技术领域
本发明涉及一种水基涂料组合物。
背景技术
现有技术中发现的许多涂层组合物具有许多特性,例如,阻燃性、耐蚀性、耐热性、耐水性或耐酸碱性。
例如,欧洲专利申请号。EP 0 583 051 A1教授一种水性涂层组合物,具有阻燃、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐酸或耐碱性等性能,但其应用的导热性,热膨胀,耐候性和环保性非常有限,更不用说它的高成本,是由昂贵的原材料,在碱性金属硅酸盐水溶液中含有耐热金属氧化物和耐热硅或硅酸铝,由于其组成和制造方法的特殊性和局限性,需要复杂的混合工艺,并且产生矿物和冶金废料。
同样,美国专利申请号,2008/0233295A1教授一个具有导热性、热膨胀性、耐候性和生态友好性抗的氧化涂层成分,但它的应用非常有限。更不用说它是高成本,是由大量的原料组成,需要复杂的混合技术,由于其特殊和有限的成分和制造方法而产生矿物和冶金废物。包括基于锰矿物、冶金固体废物、铝粉、有机增稠剂和无机粘合剂的混合物制备的浆料。
最后,U.S.Pat.No.5,612,130是一种多用途涂料,具有防火、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱、耐电解质、耐微生物、耐强热流等性能,但应用范围非常有限,导热性、热膨胀性、耐候性、环保性等性能都非常有限,更不用提成本高,由昂贵的原材料组成,需要复杂的混合技术,并且由于其特殊和有限的赋存而产生矿物和冶金废物。离子和制造方法,包括耐火氧化石墨基的连续下层和含有无机疏水粉末的疏水上层、DH。一种有机硅液体和一种挥发性有机溶剂。

为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包括如下重量份数配比的原料:水21-51份、熔剂煅烧硅藻土4-13份、焙烧氧化铝2-6份、己二醇0.3-2份、弹性体丙烯酸树脂16-47份、丙烯酸增稠剂0.7-3份和PH调节剂0.7-3份。
优选的,该组合物以提供绝缘、防腐、自灭、不渗透、环氧和生态性能,还可选择性增加以下组分:二氧化钛2-6份、沉淀碳酸钙4-13份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-6份、2,2,4-三甲-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯0.3-2份、杀菌剂0.3-2份、防泡剂0.3-2份。利用这些范围,可以得到绝缘、防腐、自熄、不透水、环氧和生态涂料的组合物。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种水基涂料组合物,具有绝缘、防腐、自熄、不透水等效果。其中,室温的导热率较低,有了这种品质,不仅可以在阳光照射下使用,也可以在接近热源的情况下使用。由于该成分中含有陶瓷矿物,这些品质在很大程度上可以得到。
通过前面提到的性能,涂层具有非常广阔的应用,包括:由于其陶瓷成分可以防止传热可以用做高温工作表面上的绝缘涂层;由于其导热率低,涂层被认为是一种节能措施,因为它不允许温度转移到涂布涂层的表面的相反的表面,这样,冷却装置特别是以一种恒定的方式工作。
涂层作为一种缓蚀剂,产品通过涂层的封固,防止氧化物的氧化过程到达其所应用的基体表面。
由于其不透水和保温隔热性能,在透水试验中,透水率符合GBT9755-2014合格品要求,因此,它具有很好的防渗作用。
另一方面它作为一个热绝缘体,可以防止基板因受热引起的膨胀或收缩导致裂缝不规则发展。由于苯乙烯树脂的组成和配方中固含量低,产品的抗渗性很高,允许结构在其应用的表面移动,而不会失去其性能。
由于涂层的水基成分和矿物陶瓷成分不允许火焰在其内部传播,因此涂层具有很大程度的自熄特性。因此,在接触相同的空气时不会产生烟雾。
所述涂层组合物还具有紫外折射特性,从而产生显著的温差并减少对材料和设备等表面的损伤。
所述涂料组合物也是生物可降解的,因此在发生泄漏时,由于在水中乳化且不含石棉且对野生动物无害,不会对环境造成损害。
由于其低密度和分子量,使用廉价的原材料和简化的混合技术,也导致制造成本低。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例进一步对本发明做出阐释。
实施例1:
涂层所受的几种配方产生了广泛的应用。制定基于以下值:48.90%的水、4.56%的硅藻土(CELITE 503,中山永丰化工),2.34%的二氧化钛(R996,四川龙蟒),2.23%的煅烧氧化铝(日本住友,A-21),4.5%的沉淀碳酸钙,0.3%己二醇,2.2%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(东莞瑞渝化工BBP),1.2%的2,2,4-三甲-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯,30.23%弹性丙烯酸树脂(银洋,YC-8360),2.5%的丙烯酸增稠剂(陶氏,TT-935),0.3%的杀菌剂(湖南文秀,WX-929),0.44%的PH调节剂(陶氏,APM-95)和0.3%的消泡剂(湖南波音,148)。
通过这些范围,涂层被用作主要的缓蚀剂或锚固基,作为产生渗透性混凝土和抗酸或碱侵蚀的不透水材料应用的组成部分。由于干燥,涂层会产生一层弹性薄膜,防止湿气通过它进入。
实施例2:
在重新设计水性涂料组合物时,使用以下组件:18.3%的水,12.40%的硅藻土硅藻土(CELITE 503,中山永丰化工),5%的二氧化钛(R996,四川龙蟒),6%的氧化铝(日本住友,A-21),12.5%的沉淀碳酸钙,1.3%的己二醇,5%的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(东莞瑞渝化工BBP),2.8%的2,2,4-三甲-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯,47%的弹性体丙烯酸树脂(银洋,YC-8360),0.9%的丙烯酸增稠剂(陶氏,TT-935),0.5%的杀菌剂(湖南文秀,WX-929),1.5%的调节剂(陶氏,APM-95)和0.6%的消泡剂(湖南波音,148)。
用这些百分率,可以得到硬度和耐磨性与工业地板环氧树脂相当的涂料。
实施例3:
涂层组合物具有以下近似比例,其稳定性更高,性能均匀:27%的水,9%的硅藻土(CELITE 503,中山永丰化工),3.7%的二氧化钛(R996,四川龙蟒),5.6%的氧化铝(日本住友,A-21),8.5%的沉淀碳酸钙,0.6%的己二醇,4.5%的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(东莞瑞渝化工BBP),2.2%的2,2,4-三甲-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯,36.8%的弹性体丙烯酸树脂(银洋,YC-8360),0.9%的丙烯酸增稠剂(陶氏,TT-935),0.6%的杀菌剂(湖南文秀,WX-929),0.6%的调节剂(陶氏,APM-95)和0.6%的消泡剂(湖南波音,148)。
