本发明属于建筑材料领域，提出一种硅藻泥面层室内装饰面板，自上而下依次包括（1）10mm厚硅藻泥涂层，（2）耐碱玻纤无纺布，（3）1mm厚防火涂料，（4）50mm厚GRC轻质装饰面板；制成产品具有吸附甲醛、净化室内环境的效果；材料间结合好，产品耐候性好，使用寿命长；原料简单易得，产品制作方便，可大面积推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域，具体涉及一种硅藻泥面层室内装饰面板。
背景技术
装饰面板是用于建筑物室内外装饰之用，一般新装修的室内的墙壁涂料及装饰材料会释放出有害气体甲醛，如果室内所用的装饰板能吸收甲醛，则会减轻甲醛对人体健康的损害。而硅藻泥材料是目前最常用也较有效的一种净化环境材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服目前室内装饰面板净化环境方面的不足，提出一种硅藻泥面层室内装饰面板。
技术方案
为实现上述发明目的，本发明提供了以下技术方案：
1.一种硅藻泥面层室内装饰面板，自上而下依次包括（1）10mm厚硅藻泥涂层，（2）耐碱玻纤无纺布，（3）1mm厚防火涂料，（4）50mm厚GRC轻质装饰面板。
2.所述的（1）硅藻泥涂层，原料按重量份包括：粒径不大于60目的硅藻土颗粒25-35份，纯丙乳液25-30份，高铝土5-10份，普通硅酸盐水泥5-15份，硫酸铝镁5-10份，聚丙烯酸酯胶粉1-3份，页岩纤维3-5份，三环芳香烃1-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于：
1.制成产品具有吸附甲醛、净化室内环境的效果。
2.材料间结合好，产品耐候性好，使用寿命长。
3.原料简单易得，产品制作方便，可大面积推广应用。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白易懂，下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步详细说明，但本发明的内容完全不局限于此。
实施例
1.一种硅藻泥面层室内装饰面板，自上而下依次包括（1）10mm厚硅藻泥涂层，（2）耐碱玻纤无纺布，（3）1mm厚防火涂料，（4）50mm厚GRC轻质装饰面板。
2.所述的（1）硅藻泥涂层，原料按重量份包括：粒径不大于60目的硅藻土颗粒25Kg，纯丙乳液25Kg，高铝土5Kg，普通硅酸盐水泥5Kg，硫酸铝镁8Kg，聚丙烯酸酯胶粉2Kg，页岩纤维4Kg，三环芳香烃4Kg。
图1是本发明的一种硅藻泥面层室内装饰面板的一个具体实施例的结构示意图。
图中附图标记的含义：（1）—10mm厚硅藻泥涂层，（2）—耐碱玻纤无纺布，（3）—1mm厚防火涂料，（4）—50mm厚GRC轻质装饰面板。

1.一种硅藻泥面层室内装饰面板，其特征在于，自上而下依次包括（1）10mm厚硅藻泥涂层，（2）耐碱玻纤无纺布，（3）1mm厚防火涂料，（4）50mm厚GRC轻质装饰面板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻泥面层室内装饰面板，其特征在于，所述的（1）硅藻泥涂层，原料按重量份包括：粒径不大于60目的硅藻土颗粒25-35份，纯丙乳液25-30份，高铝土5-10份，普通硅酸盐水泥5-15份，硫酸铝镁5-10份，聚丙烯酸酯胶粉1-3份，页岩纤维3-5份，三环芳香烃1-5份。
