Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑装饰用绝热涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂40‑60份、玻璃纤维8‑12份、石棉6‑10份、岩棉磷酸三钠4‑9份、云母粉2‑7份、纳米铝粉1‑6份、三甲基氯硅烷1‑5份、硅烷偶联剂2‑6份、纳米碳酸钙2‑10份、分散剂1‑3份、消泡剂0.5‑1.5份、成膜助剂0.8‑2.4份和去离子水20‑40份。本发明通过加入玻璃纤维、石棉、岩棉磷酸三钠、云母粉、纳米铝粉与纳米碳酸钙等原材料成分,使得本发明制备得到的涂料绝热性能较好,将本涂料涂覆在建筑墙面后在夏天炎热天气室内也不会感觉很热,绝热效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,具体说是一种建筑装饰用绝热涂料。
背景技术
涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。涂料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。现有建筑墙面上通常涂有涂料,主要目的是为了防止墙面腐蚀、渗水和绝热,因此建筑墙面所用涂料必须具有良好的绝热性能,但是现有涂料的绝热性能较差,在夏天炎热天气经常会出现建筑房内很热的状况。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种建筑装饰用绝热涂料,通过加入玻璃纤维、石棉、岩棉磷酸三钠、云母粉、纳米铝粉与纳米碳酸钙等原材料成分,使得本发明制备得到的涂料绝热性能较好,将本涂料涂覆在建筑墙面后在夏天炎热天气室内也不会感觉很热,绝热效果好。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种建筑装饰用绝热涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂40-60份、玻璃纤维8-12份、石棉6-10份、岩棉磷酸三钠4-9份、云母粉2-7份、纳米铝粉1-6份、三甲基氯硅烷1-5份、硅烷偶联剂2-6份、纳米碳酸钙2-10份、分散剂1-3份、消泡剂0.5-1.5份、成膜助剂0.8-2.4份和去离子水20-40份。
一种建筑装饰用绝热涂料,该涂料由以下最佳重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂50份、玻璃纤维10份、石棉8份、岩棉磷酸三钠6份、云母粉4份、纳米铝粉3份、三甲基氯硅烷3份、硅烷偶联剂4份、纳米碳酸钙6份、分散剂2份、消泡剂1.0份、成膜助剂1.6份和去离子水35份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述分散剂为乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸钙与聚烯烃中的一种。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯与丙二醇苯醚中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:相比现有技术,本发明制备得到的绝热涂料,通过加入玻璃纤维、石棉、岩棉磷酸三钠、云母粉、纳米铝粉与纳米碳酸钙等原材料成分,使得本发明制备得到的涂料绝热性能较好,将本涂料涂覆在建筑墙面后在夏天炎热天气室内也不会感觉很热,绝热效果好。

实施例一:
一种建筑装饰用绝热涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂40份、玻璃纤维8份、石棉6份、岩棉磷酸三钠4份、云母粉2份、纳米铝粉1份、三甲基氯硅烷1份、硅烷偶联剂2份、纳米碳酸钙2份、分散剂1份、消泡剂0.5份、成膜助剂0.8份和去离子水20份。
所述分散剂为乙烯基双硬脂酰胺。
所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
实施例二:
一种建筑装饰用绝热涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂50份、玻璃纤维10份、石棉8份、岩棉磷酸三钠6份、云母粉4份、纳米铝粉3份、三甲基氯硅烷3份、硅烷偶联剂4份、纳米碳酸钙6份、分散剂2份、消泡剂1.0份、成膜助剂1.6份和去离子水35份。
所述分散剂为硬脂酸钙。
所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
实施例三:
一种建筑装饰用绝热涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂60份、玻璃纤维12份、石棉10份、岩棉磷酸三钠9份、云母粉7份、纳米铝粉6份、三甲基氯硅烷5份、硅烷偶联剂6份、纳米碳酸钙10份、分散剂3份、消泡剂1.5份、成膜助剂2.4份和去离子水40份。
所述分散剂为聚烯烃。
所述成膜助剂为丙二醇苯醚。
通过实施一、实施二和实施三各成分制备得到的绝热涂料,相比普通涂料,本发明制备得到的绝热涂料,通过加入玻璃纤维、石棉、岩棉磷酸三钠、云母粉、纳米铝粉与纳米碳酸钙等原材料成分,使得本发明制备得到的涂料绝热性能较好,将本涂料涂覆在建筑墙面后在夏天炎热天气室内也不会感觉很热,绝热效果好。
