背景技术
在现有技术中存在许多涂料组合物,其提供许多性能,例如阻燃性、耐腐蚀性、耐热性、耐水性或耐酸性或耐碱性。
例如,欧洲专利申请EP 0 583 051 A1教导了一种具有阻燃性、耐腐蚀性、耐热性和耐酸性或耐碱性的性能的水基涂料组合物,但是具有非常有限的应用和热导率、热膨胀、耐候性和环保性能,更不用说其成本高,由昂贵的原材料组成,需要复杂的混合技术,并且由于其特殊且有限的组成和制造方法,产生矿物和冶金废物,包括在碱金属硅酸盐水溶液中的耐热二氧化硅和硅酸铝以及耐热金属氧化物。
同样地,美国专利申请US 2008/0233295 A1教导了一种具有非常有限的应用和热导率、热膨胀、耐候性和环保性质的抗氧化涂料组合物,更不用说其高成本,由昂贵的原材料组成,需要复杂的混合技术,并且由于其特殊且有限的组成和制造方法,产生矿物和冶金废物,包括基于锰矿物、冶金固体废物、铝粉、有机增稠剂和无机粘合剂的混合物而制备的糊料。
最后,美国专利申请US 5,612,130教导了具有耐火性、耐腐蚀性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐电解质性、耐微生物性或耐强热流体的多用途涂料,但是具有非常有限的应用和热导率、热膨胀、耐候性和环保性能,更不用说其成本高,由昂贵的原材料组成,需要复杂的混合技术,并且由于其特殊且有限的组成和制造方法,产生矿物和冶金废物,包括连续的下层(其为耐火的并且基于被氧化的石墨)和疏水性上层,所述疏水性上层包含无机疏水性粉末、粘合剂、有机硅液体和挥发性有机溶剂。
尽管如此,现有技术中没有一种涂料组合物具有环保性能并且当涉及到示出阻燃性、耐腐蚀性、耐热性、耐水性和耐酸性或耐碱性时具有非常高的性能,更不用说它是低成本,需要非常简化的制造技术和廉价的原材料,作为在本申请中寻求保护的组合物之一。
发明内容
本发明包括绝缘性、腐蚀抑制性、自熄性、不可渗透性、环氧且生态的涂料组合物。
本发明包括具有以下组分的水基涂料组合物:21-51%水、4-13%硅藻土C110(Celite )、2-6%煅烧氧化铝、0.3-2%己二醇、16-47%弹性体丙烯酸树脂、0.7-3%丙烯酸增稠剂和0.7-3%氢氧化铵。优选地,组合物还任选地包括以下组分,以提供绝缘性、腐蚀抑制性、自熄性、不可渗透性、环氧且生态的性能:2-6%二氧化钛、4-13%沉淀碳酸钙、2-6%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、0.3-2%texanol(醇酯-12)、0.3-2%杀真菌剂和0.3-2%消泡剂。
具体实施方式
本发明包括水基涂料组合物,具有以下组分:21-51%水、4-13%硅藻土C110(Celite )、2-6%煅烧氧化铝、0.3-2%己二醇、16-47%弹性丙烯酸树脂、0.7-3%丙烯酸增稠剂和0.7-3%氢氧化铵。优选地,组合物还任选地包含以下组分,以提供绝缘性、腐蚀抑制性、自熄性、不可渗透性、环氧和生态的性能:2-6%二氧化钛、4-13%沉淀碳酸钙、2-6%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、0.3-2%texanol、0.3-2%杀真菌剂和0.3-2%消泡剂。通过这些范围,可以覆盖要开发绝缘性、腐蚀抑制性、自熄性、不可渗透性、环氧和生态涂料组合物的各种应用。
其中,室温下导热系数低。具有这种品质,不仅可以在与阳光接触的情况下应用,而且在接近热源的情况下也可以应用。由于组合物包含陶瓷矿物质,可以很大程度地获得这些品质。
通过上述性能,涂料的应用多得数不清,包括:在高温操作表面上的绝缘涂层,由于其陶瓷组成而防止热传递。由于K的导热率低,等于0.0059btu/hr/ft2,所以该涂层被认为是能量消耗节省器,因为它不允许温度传递到其中涂覆有涂层的表面的相对面,以这种方式,冷却单元特别地以恒定的方式工作。
作为腐蚀抑制物,已经根据ASTM G53工业标准测试了涂层,其中涂层被设计成防止腐蚀三角形,没有获得厚度变化,因此防止了氧化物的氧化过程到达涂覆涂层的基材表面。产品进行的腐蚀抑制过程是通过封装实现的,从而防止经涂布的元件与其他元件接触。
