技术领域
本发明属于服装面料技术领域,具体涉及一种服装面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
羊毛织物由于其优良的特性如手感柔软、良好的保暖性、光泽柔和等受到很多消费者的欢迎,国际上对可机洗、可转筒烘干、少熨烫和抗褶皱的产品称为易护理产品,作为易护理羊毛服装,首先要解决的是织物在机洗过程中的毡缩现象;其次,要求烘干后织物表面平整,而且对于一些服装固有的褶桐(如裤缝、袖口等)要具有一定的耐洗保形性能,这些新的要求给羊毛织物的现代化加工提出了新的要求,而纯羊毛和高比例羊毛混纺或交织服装的褶桐稳定性一直是难以解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种工艺简单、稳定性好、颜色变化小的服装面料的整理工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:一种服装面料的整理工艺,所述的整理工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤1:防缩处理,将布样放置在溶剂型硅酮树脂的溶液中进行浸泡处理;
步骤2:喷高分子树脂,在浸泡处理过的布样表面喷涂高分子树脂整理剂,其中高分子树脂整理剂的带液量为60%,高分子树脂浓度为60g/L;
步骤3:高温压烫,将步骤2得到的布样采用热板压烫机进行高温压烫,其中压烫温度为180℃,压烫时间为3min;
步骤4:高温烘培,将步骤3得到的布样放置在高温环境中进行烘培,其中烘培温度为100—180℃,烘培时间为2min;
步骤5:冷却收集,将步骤4得到的布样放置在常温常压下进行自然冷却,待布样的温度冷却至常温时进行收集备用。
本发明的有益效果:采用本工艺在防缩处理后的织物的断裂强度以及断裂延伸度都有所提高,在树脂整理中,由于高分子树脂包覆纤维在表面成膜,因此断裂强力和断裂延伸度增加了;很高的起到了羊毛混纺或交织服装的褶桐稳定性,而且处理后织物的颜色变化很小,本发明具有工艺简单、稳定性好、颜色变化小的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种服装面料的整理工艺,所述的整理工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤1:防缩处理,将布样放置在溶剂型硅酮树脂的溶液中进行浸泡处理;
步骤2:喷高分子树脂,在浸泡处理过的布样表面喷涂高分子树脂整理剂,其中高分子树脂整理剂的带液量为60%,高分子树脂浓度为60g/L;
步骤3:高温压烫,将步骤2得到的布样采用热板压烫机进行高温压烫,其中压烫温度为180℃,压烫时间为3min;
步骤4:高温烘培,将步骤3得到的布样放置在高温环境中进行烘培,其中烘培温度为100—180℃,烘培时间为2min;
步骤5:冷却收集,将步骤4得到的布样放置在常温常压下进行自然冷却,待布样的温度冷却至常温时进行收集备用。
采用本工艺在防缩处理后的织物的断裂强度以及断裂延伸度都有所提高,在树脂整理中,由于高分子树脂包覆纤维在表面成膜,因此断裂强力和断裂延伸度增加了;而且处理后织物的颜色变化很小,本发明具有工艺简单、稳定性好、颜色变化小的优点。

1.一种服装面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述的整理工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤1:防缩处理,将布样放置在溶剂型硅酮树脂的溶液中进行浸泡处理;
步骤2:喷高分子树脂,在浸泡处理过的布样表面喷涂高分子树脂整理剂,其中高分子树脂整理剂的带液量为60%,高分子树脂浓度为60g/L;
步骤3:高温压烫,将步骤2得到的布样采用热板压烫机进行高温压烫,其中压烫温度为180℃,压烫时间为3min;
步骤4:高温烘培,将步骤3得到的布样放置在高温环境中进行烘培,其中烘培温度为100—180℃,烘培时间为2min;
步骤5:冷却收集,将步骤4得到的布样放置在常温常压下进行自然冷却,待布样的温度冷却至常温时进行收集备用。
