Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑外墙专用保温涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂40‑60份、珍珠岩5‑12份、陶瓷微粒3‑8份、软木木棉6‑10份、竹炭纤维8‑12份、钛白粉1‑5份、颜料2‑5份、乙二醇1‑3份、增稠剂1‑4份、消泡剂2‑3份、成膜助剂1‑6份和去离子水14‑18份。本发明制备得到的保温涂料,通过加入珍珠岩、陶瓷微粒、软木木棉、竹炭纤维、钛白粉等原材料成分,使得本发明制备得到的涂料保温性能较好,将本涂料涂覆在建筑墙面后在寒冷冬天室内也不会觉得寒冷,保温效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,具体说是一种建筑外墙专用保温涂料。
背景技术
涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。涂料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。现有建筑墙面上通常涂有涂料,主要目的是为了防止墙面腐蚀、渗水和保温,因此建筑墙面所用涂料必须具有良好的保温性能,但是现有涂料的保温性能较差,在寒冷天气经常会出现建筑房内感觉寒冷的状况。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种建筑外墙专用保温涂料,通过加入珍珠岩、陶瓷微粒、软木木棉、竹炭纤维、钛白粉等原材料成分,使得本发明制备得到的涂料保温性能较好,将本涂料涂覆在建筑墙面后在寒冷冬天室内也不会觉得寒冷,保温效果好。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种建筑外墙专用保温涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂40-60份、珍珠岩5-12份、陶瓷微粒3-8份、软木木棉6-10份、竹炭纤维8-12份、钛白粉1-5份、颜料2-5份、乙二醇1-3份、增稠剂1-4份、消泡剂2-3份、成膜助剂1-6份和去离子水14-18份。

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:相比现有技术,本发明制备得到的保温涂料,通过加入珍珠岩、陶瓷微粒、软木木棉、竹炭纤维、钛白粉等原材料成分,使得本发明制备得到的涂料保温性能较好,将本涂料涂覆在建筑墙面后在寒冷冬天室内也不会觉得寒冷,保温效果好。

实施例一:
一种建筑外墙专用保温涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂40份、珍珠岩5份、陶瓷微粒3份、软木木棉6份、竹炭纤维8份、钛白粉1份、颜料2份、乙二醇1份、增稠剂1份、消泡剂2份、成膜助剂1份和去离子水14份。
所述增稠剂为钠基膨润土。
所述消泡剂为乳化硅油。
实施例二:
一种建筑外墙专用保温涂料,该涂料由以下最佳重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂50份、珍珠岩8份、陶瓷微粒5份、软木木棉8份、竹炭纤维10份、钛白粉3份、颜料3份、乙二醇2份、增稠剂2份、消泡剂2份、成膜助剂4份和去离子水16份。
所述增稠剂为硅藻土。
所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚。
实施例三:
一种建筑外墙专用保温涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂60份、珍珠岩12份、陶瓷微粒8份、软木木棉10份、竹炭纤维12份、钛白粉5份、颜料5份、乙二醇3份、增稠剂4份、消泡剂3份、成膜助剂6份和去离子水18份。
所述增稠剂为海藻酸钠。
所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
通过实施一、实施二和实施三各成分制备得到的保温涂料,相比普通涂料,本发明制备得到的保温涂料,通过加入珍珠岩、陶瓷微粒、软木木棉、竹炭纤维、钛白粉等原材料成分,使得本发明制备得到的涂料保温性能较好,将本涂料涂覆在建筑墙面后在寒冷冬天室内也不会觉得寒冷,保温效果好。
