本发明涉及化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种化工涂料。
背景技术
目前,市场上出售的化工涂料有很多品种,其组成大多是由基料、助剂和填料构成,由于市场上出售的内墙涂料多数含甲醛及苯超标,具有一种刺激性气味对人体有毒有害,涂在室内墙壁上会大大影响人们的身心健康,且固化时间较长,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种化工涂料,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种化工涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:环氧树脂12-18份、硅藻土5-10份、膨润土5-10份、甘油3-8份、石英粉5-10份、颜填料15-20份、荧光增白剂1-3份、消泡剂2-3份、钛白粉5-10份、聚乙烯醇3-5份、石棉纤维3-8份、纯净水60-100份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明化工涂料,抗腐蚀、抗老化、抗紫外线、耐高低温;涂料快速固化,固化时间少,且污染少。

一种化工涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:环氧树脂15份、硅藻土10份、膨润土10份、甘油5份、石英粉8份、颜填料20份、荧光增白剂2份、消 泡剂3份、钛白粉5份、聚乙烯醇3份、石棉纤维5份、纯净水100份。
本发明化工涂料,抗腐蚀、抗老化、抗紫外线、耐高低温;涂料快速固化,固化时间少,且污染少。
