最后,美国专利申请US 5,612,130教导了具有耐火、耐腐蚀、耐酸、耐碱、耐电解质、耐微生物或耐强热流体的多用途涂料,但其具有非常有限的用途以及热膨胀、热冲击、烟雾、机械性能、耐候性和环保性质,更不用说其成本高,由昂贵的原材料制成,因其特定的和限定的组成和制造方法而需要复杂的混合技术并且会产生矿物和冶金废料,所述多用途涂料包括耐火的氧化石墨基连续下层和包含无机疏水粉末、粘合剂、硅酮液体和挥发性有机溶剂的疏水上层。
尽管如此,现有技术中存在的所有涂料组合物均不具备环保性质,并且当涉及热膨胀、热冲击、烟雾、机械性能、耐候性和环保性质时其也不能具备高性能,更不用说如本申请中所力图保护的组合物之一那样,低成本、需要非常简单的制备技术以及廉价原材料。
发明内容
本发明涉及耐火、绝热、生态和耐腐蚀的涂料组合物。
本发明涉及包括以下的水性涂料组合物:23-50%水、4-20%硅藻土C110(Celite)、2-8%氧化锰、3-10%煅烧氧化铝、7-24%弹性丙烯酸树脂、1-4%丙烯酸增稠剂、0.3-2%氢氧化铵和5-14%陶瓷纤维。优选地,所述组合物还任选包括以下组分以提供耐火、绝热、生态和耐腐蚀性质:1-7%二氧化钛、1-9%己二醇、2-18%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1-9%醇酯十二(texanol)、0.7-4%杀真菌剂或0.4-3%防泡剂。
具体实施方式
本发明涉及耐火、绝热、生态和耐腐蚀的涂料组合物,所述涂料组合物包括:23-50%水、4-20%硅藻土C110(Celite)、2-8%氧化锰、3-10%煅烧氧化铝、7-24%弹性丙烯酸树脂、1-4%丙烯酸增稠剂、0.3-2%氢氧化铵和5-14%陶瓷纤维。优选地,所述组合物还任选包括以下组分以提供耐火、绝热、生态和耐腐蚀的性质:1-7%二氧化钛、1-9%己二醇、2-18%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1-9%醇酯十二(texanol)、0.7-4%杀真菌剂或0.4-3%防泡剂。
所述耐火、绝热、生态和耐腐蚀的涂料是设计为具有广泛用途的涂料,其中无论是通过直接火焰接触还是通过液体流动或气化时均具有耐高温性和抑制高温性。
通过前述性质,所述涂料的多种用途包括:(1)耐火涂料防止火焰接触所导致的温度传递,这可归因于该涂料基于陶瓷材料开发的事实;(2)热绝缘体取代矿棉。通过所述涂料组合物,作为厚度的函数提供的绝热性质提供了极好的性能,并且,由于其低重量,其可被施加到任何类型的基材、管线涂层或管道上。由于其机械性能和腐蚀抑制,所述涂料可施加到任何类型的管道上,无论其直径多少,因为其可通过洒水法(aspersion method)施加。由此,管道被赋予更长的操作可用寿命,以及具有将提供全部前述益处的涂层。

实施例1
所述组合物得自23.17%水、4.63%硅藻土C110(Celite)、2.32%氧化锰、1.54%二氧化钛、3.09%煅烧氧化铝、1.25%己二醇、2.54%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1.25%醇酯十二(texanol)、7.72%弹性丙烯酸树脂、3.86%丙烯酸增稠剂、0.77%杀真菌剂、0.39%氢氧化铵、0.42%防泡剂和5.79%陶瓷纤维,其显示所述涂料具有极大的柔韧性,这可归因于其低固含量、极好的抗腐蚀性质、中等范围(fire resistance medium range)(650℃)耐火性、较小的结构重量,对于同时需要高耐候性和柔韧性的那些元件来说是理想的。
实施例2
通过重新设计涂料组合物,实现了更好的耐候性和机械性能,条件是所述组合物包括50.19%水、19.31%硅藻土C110(Celite)、7.72%氧化锰、6.95%二氧化钛、9.65%煅烧氧化铝、8.25%己二醇、17.5%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、8.25%醇酯十二(texanol)、23.17%弹性丙烯酸树脂、1.93%丙烯酸增稠剂、3.09%杀真菌剂、1.54%氢氧化铵、2.32%防泡剂和13.51%陶瓷纤维。在该实施方式中,所述组合物显示,该涂料具有更好的机械性能以及耐候性、更高的操作温度、更长的连续火接触曝露时间。
实施例3
使用以下大致比例,实现了更高水平的稳定性和均匀性:38.61%水、9.65%硅藻土C110(Celite)、3.86%氧化锰、3.86%二氧化钛、3.86%煅烧氧化铝、3.86%己二醇、7.65%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、3.86%醇酯十二(texanol)、15.44%弹性丙烯酸树脂、2.70%丙烯酸增稠剂、2.32%杀真菌剂、0.77%氢氧化铵、1.54%防泡剂和9.65%陶瓷纤维。通过使用这些组分百分比,得到了如下的设计质量:更长时间的耐火,不允许吸收环境中湿气的拒水材料,在封装原理下阻止氧化发生,阻止温度传递,并且防白蚁。由于其硬度,在与火焰接触时没有烟雾生成,并且当打开或使用其时没有味道/气味散发,具有高于900℃的耐热性和低结构重量。
实施例4

23-50%水,

1-4%丙烯酸增稠剂,
0.3-2%氢氧化铵和
5-14%陶瓷纤维。
