本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体来讲是一种耐腐蚀耐火涂料。
背景技术
目前家具领域中使用的涂料大多数耐火性能较差,而相应的耐腐蚀能也不高,在长期使用过程中,使用寿命减短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种耐腐蚀耐火涂料。
本发明解决以上技术问题的技术方案是:一种耐腐蚀耐火涂料,按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯树脂:50-60份、丙酮:3-5份、马来酸树脂:15-20份、纳米磷酸锌:2-3份、聚氨酯聚合物:5-13份、乙酸纤维素:11-13份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵:1-3份、对甲氧基苯酚:1-2份、聚乙烯醇:6-10份、偶氮二甲基戊腈:1-2份、有机膨润土:10-15份、三乙醇胺:3-6份、微凝胶:2-7份、磷酸二氢铝:2-4份、空玻璃微珠:10-16份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:1-3份、纳米颜料:4-7份、二季戊四醇:2-3份、填料:10-13份、平流剂:2-4份、封闭剂:2-3份、分散剂:5-7份、湿润剂:2-4份、稳定剂:1-3份、消泡剂:3-5份,溶剂:2-4份。

前述的分散剂为六偏磷酸钠或三聚磷酸钠。
前述的溶剂为丙二醇和醋酸丁酯按2:3比例的混合物。
前述的纳米颜料为纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化锌或者纳米氧化铁中一种或多种。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用水性聚氨酯树脂,具有优异的附着力,硬度高、耐磨性好并且环保性能好;添加纳米颜料,能够起到表面填充和光洁作用,提高面漆的光泽,减少阻力 ;而且纳米颜料为纳米氧化铁、纳米氧化钛和纳米氧化锌的混合物,能够增加其附着能力,提高涂料的机械强度,还具有很强的光催化、屏蔽紫外线能力和优异的透明性,并且能提高产品的强度;添加三乙醇胺,可作为活性剂,大大加速流程过程,提高物料的交联程度和密度,大幅提高了本发明的耐酸碱腐蚀性能;添加空玻璃微珠,可提高了附着力以及耐火性能。

本实施例提供一种耐腐蚀耐火涂料,按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯树脂:57份、丙酮:4份、马来酸树脂:17份、纳米磷酸锌:3份、聚氨酯聚合物:10份、乙酸纤维素:12份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵:2份、对甲氧基苯酚:2份、聚乙烯醇:8份、偶氮二甲基戊腈:2份、有机膨润土:13份、三乙醇胺:5份、微凝胶:6份、磷酸二氢铝:4份、空玻璃微珠:12份、聚二甲基硅氧烷:3份、纳米颜料:7份、二季戊四醇:3份、填料:13份、平流剂:4份、封闭剂:3份、分散剂:6份、湿润剂:4份、稳定剂:3份、消泡剂:5份,溶剂:4份;
其中,消泡剂为三氟丙基甲基硅油;填料为滑石粉、石墨粉、玻璃鳞片、膨胀珍珠岩中一种或多种混合物;湿润剂为为非离子表面活性剂;分散剂为六偏磷酸钠;溶剂为丙二醇和醋酸丁酯按2:3比例的混合物;纳米颜料为纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化锌和纳米氧化铁的混合物。

5.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀耐火涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠或三聚磷酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀耐火涂料,其特征在于,所述溶剂为丙二醇和醋酸丁酯按2:3比例的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀水性涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米颜料为纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化锌或者纳米氧化铁中一种或多种。
