本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种增强体质提高免疫力的保健配方,其组成原料的重量份为:葛根20~30份、决明子10~20份、山楂80~120份、维生素B32~5份和牛磺酸7~15份。
制备本发明增强体质提高免疫力的保健配方优选重量比的原料的重量配比:葛根20份、决明子10份、山楂80份、维生素B32份和牛磺酸7份。
制备本发明增强体质提高免疫力的保健配方优选重量比的原料的重量配比:葛根30份、决明子20份、山楂120份、维生素B35份和牛磺酸15份。
制备本发明增强体质提高免疫力的保健配方最佳重量比的原料的重量配比:葛根25份、决明子15份、山楂100份、维生素B33份和牛磺酸10份。
上述各组份的增强体质提高免疫力的保健配方的制备方法,由以下步骤构成:
a、按配方比例称量取各组分原料;
b、将葛根、决明子和山楂一起加水蒸煮至熟透,然后取出进行负压真空低温干燥;
c、将干燥的葛根、决明子和山楂超微破壁,过200至600目筛;
d、取维生素片和牛磺酸片进行混合研磨,得到维生素和牛磺酸的混合粉末;
e、将步骤c和步骤d得到的原料粉末充分混合后,冷冻干燥,装罐储存,即得产品。
其中,所述步骤b中将葛根、决明子和山楂煮过的滤液冷却,然后加入步骤d中的维生素和牛磺酸的混合粉末溶解,得到液体产品,其液体产品使用方法与粉末产品一样。

葛根:甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
决明子:味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;决明子润肠通便,降脂明目,治疗便秘及高血脂,高血压。清肝明目,利水通便,有缓泻作用,降血压降血脂。
山楂:味酸、甘,性微温。归脾、胃、肝经。开胃消食、化滞消积、活血散瘀、化痰行气。用于肉食滞积、症瘕积聚、腹胀痞满、瘀阻腹痛、痰饮、泄泻、肠风下血等。

牛磺酸:牛磺酸(Taurine)又称β-氨基乙磺酸,最早由牛黄中分离出来,故得名。纯品为无色或白色斜状晶体,无臭,牛磺酸化学性质稳定,不溶于乙醚等有机溶剂,是一种含硫的非蛋白氨基酸,在体内以游离状态存在,不参与体内蛋白的生物合成;其药物作用有:强肝利胆作用;解热与抗炎作用;降压作用;强心和抗心律失常作用;降血糖作用;牛磺酸有松弛骨骼肌和拮抗肌强直的作用。
用量及用法:将其产品冲水服用,每日一剂,分早、晚两次服用,三周为一疗程,一般2-3个疗程即可达到增强体质提高免疫力的效果。
本发明的使用分析:上述保健食品经试用,使用者486人,其中20~35岁的178人,35~50岁的152人,50~65岁的156人,效果如下表:

其制备方法如下:
a、按配方比例称量取各组分原料;
b、将葛根、决明子和山楂一起加水蒸煮至熟透,然后取出进行负压真空低温干燥;
c、将干燥的葛根、决明子和山楂超微破壁,过200至600目筛;
d、取维生素片和牛磺酸片进行混合研磨,得到维生素和牛磺酸的混合粉末;
e、将步骤c和步骤d得到的原料粉末充分混合后,冷冻干燥,装罐储存,即得产品1。
用量及用法:将其产品1冲水服用,每日一剂,分早、晚两次服用,三周为一疗程,服用三个疗程。
实施例2

a、按配方比例称量取各组分原料;

c、将干燥的葛根、决明子和山楂超微破壁,过200至600目筛;
d、取维生素片和牛磺酸片进行混合研磨,得到维生素和牛磺酸的混合粉末;
e、将步骤c和步骤d得到的原料粉末充分混合后,冷冻干燥,装罐储存,即得产品2。

实施例3

其中,上述三个实施例中的步骤b中将葛根、决明子和山楂煮过的滤液冷却,然后加入步骤d中的维生素和牛磺酸的混合粉末溶解,得到液体产品,其液体产品使用方法与粉末产品一样。
用量及用法:将其产品3冲水服用,每日一剂,分早、晚两次服用,三周为一疗程,服用三个疗程。
结合上述实施例1、实施例2和实施例3分别所得的产品1、产品2和产品3进行试验对比,得出采用实施例2制得的产品2效果显著,免疫力低下人群恢复最快,适合市场推广运用。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强体质提高免疫力的保健配方,其特征在于,其组成原料的重量份为:葛根25份、决明子15份、山楂100份、维生素B33份和牛磺酸10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强体质提高免疫力的保健配方,其特征在于,其组成原料的重量份为:葛根30份、决明子20份、山楂120份、维生素B35份和牛磺酸15份。
5.一种增强体质提高免疫力的保健配方的制备方法,由以下步骤构成:
a、按配方比例称量取各组分原料;
b、将葛根、决明子和山楂一起加水蒸煮至熟透,然后取出进行负压真空低温干燥;
c、将干燥的葛根、决明子和山楂超微破壁,过200至600目筛;
d、取维生素片和牛磺酸片进行混合研磨,得到维生素和牛磺酸的混合粉末;
e、将步骤c和步骤d得到的原料粉末充分混合后,冷冻干燥,装罐储存,即得产品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种增强体质提高免疫力的保健配方的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中将葛根、决明子和山楂煮过的滤液冷却,然后加入步骤d中的维生素和牛磺酸的混合粉末溶解,得到液体产品。
