背景技术
随着时代的发展,工业进步,环境问题也日趋严峻。室内装修方面,甲醛污染会导致多种致命疾病的发生,且难消除。利用活性炭去除环境中弥漫的有机物或其他有害成分的效率虽高,但因其吸附量有限,也容易造成二次污染。近年来,硅藻泥材料成为一种新型热门装饰装修材料,含有氧化能力较强的氢氧自由基团,具有抑菌、杀菌、脱臭、自清洁等众多优点,被视为极具潜力的环保类产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服目前室内装修材料净化环境方面的不足,提出一种吸湿抗菌硅藻泥材料。
技术方案
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种吸湿抗菌硅藻泥材料,原料按重量份包括:粒径不大于60目的硅藻土颗粒25-35份,自来水25-30份,高铝土5-10份,普通硅酸盐水泥5-15份,硫酸铝镁5-10份,聚丙烯酸酯胶粉1-3份,页岩纤维3-5份,干酪素1-5份,三环芳香烃1-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于:
1.材料耐水、耐碱、不粉化、不开裂。
2.孔隙稳定质地均匀,具有良好的净化环境效果。
3.原料简单易得,制作方便。

一种吸湿抗菌硅藻泥材料,原料按重量包括:粒径不大于60目的硅藻土颗粒32Kg,自来水28Kg,高铝土5Kg,普通硅酸盐水泥12Kg,硫酸铝镁8Kg,聚丙烯酸酯胶粉2Kg,页岩纤维3Kg,干酪素3Kg,三环芳香烃2Kg。
实施例3
一种吸湿抗菌硅藻泥材料,原料按重量包括:粒径不大于60目的硅藻土颗粒35Kg,自来水30Kg,高铝土9Kg,普通硅酸盐水泥14Kg,硫酸铝镁8Kg,聚丙烯酸酯胶粉3Kg,页岩纤维4Kg,干酪素5Kg,三环芳香烃5Kg。
