材环,所述装置包括:
一环绕着所述垂直路径的环形件,所述环形件具有一圆柱形的垂直壁和一径向向外延伸的水平边缘;
一弧形导向件,它环绕着所述环形件的一部分延伸,并具有头端和尾端,所述导向件从所述环形件向内延伸进入所述垂直路径,而所述向内延伸的部分,尾端要比头端大;
使所述导向件与所述环形件连接的安装装置,所述安装装置与所述水平边缘垂直地机械连接,并与所述垂直壁水平地邻接;所述导向件包括沿所述环形件间隔开的并可叠置在所述环形边缘上的诸托架,利用在所述托架和所述环形边缘之间垂直延伸的销钉使所述托架可拆卸地与所述环形边缘连接;以及
可使所述环形件转动的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述导向件悬置在所述环形件上,其中,所述安装装置包括可与所述垂直壁结合以调节所述导向件相对所述环形件位置的调节装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述销钉与所述托架固定连接而与所述边缘上的孔可拆卸地连接。
4.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调节装置包括螺纹通过所述导向件并抵顶所述圆柱形壁的定位螺钉。
5.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述安装装置还包括可释放地将所述导向件连接于所述圆柱形壁的螺钉。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述导向件成角度地从所述圆柱形壁向内延伸并在它们之间形成一楔形空间,其中,在所述圆柱形壁和所述导向件之间的所述托架下面安装着楔形填块。
