本发明公开了一种绝缘新材料,包括:热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、疏水材料、聚烯烃、聚酯长丝、增粘剂、石英砂、石灰石和二氧化硅,所述绝缘新材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:热塑性弹性体1-3份、增粘剂0.1-0.5份、疏水材料1.5-3份、聚烯烃2-5份、聚酯长丝3-7份、增粘剂0.1-0.5份、石英砂1-10份、石灰石2-9份和二氧化硅2-8份。通过上述方式,本发明提供的绝缘新材料,提供一种具有良好功能性作用的新材料,且材料的配方简单,原料的成分等相对便宜,且成品具有极好的疏水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新材料,特别是涉及绝缘新材料。
背景技术
新材料的研究一直是我国科研项目的主题,如果能够研发一款成分简单、原材料价格低廉,且能够达到良好效果的新材料配方,将是对人类的一大贡献。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好功能性作用的新材料,且材料的配方简单,原料的成分等相对便宜,且成品具有极好的疏水性能的新材料配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种绝缘新材料,包括:热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、疏水材料、聚烯烃、聚酯长丝、增粘剂、石英砂、石灰石和二氧化硅,所述绝缘新材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:热塑性弹性体1-3份、增粘剂0.1-0.5份、疏水材料1.5-3份、聚烯烃2-5份、聚酯长丝3-7份、增粘剂0.1-0.5份、石英砂1-10份、石灰石2-9份和二氧化硅2-8份。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述绝缘新材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:热塑性弹性体2份、增粘剂0.3份、疏水材料2.0份、聚烯烃3份、聚酯长丝5份、增粘剂0.3份、石英砂2份、石灰石5份和二氧化硅4份。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述绝缘新材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:热塑性弹性体2份、增粘剂0.3份、疏水材料2.0份、聚烯烃3份、聚酯长丝5份、增粘剂0.3份、石英砂3份、石灰石5份和二氧化硅5份。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种具有良好功能性作用的新材料,且材料的配方简单,原料的成分等相对便宜,且成品具有极好的疏水性能。

优选的,所述绝缘新材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:热塑性弹性体2份、增粘剂0.3份、疏水材料2.0份、聚烯烃3份、聚酯长丝5份、增粘剂0.3份、石英砂2份、石灰石5份和二氧化硅4份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘新材料,其特征在于,所述绝缘新材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:热塑性弹性体2份、增粘剂0.3份、疏水材料2.0份、聚烯烃3份、聚酯长丝5份、增粘剂0.3份、石英砂2份、石灰石5份和二氧化硅4份。
