本发明涉及材料领域,具体涉及一种耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料。
背景技术
水性陶瓷涂料是一个完全不含有机溶剂的环保型涂料,是完全具备绿色环保的高性能创新涂料,而且具有优越的耐磨防水性、耐含盐的水域、耐油性、耐溶剂型,耐高温、耐盐雾性、抗静电、耐污染、防毒性、更具备任何有机产品不可能实现的阻燃性、抗辐射性、自修复性、抗冲击性等质量含量的特别性能。陶瓷涂料本身硬度高,性较差,在使用过程中,容易被碰撞、冲击、引起附着力变差、裂或者脱落,无法满足高档器材的高耐磨、耐高温、耐水煮和耐腐蚀性的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于高档陶瓷产品的水性耐高温耐磨涂料。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料,由以下质量配比的原料制备:丙烯酸树脂乳液50-100份、硅-氟改性苯丙树脂22-26份、纳米二硅化钼5-10份、陶瓷骨料5-10份、云母粉5-10份、乙酸丁酯5-8份、异丁醇5-15份、增稠剂1-2份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份、流平剂0.15-0.3份。
优选的,由以下质量配比的原料制备:丙烯酸树脂乳液58-86份、硅-氟改性苯丙树脂22-26份、纳米二硅化钼5-10份、陶瓷骨料5-8份、云母粉5-8份、乙酸丁酯5-8份、异丁醇5-10份、增稠剂1-2份、消泡剂0.2-0.4份、流平剂0.15-0.2份。
优选的,由以下质量配比的原料制备:丙烯酸树脂乳液65-75份、硅-氟改性苯丙树脂22-26份、纳米二硅化钼5-10份、陶瓷骨料5-6份、云母粉5-7份、乙酸丁酯5-8份、异丁醇5-12份、增稠剂1-2份、消泡剂0.2-0.3份、流平剂0.15-0.2份。
进一步优选的,所述述增稠剂为气相二氧化硅。
进一步优选的,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
进一步优选的,所述流平剂为聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明的涂料具有良好的耐高温、耐磨性能,添加了纳米级别的二硅化钼,进一步提高耐高温新能,且具有良好抗氧化效果,使涂层不易产生裂纹和粉化,解决现有二硅化钼涂料易断裂和疏松问题。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1 由以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料:丙烯酸树脂乳液100份、硅-氟改性苯丙树脂26份、纳米二硅化钼10份、陶瓷骨料10份、云母粉10份、乙酸丁酯8份、异丁醇10份、增稠剂(气相二氧化硅)2份、消泡剂(有机硅消泡剂)0.3份、流平剂(聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷)0.3份。
实施例2由以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料:丙烯酸树脂乳液60份、硅-氟改性苯丙树脂24份、纳米二硅化钼5份、陶瓷骨料8份、云母粉5份、乙酸丁酯5份、异丁醇5-10份、增稠剂(气相二氧化硅)1份、消泡剂(有机硅消泡剂)0.4份、流平剂(聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷)0.15份。
实施例3由以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料:丙烯酸树脂乳液75份、硅-氟改性苯丙树脂25份、纳米二硅化钼8份、陶瓷骨料5份、云母粉7份、乙酸丁酯8份、异丁醇5-12份、增稠剂(气相二氧化硅)2份、消泡剂(有机硅消泡剂)0.2份、流平剂(聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷)0.2份。

1.一种耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,由以下质量配比的原料制备:丙烯酸树脂乳液50-100份、硅-氟改性苯丙树脂22-26份、纳米二硅化钼5-10份、陶瓷骨料5-10份、云母粉5-10份、乙酸丁酯5-8份、异丁醇5-15份、增稠剂1-2份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份、流平剂0.15-0.3份。
2.据权利要求1所述的耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,由以下质量配比的原料制备:丙烯酸树脂乳液58-86份、硅-氟改性苯丙树脂22-26份、纳米二硅化钼5-10份、陶瓷骨料5-8份、云母粉5-8份、乙酸丁酯5-8份、异丁醇5-10份、增稠剂1-2份、消泡剂0.2-0.4份、流平剂0.15-0.2份。
3.据权利要求1所述的耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,由以下质量配比的原料制备:丙烯酸树脂乳液65-75份、硅-氟改性苯丙树脂22-26份、纳米二硅化钼5-10份、陶瓷骨料5-6份、云母粉5-7份、乙酸丁酯5-8份、异丁醇5-12份、增稠剂1-2份、消泡剂0.2-0.3份、流平剂0.15-0.2份。
4.据权利要求1-3任一项所述的耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,所述述增稠剂为气相二氧化硅。
5.据权利要求1-3任一项所述的耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
6.据权利要求1-3任一项所述的耐高温耐磨水性陶瓷涂料,其特征在于所述流平剂为聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
