本发明公开一种热反射内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂30~40份、聚丙烯酰胺15~25份、实心陶瓷微珠10~20份、实心玻璃微珠5~15份、纳米填料1~10份、偶联剂3~8份、润湿剂2~7份、增稠剂1~5份、消泡剂3~9份、防沉剂1~8份。本发明制备的热反射内墙涂料,使用实心陶瓷微珠和实心玻璃微珠为填充物,具有隔热反射功能,因此具有降温和保温的功效。涂层具有弹性好、对基层变形适应力强、隔热效果优、耐沾污等特点,适用于住宅、宾馆的内墙装饰工程领域。

一种热反射内墙涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及内墙涂料领域,尤其涉及一种热反射内墙涂料。
背景技术
目前,我国建筑能耗占能源总消耗的1/3左右,建筑单位面积能耗发达国家的2倍~3倍。因此发展低能耗、保温隔热性能好的新型材料成为主流趋势,巨大的建筑节能市场将带动建筑节能产业进行新的发展。
而在建筑节能的方面,墙体节能则是一项非常重要的措施。因为墙体是建筑结构中的主体,其所用材料的保温性将能直接的影响到建筑本身的耗热量。反射隔热墙体涂料具有装饰和隔热的双重功能,由于其能够显著的降低热能的损失,因而该类涂料已开始广泛用于屋面和墙面的反射隔热。
但是目前反射隔热墙体涂料经常使用的填充物为空心微珠,其机械性质容易脆化及涂料覆盖率不佳,同时空心微珠的隔热效果差,达不到某些场合的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种降温和保温作用好、耐沾污的热反射内墙涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种热反射内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂30~40份、聚丙烯酰胺15~25份、实心陶瓷微珠10~20份、实心玻璃微珠5~15份、纳米填料1~10份、偶联剂3~8份、润湿剂2~7份、增稠剂1~5份、消泡剂3~9份、防沉剂1~8份。
优选的,所述纳米填料为纳米重钙、纳米膨润土、纳米云母粉中的至少一种。
优选的,所述偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
优选的,所述增稠剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、改性石蜡树脂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的至少一种。
优选的,所述防沉剂为气相二氧化硅、聚烯烃蜡、聚酰胺蜡中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制备的热反射内墙涂料,使用实心陶瓷微珠和实心玻璃微珠为填充物,具有隔热反射功能,因此具有降温和保温的功效。涂层具有弹性好、对基层变形适应力强、隔热效果优、耐沾污等特点,适用于住宅、宾馆的内墙装饰工程领域。

本发明的热反射内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂30份、聚丙烯酰胺15份、实心陶瓷微珠20份、实心玻璃微珠15份、纳米重钙10份、铝酸酯偶联剂3份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚9份、气相二氧化硅1份。

本发明的热反射内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂40份、聚丙烯酰胺25份、实心陶瓷微珠10份、实心玻璃微珠5份、纳米膨润土1份、硅烷偶联剂8份、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚2份、聚氧化乙烯5份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚3份、聚烯烃蜡8份。
实施例3
本发明的热反射内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂35份、聚丙烯酰胺20份、实心陶瓷微珠15份、实心玻璃微珠9份、纳米云母粉6份、钛酸酯偶联剂6份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物4份、改性石蜡树脂3份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚6份、聚酰胺蜡5份。
实施例4
本发明的热反射内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂32份、聚丙烯酰胺17份、实心陶瓷微珠11份、实心玻璃微珠6份、纳米膨润土3份、硅烷偶联剂4份、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚3份聚氧化乙烯2份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚4份、聚烯烃蜡3份。
实施例5
本发明的热反射内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂38份、聚丙烯酰胺23份、实心陶瓷微珠17份、实心玻璃微珠12份、纳米云母粉8份、钛酸酯偶联剂7份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物6份、改性石蜡树脂4份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚8份、聚酰胺蜡7份。
实施例6
本发明的热反射内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂30份、聚丙烯酰胺22份、实心陶瓷微珠14份、实心玻璃微珠8份、纳米重钙7份、铝酸酯偶联剂8份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚3份、气相二氧化硅1份。
性能测试
本发明的主要技术性能如表1所示:

从表1可见,本发明制备的热反射内墙涂料,具有降温和保温作用好、耐沾污等优点。

1.一种热反射内墙涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂30~40份、聚丙烯酰胺15~25份、实心陶瓷微珠10~20份、实心玻璃微珠5~15份、纳米填料1~10份、偶联剂3~8份、润湿剂2~7份、增稠剂1~5份、消泡剂3~9份、防沉剂1~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热反射内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米填料为纳米重钙、纳米膨润土、纳米云母粉中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热反射内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热反射内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热反射内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、改性石蜡树脂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热反射内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热反射内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述防沉剂为气相二氧化硅、聚烯烃蜡、聚酰胺蜡中的至少一种。