由于其不可渗透性和绝热性能,涂层已经通过ASTM E96工业标准进行了测试,其中在一个涂层面上测量了向另一个涂层面的水的传递,并且获得了0.00005%的结果,因此其可优异地用于不可渗透的应用,而且以绝热材料为原则,防止涂覆其的基材被加热并防止发展成扩张或收缩,导致不发展出裂缝。由于其苯乙烯树脂组合物及其制剂中的低的固含量,产品的不可渗透性非常高。
恒定的产品伸长率为500%,这在作为不可渗透涂层的情况下允许在其涂覆的表面中的结构运动而不损失其性能。
该涂料由于其水基组成及不使火焰穿过其传播的其矿物陶瓷组成,而具有自熄的性能。因此,在与其接触时不产生烟雾。
涂料组合物还具有UV折射性质,其导致显着的温差,并减少对例如材料和设备的表面的损伤。
涂料组合物也是可生物降解的,因此在由于在水中乳化导致溢出的情况下不会对环境造成损害,并且不含石棉并且对野生生物环境友好。
由于使用廉价的原材料和简化的混合技术,涂层的低密度和分子量也降低了制造成本。
实施例1
通过几种配方得到产生广泛应用的涂层。该配方基于以下值:50.07%水、4.38%硅藻土C110、2.11%二氧化钛、2.11%煅烧氧化铝、4.38%沉淀碳酸钙、0.38%己二醇、2.11%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、0.38%texanol、16.85%弹性丙烯酸树脂、2.07%丙烯酸增稠剂、0.38%杀菌剂、0.74%氢氧化铵和0.38%消泡剂。通过这些范围,涂层被用作主要的腐蚀抑制剂或锚基,作为产生可渗透混凝土的一种组分,并且耐酸或碱性攻击用于不可渗透性材料的应用。由于其干燥,涂层产生弹性膜,防止湿气进入其中。
前者已通过由UNAM’s Material Reseach Institute所发布的官方认证IIM/ST/170/2014进行了测试和证明,确定了所应用的材料是可渗透的。
实施例2
当重新设计水基涂料组合物时,使用以下组分:21.07%水、12.39%硅藻土C110、5.91%二氧化钛、5.91%煅烧氧化铝、12.39%沉淀碳酸钙、1.06%己二醇、5.91%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1.06%texanol、47.25%弹性丙烯酸树脂、0.74%丙烯酸增稠剂、1.06%杀真菌剂、2.07%氢氧化铵和1.06%消泡剂。通过这些百分比,获得具有工业地板环氧树脂的硬度和耐性的涂层。通过ASTM D-2240行业标准对硬度进行测试,获得经认可的“Shore D”结果范围。主要区别在于该涂料组合物是水基的,耐受涂覆该涂料组合物的基材的收缩,并且由于品质,通过ASTM D-2294行业标准测试了机械阻力性能,得到了2.785kg/m的结果,因此通过该行业标准获得认证和证明。
实施例3
通过以下近似比例,通过该涂料组合物实现了具有更高稳定性和均匀性能的结果,包括:37.62%水、7.83%硅藻土C110、3.76%二氧化钛、3.76%煅烧氧化铝、7.83%沉淀碳酸钙、0.68%己二醇、3.76%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、0.68%texanol、30.10%弹性丙烯酸树脂、1.32%丙烯酸增稠剂、0.68%杀真菌剂、0.68%氢氧化铵和0.68%消泡剂。通过这些范围,获得了用于几种应用的涂层,其中包括用于金属结构的防腐蚀剂的应用,而不需要放置主锚或深层清洁,以及通过ASTM E937行业标准进行测试且获得小于0.00G/mm的经认证和批准的结果的应用。
该涂层具有作为绝热材料的功能,其降低与涂覆涂层的表面相对的表面的温度。涂层可用于大多数基材表面,如金属、混凝土、木材、干墙(drywall)及其衍生物、塑料、玻璃等。
实施例4
任何实施方式中的涂层具有作为可以应用于任何类型的表面的不可渗透性材料的品质。涂层所具有的伸长率大于500%仅仅是其许多优异品质之一,因为这样可以吸收涂覆于其中的元件的膨胀和收缩,从而优化了其所有特性。
实施例5

21-51%水,

16-47%弹性体丙烯酸树脂,
0.7-3%丙烯酸增稠剂,和
0.7-3%氢氧化铵。
