目前市场上饮料的配方比例大多不合理,无法满足一些特殊人群的需求,比如在众多的饮料中,大都使用白砂糖,致使一些患有糖尿病的患者不能喝;随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对健康绿色食品的要求越来越高,从而使得具有保健功能的饮料供不应求。灵芝含有丰富的对人体具有有益作用的活性物质,如灵芝酸、灵芝多糖、蛋白质、多肽类、生物碱、挥发油、微量元素等,有助于增强人体免疫力、控制血糖、调节血糖、改善睡眠、延缓衰老、美白等作用;罗汉果味甘甜,具有清热润肺,止咳,利咽,滑肠通便之功效。CN103704832B公开了一种以灵芝和平菇为原料的饮料,所述的每500重量份的饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:灵芝18-25、平菇15-20、扁豆11-12、红豆12-14、胡萝卜10-13、柠檬8-10、杨桃7-9、干菊花6-8、陈皮2-3、桂枝1-2、葡萄糖5-7、果糖10-12、罗汉果10-11、助剂4-5;余量水;长期饮用可以达到健脾和美容的功效,但原料种类繁多且功能有限。对于灵芝苏打饮料的研究开发亦鲜有文献报道。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种灵芝苏打饮料及其制备方法,得到的饮料集结了灵芝、罗汉果、罗汉果花、柠檬之精华,不仅气味芳香,口感清爽,而且含有多种对人体有益的成分,具有改善人体酸碱平衡、消除疲劳、缓解消化不良和便秘症状、中和胃酸、强化胃肠吸收、健胃、促尿酸排泄、美容养颜、润肠通便之功效。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种灵芝苏打饮料,其特征在于,每300重量份灵芝苏打饮料包括以下重量份的原料:灵芝10-30、罗汉果5-20、罗汉果花2-10、柠檬2-10、食用苏打1-6,余量为水。
优选为灵芝15-25、罗汉果10-15、罗汉果花5-8、柠檬5-8、食用苏打2-4,余量为水。
所述苏打为小苏打或大苏打。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)浸提:将灵芝浸入30-50℃热水中,加食用苏打,并缓慢搅拌,浸提温度为80-100℃,浸提时间为2-3h,然后热过滤,得到的滤液即为灵芝浸提液;将罗汉果浸入30-50℃热水中,并缓慢搅拌,浸提温度为80-100℃,浸提时间为1-2h;然后热过滤,滤液即为罗汉果浸提液;
将罗汉果花、柠檬浸入30-50℃热水中,并缓慢搅拌,浸提温度为80-100℃,浸提时间为5-30min;然后热过滤,滤液即为罗汉果花、柠檬浸提液;
(2)调配:按上述配比将灵芝提取液、罗汉果提取液、罗汉果花、柠檬浸提液按先后顺序混合,用水定容并搅拌均匀;
(3)灭菌、灌装:调配好后尽快进行高温灭菌,然后灌装、封口得到目标产物;其中灭菌温度为120-140℃,灭菌时间为5-8秒钟。
所述过滤为经硅藻土过滤器过滤以除去其中杂质及不溶物。
本发明中灵芝为核心成分,具有多方面的有益作用;罗汉果提取物味甘甜,是可用于糖尿病人群的甜味物质,同时具有清热润肺,滑肠通便之功效;罗汉果花清香入沁,具有清热解毒、化痰止咳、清肝润肺、调压降脂、养颜美容之功效。柠檬富含维生素C、糖类和钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸、奎宁酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、橙皮苷、柚皮苷、香豆精、高量钾元素和低量钠元素等微量元素,对人体十分有益。苏打水兼具作为溶剂浸提灵芝有效成分和作为助剂改善饮料的口味且作为功能成分强身健体的作用,不仅可以提高灵芝有效成分的浸出率,还可作为助剂改善饮料的口味,此外还具有改善人体酸碱平衡、消除疲劳、强化胃肠吸收、健胃、促尿酸排泄等作用。且以上因素协同作用形成了对灵芝功效的补充和加强。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明得到的饮料集结了灵芝、罗汉果、罗汉果花、柠檬之精华,且组分间协同作用,不仅气味芳香,口感清爽,而且含有多种对人体有益的成分,具有改善人体酸碱平衡、消除疲劳、缓解消化不良和便秘症状、中和胃酸、强化胃肠吸收、健胃、促尿酸排泄、美容养颜、润肠通便之功效。
2、本发明制备方法简单,易于推广,为灵芝的开发利用开辟了新途径,同时提升了苏打水的附加值;苏打水兼具作为溶剂浸提灵芝有效成分和作为助剂改善饮料的口味且作为功能成分强身健体的作用,不仅可以提高灵芝有效成分的浸出率,还可作为助剂改善饮料的口味,此外还具有改善人体酸碱平衡、消除疲劳、强化胃肠吸收、健胃、促尿酸排泄等作用。
