Abstract
本发明公开一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将编织成型的麻绳,加入至沸水中,继续煮沸处理20‑30min后,取出,加入至改性液中,浸泡处理4‑5小时后,取出;(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的麻绳表面喷洒氨水,10‑15min后,将经过步骤(2)处理的麻绳加入至清香剂中,浸泡处理5‑6小时后,取出,放入烘箱中烘干后,制得成品。本发明提供的一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的麻绳,具有一定的清香味,并且清香味保持的时间较久,极大地提升了麻绳的装饰价值。

技术领域
本发明属于麻绳制备技术领域,具体涉及一种清香味麻绳的制备方法。
背景技术
麻是草本植物。因中麻、亚麻、罗布麻的纤维胞壁不木质化,其纤维粗细长短同棉相似,可作为比较柔软的绳带类产品的原料。人们的日常生活中,麻绳不仅能作为一种捆绑工具使用,其还具有一定的装饰价值,但是现有技术的麻绳,在存放的过程中,会散发出一些异味,严重的影响了麻绳的装饰价值。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种清香味麻绳的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的麻绳,加入至沸水中,继续煮沸处理20-30min后,取出,加入至改性液中,浸泡处理4-5小时后,取出,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:2R酸17-25份、枸橼酸10-16份、水350-400份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的麻绳表面喷洒氨水,10-15min后,将经过步骤(2)处理的麻绳加入至清香剂中,浸泡处理5-6小时后,取出,放入烘箱中烘干后,制得成品,其中清香剂由以下重量份的组分制成:邻甲氧基肉桂酸18-22份、聚乙醇胺14-18份、植酸钠10-13份、乙醇550-600份。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,上述步骤(2)中,氨水的质量分数7-10%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乙醇的质量分数为75-80%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘箱烘干的温度为45-50℃。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的麻绳,具有一定的清香味,并且清香味保持的时间较久,极大地提升了麻绳的装饰价值。其中,步骤(1)中的改性液,可有效的提升麻绳表面活性基团的数目,提升麻绳的表面能,进而加强了清香剂在麻绳表面的附着力和清香剂的渗透效果,同时本发明提供的改性液,还具有防止发生发生变色的效果;本发明通过向麻绳表面喷洒氨水,可以中和多余的改性液;本发明提供的清香剂,聚乙醇胺和植酸钠协同作用后,可有效的提升邻甲氧基肉桂酸与麻绳内部的纤维素大分子的结合力,避免了邻甲氧基肉桂在麻绳内发生挥发的现象,极大地提升了麻绳清香味的持久性。

实施例1
一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的麻绳,加入至沸水中,继续煮沸处理20min后,取出,加入至改性液中,浸泡处理4小时后,取出,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:2R酸17份、枸橼酸10份、水350份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的麻绳表面喷洒氨水,10min后,将经过步骤(2)处理的麻绳加入至清香剂中,浸泡处理5小时后,取出,放入烘箱中烘干后,制得成品,其中清香剂由以下重量份的组分制成:邻甲氧基肉桂酸18份、聚乙醇胺14份、植酸钠10份、乙醇550份。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,上述步骤(2)中,氨水的质量分数7%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乙醇的质量分数为75%。

一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的麻绳,加入至沸水中,继续煮沸处理25min后,取出,加入至改性液中,浸泡处理4.5小时后,取出,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:2R酸22份、枸橼酸14份、水380份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的麻绳表面喷洒氨水,13min后,将经过步骤(2)处理的麻绳加入至清香剂中,浸泡处理5.5小时后,取出,放入烘箱中烘干后,制得成品,其中清香剂由以下重量份的组分制成:邻甲氧基肉桂酸20份、聚乙醇胺16份、植酸钠12份、乙醇580份。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,上述步骤(2)中,氨水的质量分数8%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乙醇的质量分数为78%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘箱烘干的温度为48℃。
本实施例中,制得的麻绳,清香味保持的时间长达17个月。
实施例3
一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的麻绳,加入至沸水中,继续煮沸处理30min后,取出,加入至改性液中,浸泡处理5小时后,取出,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:2R酸25份、枸橼酸16份、水400份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的麻绳表面喷洒氨水,15min后,将经过步骤(2)处理的麻绳加入至清香剂中,浸泡处理6小时后,取出,放入烘箱中烘干后,制得成品,其中清香剂由以下重量份的组分制成:邻甲氧基肉桂酸22份、聚乙醇胺18份、植酸钠13份、乙醇600份。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,上述步骤(2)中,氨水的质量分数10%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乙醇的质量分数为80%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘箱烘干的温度为50℃。
本实施例中,制得的麻绳,清香味保持的时间长达18个月。

1.一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的麻绳,加入至沸水中,继续煮沸处理20-30min后,取出,加入至改性液中,浸泡处理4-5小时后,取出,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:2R酸17-25份、枸橼酸10-16份、水350-400份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的麻绳表面喷洒氨水,10-15min后,将经过步骤(2)处理的麻绳加入至清香剂中,浸泡处理5-6小时后,取出,放入烘箱中烘干后,制得成品,其中清香剂由以下重量份的组分制成:邻甲氧基肉桂酸18-22份、聚乙醇胺14-18份、植酸钠10-13份、乙醇550-600份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,上述步骤(2)中,氨水的质量分数7-10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,乙醇的质量分数为75-80%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清香味麻绳的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,烘箱烘干的温度为45-50℃。