具体实施方式:
以下是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
每300重量份灵芝苏打饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:灵芝10、罗汉果5、罗汉果花2、柠檬2、食用大苏打1,余量为水。
所述的灵芝苏打水的制备方法,其特征在于包括下列步骤:
(1)浸提:
将灵芝浸入30-50℃热水中,加食用大苏打,并缓慢搅拌,浸提温度为100℃,浸提时间为2h。然后经硅藻土过滤器热过滤,滤液即为灵芝浸提液。将罗汉果浸入30-50℃热水中,并缓慢搅拌,浸提温度为100℃,浸提时间为1h。然后热过滤,滤液即为罗汉果浸提液。
将罗汉果花、柠檬浸入30-50℃热水中,并缓慢搅拌,浸提温度为100℃,浸提时间为5min。然后热过滤,滤液即为罗汉果花、柠檬浸提液。
(2)调配:
按上述配比将灵芝提取液、罗汉果提取液、罗汉果花、柠檬浸提液按先后顺序混合,用水定容并搅拌均匀。
(3)灭菌、灌装:
调配好后尽快进行高温灭菌,灭菌温度为140℃,时间为5秒,然后灌装、封口得到目标产物。
实施例2
每300重量份灵芝苏打饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:灵芝15、罗汉果8、罗汉果花5、柠檬6、食用大苏打3,余量为水。

实施例3
每300重量份灵芝苏打饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:灵芝20、罗汉果18、罗汉果花8、柠檬8、食用小苏打5,余量为水。
灵芝苏打饮料制备方法参考实施例1,不同之处在于以下:
1、步骤(1)浸提:将灵芝浸入热水中,加食用小苏打,并缓慢搅拌,浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间为3h。罗汉果浸入热水中,并缓慢搅拌,浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间为2h;将罗汉果花、柠檬浸入热水中,并缓慢搅拌,浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间为30min。
2、步骤(3)灭菌温度为120℃,灭菌时间为8秒钟。
实施例4
每300重量份灵芝苏打饮料由下列重量份的原料制成:灵芝30、罗汉果20、罗汉果花10、柠檬9、食用小苏打6,余量为水。

1.一种灵芝苏打饮料,其特征在于,每300重量份灵芝苏打饮料包括以下重量份的原料:灵芝10-30、罗汉果5-20、罗汉果花2-10、柠檬2-10、食用苏打1-6,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灵芝苏打饮料,其特征在于,每300重量份灵芝苏打饮料包括以下重量份的原料:灵芝15-25、罗汉果10-15、罗汉果花5-8、柠檬5-8、食用苏打2-4,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的灵芝苏打饮料,其特征在于,所述苏打为小苏打或大苏打。
4.权利要求1或2所述的灵芝苏打饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)浸提:将灵芝浸入30-50℃热水中,加食用苏打,并搅拌,浸提温度为80-100℃,浸提时间为2-3h,然后热过滤,得到的滤液即为灵芝浸提液;将罗汉果浸入30-50℃热水中,并搅拌,浸提温度为80-100℃,浸提时间为1-2h;然后热过滤,滤液即为罗汉果浸提液;将罗汉果花、柠檬浸入30-50℃热水中,并搅拌,浸提温度为80-100℃,浸提时间为5-30min;然后热过滤,滤液即为罗汉果花、柠檬浸提液;
(2)调配:按上述配比将灵芝提取液、罗汉果提取液、罗汉果花、柠檬浸提液按先后顺序混合,用水定容并搅拌均匀;
(3)灭菌、灌装:调配好后进行高温灭菌,然后灌装、封口得到目标产物;其中灭菌温度为120-140℃,灭菌时间为5-8秒钟。
5.根据权利要求4所述的灵芝苏打饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述过滤为经硅藻土过滤器过滤。
6.根据权利要求4所述的灵芝苏打饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述苏打为小苏打或大苏打。
